I had a great buying experience from start to finish over at My Auto Subaru.Working with Thomas I felt no pressure to buy. He made everything smooth and simple.The sales manager Justin also did a great job letting us know he was there every step of the way if needed.You guys did great!

I took my Outback XT here for new spark plugs last month and paid $600 for just 4 spark plugs to be replaced (much higher than average) just for them to cross thread every single one of them. I will be going a mile down the road to Abbott Auto Performance from now on.Edit in response to their response: I called his number and it says it s disconnected, and I found his work email and sent an email and didn t get a response back. Doesn t seem like they actually want to make this right.

I've always had a good experience at this Subaru dealership, until yesterday when they said they'd washed my car (courtesy wash with oil change) and returned it to me like this, dirt still intact. It was a blatant lie... Obviously.

Our first experience and we were not disappointed. Beautiful showroom/ service area. Greeted immediately by the janitor. Just goes to show all the employees are on the same team of hospitality and customer service. We were shown a few cars and invited to take a test drive. I was so impressed with the quality of the Subaru design and features. The best thing was my wife is handicapped and the Outback allowed her to easily enter and exit the vehicle. Solidly built and nicely appointed with features including a sunroof and 6 way power on both of the front seats. That feature made it so easy to assist my wife's entry and exit.They offered a top trade-in value for my vehicle which allowed us to make a deal for our new Subaru Outback. Thanks for the great service and hospitality.

Ask for Katie - I have bought many cars and she by far exceeded in my new car buying experience!She called back to see how I liked my car + sent a thank you card written out by her ( not a computer) and added a Subaru keychain!We negotiated a lot.. but I believe we both ended with a fair price.Keep up the GREAT work Katie!

Had to turn a leased vehicle in today (my mom's, but she can't drive anymore). Still the absolute best dealership experience ever. Steve is wonderful. He even remembered my mom's name when we walked thru the door (and she hasn't been there in over a year). If I had more time, I probably would have left with a new or newish Crosstrek. Lol. Can't recommend this place enough. Excellent staff, and excellent customer experience.

Went in to get a certain associate to get my truck appraised. I had asked multiple employees to get the associate but after 20 mins no one had gone to get him. This is not my first poor experience with this dealership. During the last encounter, the sales associate was super rude, and when my husband and I were discussing our options for the car we wanted he was already onto the next customer. It shows a lot about a business when its employees do not care about the customers.My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

A while back I got a 03 subaru forester with 88k miles on it, and to my silly surprise the frame was rusted through among other things i couldnt have possibly noticed when originally buying the car. I found this out by getting a full service check at my auto and they really laid it down to me!! A lot of worked needed done, more than I could have afforded, but Ella and the mechanic that were working on my car really made my first car purchase something that would last me without it killing my bank account too much. They provided a clear and concise break down of what needed done and helped calm me down. You can tell they really care up in there and are the reason I could keep my car. They helped push down cost proces as much as they could and helped me every step of the way!! Super satisfied and definitely will be going back again!!!

I have all serves done for my vehicle at Muskegon. This last appointment for and oil change along with the check list was performed. I checked my vehicle over and found that the battery terminals were not cleaned. So I asked if you clean them, I was told they usually charge $50.00 to clean them. I said, for performing check list it should be cleaned at not charge for anyone. (note: I was not charge for cleaning the battery and terminals)

What a Joke this place is... From the Service Department to Sales. The young man that work with in sales was fantastic. I chose to not do a survey because I didn't want it to hinder the guy salesman. The Sales Manager is very condescending when talking to customers. I have experienced the same when working with the service department, they act like they are never wrong. Something will have to drastically change to ever get me back in the doors of this dealership. Fundamental flaws from the top down.

Brought my vehicle in without an appointment but the person who helped me ( can t remember first name, last name Troyer) was great. Made me feel that my business was valued, and although the wait was long without an appointment the work got done well and I was not made to feel like they were unhappy about it. Great waiting area with free beverages, popcorn, tables to work at, lounge chairs near the TV, and free WIFI. Will definitely be back for service and will look at them first when buying a new vehicle.

Subaru of Muskegon s service department prompt, professional, honest has handled all of my service needs. Ella answered all of my questions about rear brake repair honestly and respectfully and applied the $50 coupon available online. I had also planned on an oil change and tire rotation, but the department recommended a delay since I was too far ahead of schedule. Wow! How considerate is that! Thank you, Ella! You re great!

Service department has definitely declined over the last year or two.Had a service appt this week, and I returned to pick my car up two hours after the scheduled appointment time to find it sitting in the back lot.I thought it was finished. Come to find out, they hadn t even touched it. I was only getting tires swapped out!My husband also had an appointment this week to have his winter tires and rims put on. He s currently in the garage putting on the correct lug nuts because they didn t - even after we told them the lug nuts for the winter rims were in the car.We miss the previous service manager.

This is my second car purchase from My Subaru in Muskegon, I highly recommend this dealership. The facility is clean and very well kept. Andre is my sales representative and is excellent to work with. When dealing with Andre he keeps the customers needs as his first priority and helps make the case buying experience as smooth as can possibly be. Andre goes the extra step to explain every step in the car buying process and takes to time to answer every question thoroughly. The dealership and Andre do a very good job representing the Subaru brand.

I drove an extra 15 minutes each way over Grand Rapids because of the terrible service I've had there.Everything was great, it seemed like a quieter atmosphere than GR, Ella was great and they had to my car back to me in no time. Definitely worth the extra driving and going to Grand Rapids.

Absolutely great place to buy a car. I'm a repeat customer. I actually drove from Kalamazoo because the dealership is so much better than the one that is 5 miles from my house. Andre was very helpful and answered all of my questions, got me a great deal on the car and the financing, and was awesome to work with. Bill was great with explanations on financing and warranties. No pressure from either one. Highly recommend doing business here.

Subaru was so helpful. I went in after my car was totaled and they talked me through the best options for me. There was no upselling, if I said I did not want something, there was no pressure to get it. I felt no pressure and walked out to think about what I wanted. I later purchased and felt no obligation which was refreshing. My car is perfect for me and my pack of dogs. Subaru also loves having dogs in their building which is nice to be able to bring them with me.

Brake were pulsating. Inspection determined that the rotors were warped. The service tech repaired / resurfaced the front rotors. The pulsating stopped. The inspection form does not indicate that anything was done with the brake pads, however. It seems to me that if the rotors were bad, that the pads should also have been replaced to ensure even braking as well as providing a long term solution rather than just a "temporary" fix.

I left two messages to set up an appointment, and never received a response. I drove the car in and left it. After describing my problem, it was inspected pretty quickly. Subaru sent over estimates for the repairs, which were reasonable. The estimate line item for the inspection was $0. I never agreed to any sort of charges. Subaru didn't do any diagnostic testing aside from driving the vehicle and confirming the problem. My friend picked the vehicle up for me and was charged $99. I'd have no problem with this if it had ever been mentioned to me that there was a fee...
