We drove over 2 hrs to come up to test drive a vehicle. With the possible intention of buying. David and Noah worked very hard to get us a deal. We came up on a Saturday so hours were limited to get a deal done, and us being out of state did not help. They stayed over several hours to try and get our deal done. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle due to not liking the finance company chosen. That reason was nothing on this dealership s part. These guys worked very hard for us! We even left our personal items in the other vehicle and they kindly shipped them back to us. Was even willing to meet us half way to save us a long drive back up to finalize the deal.We would definitely recommend this place, and If you decide to stop in, go see David or Noah. They were very professional, and kind.

recently purchased a vehicle from Dan and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite assurances about not having to worry and promising to "take care of me" it has became apparent that it was all an act to make as much money off of me as possible while financing me for $3000 over advertised and agreed upon price. The car was sent to shop within 1st week of owning it. Have had for only 1 month now and have over $1000 in parts and $600 in labor and the car still needs work. I was misled and am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency during the transaction. As a customer I expected honesty and integrity which clearly where of no concern to him or the team. I Spoke with Cody and voiced my concerns and was told I should of read the contract better and didn't even offer an apology. I sincerely regret ever going to My Certified Used Cars and hope that this review might prevent an unexpecting customer to be ripped off by Dan or Cody in the future.

Take your money and run. I bought my car 1 month ago and 1 week. The first week I had it, it had a check engine light which it did not when I bought it. I took it back and they fixed, it no cost to me. That made me happy. Now only 20 days later my car will do nothing and the nearest dealer that will work on it is an hour away and I have to have it towed there. I feel I was sold a lemon and when I talked to the manager he told me he would call me back and never did. He asked if I had a warranty and I told him he never even offered a warranty when I bought the car. Very disappointed, and feel I threw about 13K down the drain. Better off buying a car off the streets in my opinion.

Our family is in the process of adopting and we needed a vehicle large enough to hold all of us. We are also building an addition so funds have been strict. We came across a vehicle at MCUC and quickly inquired about it. We had excellent communication with the guys, and were made to feel like their top priority! All of our questions and concerns were addressed and before we left they made sure we felt comfortable and certain with our purchase. Buying cars in this current inflation market sucks, but the guys made it a great experience. If you re in the market for a previously owned vehicle, definitely check this place out first!

My elderly mother and father bought a car here. Were told they would add credit life protection to the loan so if one of them passed away, the car would be paid off. Took my mom s van as a trade in. Never added credit life, never gave her trade in amount. They literally took her van and gave her nothing. Manager won t call because he knows he s crooked. Highly suggest he answers when our attorney calls them.

I drove three hours to come and get a truck they sold it right before I got the told them what time I would be there said they would have it up front and topped off with gas this is the worst car dealership I have ever heard of that is no way to do business I would recommend not going to this car dealership cause they obviously don't care or respect anyone least I found one that was a better truck and for less money.

Do not recommend, especially if it's you're first vehicle on payments. My truck was supposed to have the tire light off the dash when I came to pick it up, it did not. Warning sign number one. I brought it back for some front end noise within the first couple days. They said nothings wrong. I've brought it to a mechanic and it needs multiple front end parts, tires wearing uneven, alignment was done also before buying and wheel was never straight. Warning sign number 2. Now my unlock button doesn't work even after a battery change. Interior lights do not come on when you open the door, noticed this the 2nd day I had it. Now my heat doesn't work. Horrible company

My Auto bought my vehicle, River was extremely helpful and kept me updated through the entire process. They came to my house, picked up the vehicle hassle free, and gave me a very fair price. Smoothest sale I ve ever made.

Stay FAR FAR away from this clown and dealership. Noah Shineldecker doesn't know how to communicate in a timely manor and lies without care. He agreed to buy my truck from me, after wasting a week and half of slow communications from him, trips to the bank to get a payoff letter, and more time waiting on him to respond we set a day for his drivers to come pick up my truck. I asked and VERIFIED with Noah that the driver would have TWO checks, one for the payoff (we were meeting at Chase to payoff the loan) and one made to me for the difference. I met the driver at the bank and he hands me one check for the balance after payoff only. I ask for the second check for the payoff and drivers immediate response was "Every time they send me out of town they screw something up" Noah called me and tried to tell me they had direct paid it and he didn't know it, however Chase said their was no pending payments or record of this. Then they told me they had paid it from the wrong Dealership and were canceling that payment and paying from a different account. Now the next day suddenly I'm too far away to send send someone again and he didn't know how far I was even though the ad clearly stated exactly where I was located. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NOAH SHINELDECKER, he is a lying weasel with no morals.

I want to start off with:Thank You for Standing Behind Your Business, and Your Professionalism. It is Such a Treat these days and sadly so uncommon to have such a Wonderful Experience like I had with a used car dealership. These Guys and Gals are A1. Do Yourself a Favor and Give these Guys a chance to earn your Business!I Bought a Honda Fit, and the salesman Cody got with me on a Sunday, came into the office to sell me the car. I bought the car knowing it had some clutch issues, but thought maybe just needed to be bled. Singed the as is paperwork knowing fully what I was signing. I had received paperwork from the dealer stating a new clutch had been put in the vehicle. I took the car to a dealership near my home town on the other side of the state and the shop had to put another clutch in it. During this time I had received an email from the dealership manager asking how my experience had been. I reached out to him and explained the frustration I had with having to spend another $3000 on a brand new clutch, for a vehicle that supposedly had a new one. He was very responsive, understanding, and worked with me over the course of a few weeks to get me a reimbursement of the clutch that I had to have installed. I had zero expectations, especially knowing that I had signed a as is statement. But, I seen all of the positive reviews, and I thought it was worth a shot. I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone! The sales and management team will 100% take care of You! I typically buy used cars and I will 100% be looking at this dealerships inventory before my next purchase.

Incredibly satisfied with the sale of the Yukon we bought. Luckily we bought the extended warranty. New transmission needed at 66,000 miles on a 2016. It happens. We get it. However, called the salesman who sold us the vehicle & he said he wasn't sure if he could help us & would get back to us. Called a second time & spoke with a second salesman, reiterating the fact that we had purchased the Premium extended warranty. He said he would leave a note on the salesman's desk. 3 days later I called & I believe Ivan answered the phone. He was incredibly helpful & understood the gravity of the situation & the fact that $4,700 is a big deal, when you have already purchased something for $3,000 that entitles most of the repair to be paid for. Great job on his part. I don't know if he is a salesman or what he does, but I would highly recommend working with him, if possible. He got a manager to return my call within minutes. I received his direct line so if we have any issues I will be able to contact him directly.

Stopped by for a test drive on a vehicle that was listed at a specific price. No indication on the site that said there was anything wrong with the vehicle. Test drove the vehicle and it was getting hot. The tires were shaking and the brakes were spongy.I pull back into the dealership, check the oil and there is none on the dip stick. I checked it just after turning it off and after letting it sit for a few. It was missing a lug nut and there were missing parts under the hood and in the cabin. The salesman told me that it still had to go through service and that all these issues would be fixed. But I found it strange that it had been sitting there for at least a month (after checking the vehicle sales record at the dealership) with none of these issues being addressed. They asked if I would still be interested in it if they could guarantee the issues would be fixed and I agreed.. they started the paperwork and the price came back $2,300 more than what it was listed, stating that I would essentially be responsible for the cost of the repairs. Needless to say, the argument went in circles from there. This is the 2nd time My Auto Used car dealers have stretched the truth. I won't be returning!

Went to make a deal on vehicle, went to test drive the vehicle started the vehicle had a loud exhaust leak, ask if the vehicle could get fixed before purchased. Salesman said that he would get with his manger. Got a call back simply stating they already have enough money into the vehicle and aren t going to put anymore into it. The vehicle was a 2014 Ford Edge Sport they wouldn t come down on the price wanting $23,900 with 52k on it. Saying they price all there vehicles equal to similar Ford Edges in the area. Well needless to say we found a vehicle elsewhere we found a 2016 Ford Edge Sport Twin Turbo with 65k for $23,200 Total out the door. It s pretty sad when you say we have dealerships all over and can even work a deal out on a broken car you are trying to sell me. Or come down on the price it would be to fix the vehicle, before you try to sell it to a customer saying you simply have to much money into already, then you told me you put front breaks on it and the back breaks were at 60% still. So who knows how much other stuff was really wrong with the car truthfully!! Vehicles are over priced. Brad was a horrible salesman needs to learn how to sell vehicles

After several attempts to purchase vehicles here over the last couple of years, my experiences have progressively worsened, leading me to revise my previously glowing review. What once felt like a seamless and trustworthy process has deteriorated, marked by a lack of professionalism and transparency from the sales team. Despite my initial enthusiasm and the great people I met, the consistent negative experiences have compelled me to downgrade my review from five stars to just one. The decline in service quality and purchasing experience has made it clear that I need to seek other venues for future car purchases.

I bought my ford escape in 2021! Brad was absolutely the best and helped in every aspect of helping me purchase my first car. He even stayed late to help me through the progress. When I need another car I will be coming here again to purchase a car. 11/10 service. You will not be disappointed!

Worth stopping by if you're looking for a vehicle. Cody the salesman is a great guy to deal with. He doesn't try to sell you something your not looking for. Helped my dad who is on a fixed income drive away in a car. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Purchased a vehicle 3 months ago and have only been able to drive it for 1 month. I ve been having so many issues with this truck . They have kept my truck for 2 months and still have not fixed it. Everything I mentioned to them they covered it up and made it seem as if I was stupid until I took it to betten and they confirmed everything I was saying. I hate when men take advantage of women it s sickening. Even the mechanic lied to my face the manager face as well as my fianc until we showed him the paperwork then he recanted his story. I ve reached out to the general manager who has never responded as well as the manager again and he ignored me. I m very disappointed with the vehicle the lies and the service. Working with Chevy corporate office hopefully I ll get answers know. I will never in my life do business there again. I don t care if I have to complain to everybody in the world I will not stand back and let another women be taken advantage of by dishonest salesmen.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We went through the whole process of getting a loan for a truck that was on the lot, put insurance on it and everything. We live three hours away and made sure to obtain the check for the full purchase price. After being told it was all ours and was parked on the side of the lot for us to come on the weekend when we weren't working, we were told at 8:30 pm the night before we were headed down that someone came in and looked at it and offered to pay more than asking price. Pretty shady dealership if you ask me.... Do not recommend this place at all.

Would be 0 stars if I could! Bought a lifted 2010 f150 cab and a half, July of 2021. Reassured my husband and I that there were absolutely no rust and no issues with the truck. Got it home and realized within a week that the back passenger window was broken and wouldn't roll down, the exhaust was rusted and disconnected from the manifold so the exhaust was literally filling the cab if the heat was on, there was a rear axel seal leak, 4 wheel drive was broken, broken tail light, bent rim, rusted out wheel wells covered up panels that ripped off after a car wash, and 2x3 section of the truck bed had been cut out and then covered with a liner. There is so much more but you get the point. So disappointed with the amount of issues and money spent. More disappointed with how they treated us when we contacted them about it. They basically were telling us to basically get bent, if they answered our calls, when we asked for them to fix it. Even after he had proof of his employee guaranteeing us of the amazing condition and NO ISSUES with the truck. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

First of all. Sales person was only going along with what the dealership dictated him to do. He was great! We didn t have access to our money for almost 3 weeks. Our bank was giving my wife a hard time.Jacob towards the end decided to play along as if this was some kind of joke and said he s washing his hands on the matter. Two guys above Jacob were still wailing to try and confirm their check with the bank. Our bank cashed the check immediately and 10 days later cried fraudulent check from the dealership and said that they are keeping all our funds. My wife was told by our own bank as well as News media to file a theft report because of the dealerships lack of recalling their check. News media went to our bank first to get clarity on a valid transaction. After filing reports of theft with ftc, bank regulators, DA, BBB and reaching out to the CEO.Soon after all was resolved as if it never happened. The bank released all funds and fully restored all access. Everything was pulled out of the bank immediately. If this dealership buys your vehicle Please don t wait longer than the standard 10 day hold. Funds should never be held by any bank if you have other funds that can cover those funds.

The process was pretty smooth getting my car several years ago priced over $10,000.00. They were helpful. I am still paying on it. Almost done and have been contacted a few times to trade in for another one.The first time I told them it was in an accident earlier this year and needs the bumper replaced and declined a trade in and I do still respectfully decline. Soon after getting the car, I recommended a (now) former coworker who ended up a getting a car. They offer $100 for people you recommend and they get a car. They sent me a check for $50 instead. I did have an issue that was covered by the warranty. The throttle body needed to be replaced and they took care of it at no cost to me. A few complaints were issues with the rims. The two front tires started going down the SAME day I bought the car. I called them back the same day and was told that was something I did because he drove the car to the lot with no issues. Can't even explain how that made me feel when I know that I didn't! Instead of replacing them no cost to me, they offered to find cheaper rims to fit and me pay for it. My daughter bought a car and it was one of the two offered to me. She later discovered that the whole underside is rusted when she got brakes done. She has paid thousands in to repairs for the car. They told me and her it was a solid car during our appointments. She bought as is. Again, this was one of the two offered to me. The only one offered to her. She has paid it off and is still putting money into it. I found out during getting the barings changed that only 3 calipers were working!! I didnt even bother calling them back. Issues with the drivers side heated seat that got WAY TOO HOT even on low. Would burn my rear and legs. Barely works now. Issues with the seat where it won't adjust. I Bought a 2012 back in mid 2019 I believe. Around 108k miles. I personally do not recommend for those reasons. Everyone has their opinions and experience. I'm not sure how much they have changed over the past few years. For any dealership get your warranties! Document ALL ISSUES and get it inspected by another mechanic. Report All issues to the dealership in writing ASAP!10/14/2022 Review update. Thank you for the reply my review. I'm happy to hear that you have switched new managers. I hope that these changes will be of help to so many of us who really need reliable transportation. Praying for your success as a business and fixture in our community

They helped get us in a very nice 3 row. Cody worked hard for us. We have horrible credit and they were still able to help us. Dan the manager was awesome and straight forward with us. We couldn t have asked for a better deal or better people. Thank you Cody and Dan. If you are looking for a vehicle definitely go to them.
