Just a great experience from start to finish!!! I m a Trinity Health employee so I was able to have my car taken for service while I was at work to have the brakes repaired. They performed all the work in one day that I had approved after sending me a very detailed estimate. I was able to pick and choose which options I approved or declined. I ve honestly never had an easier time getting my car serviced. My car is now safe to drive for a reasonable price and great customer experience.

Great service, highly recommend! They were able to get me scheduled quickly and communicated with me about what was going on while I was waiting for my car. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out relatively quick. I was very pleased as a first time customer.

Muskegon Brake has always gone above and beyond for our family. This time around they performed a pre-purchase inspection and then completed a needed repair after purchase. Everything was completed as quoted and on time. They were flexible with scheduling. They do a great job of communicating and listening. We would definitely recommend Muskegon Brake!

Muskegon Brake & Tire are an impressive team who really knows their business. They are excellent mechanics who fixed a problem on my Bentley that two other shops could not accomplish. They properly diagnosed the issue during a test drive with me, confirmed the issue putting the car on the lift then scheduled an appointment and fixed the mechanical issue. These guys are experts and are great mechanics. I strongly recommend them.

I had to leave on a business trip across a few states with very little notice and I felt like I needed an alignment so I called the company to see if they had a room to just squeeze me in.Turns out I needed a control arm. Not only did they tell me this, they offer to pull you onto the shop floor to show you what they are seeing. Absolutely love that.My car exhaust is also loud so they recommended me elsewhere because if they did it they would have to replace the entire exhaust. They were honest, they didn't deny the job but gave me all the information to make my own decision and I love that.They even drove me back to my job while they worked on my car. Just wow!You can tell they all work as a team and are trying their best to give you the best service from the desk lady who is a super friendly and knowledgeable down to earth lady, the person working on your car who will sit and explain everything to you, and even the manager was smiling and cracking jokes - work appropriate of course. Love that they all seem to actually enjoy their job and work together so well.If you're nervous about taking your car here, don't be. I will 100% be back when needed and I would 100% recommend them! I have never before been to a car repair shop where I actually learned something, was described the issue and felt completely confident in the services. I can say that about here and it makes me so happy! Thank you!!

Scheduled an appointment a week out to repair wheel bearing. At appointment, they notified me of a discount I was eligible for and repaired my car. Service was excellent and I had my car back on the road sooner than expected. I will use their service in the future and do recommend to my family and friends. 09/2023.My car started chugging one morning when I was leaving work. I drove to Muskegon Brake and Tire and was waiting 'til they opened. They got my vehicle in and on the diagnostic to find out what the problem. A week later (due to complications with a vendor) I have my car....ALL fixed. As always, welland do recommend

I'm posting this for my Ex-husband because he's too kind hearted too. So a few days ago, or last week which ever it was, he took his 2008 dodge Avenger to Muskegon brake and tire to replace his car battery because it's hard to get to. Its right next to his driver side tire. Well we switched cars today and I found a dirty, nasty rag, sitting on top of wires that are next to the fuse box, and the fuse box sits right on top of the car battery, Now that could potentially cause a fire. Do you guys think that's acceptable? because I don't! Don't worry I threw it away!

Made an appointment online and when I called to confirm it they had no idea what I was talking about. I have the email from open bay. Got the car in and they ran a test and gave me some idea what the problem may be. They didn t really say what the test was, sounds like they test drove it and checked the codes. Other than that service was fine and people were friendly.

Took care of my car in a timely manner. Nobody took it for a joyride or through a drive thru for food this time like they did last time, so HUGE improvement from the last time I used their services in 2020. I would use them again.

this is now my go to shop for everything via car problems. I was there a few weeks prior to my most recent visit for an all point inspection. they told me to just keep an eye on my power steering fluid which I did so when I popped the hood last, i noticed my coolant reservoir was low. so I took it back for pressure testing and they did not charge me! very friendly & honest group of people whom I trust my car to any mechanical services needed. awesome Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Working with Muskegon Brake and Tire was super simple to schedule and reschedule. The process was very simple and efficient. I was told it would be about an hour but was finished just shy of one hour. I received 4 new tires and the conversation with the counter staff was great and I actually received a referral for business for my own business. What a great team! The price even came in lower than expected.Service: Tires

This place was amazing. Got my vehicle in quick. Work that got done was spot on. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any place els around the muskegon area. Lended me a ride to and from my house while the vehicle was being looked at and worked on. Great customer service and knowledgeable.

I called ahead and made an appointment for an alignment because my car was wandering while driving in a straight line. staff was very knowledgeable and did not try to take advantage of me and upsell unneeded parts because I am female (this has happened at other places). Discovered I did not need an alignment but just a tire rotation and balance. Very pleased and will be back when I need new tires and struts later.

Everyone I've worked with at Muskegon Break and Tire is wonderful. They're incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly. I needed a large repair done to my vehicle and was slightly overwhelmed with where to start. Justin picked up on that and helped me determine a good starting point so I didn't panic. Brought my car here because other local shops said there was nothing wrong with my car when clearly there was. Brought it to Muskegon Brake and Tire and within 15 minutes knew what was wrong. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, and changed my brake fluid. Fast, friendly service. Justin was very knowledgeable. Will recommend to others.Service: Brake service & repair

Should be 10 stars....this is a fantastic business for you and your car. I used the chat function the night I got a flat.They were kind enough to fit me in the next day. Turns out tires were in desperate need of replacement and needed brakes too. Where do you find competent people behind the front desk and mechanics too? Justin, you are incredible. Thank you so much for everything! PS They also diagnosed a wheel bearing issue which has been a long time loud noise...very dangerous so getting that done next week. Last year I traded my 17 Malibu in for a 19 Dodge Ram. I couldn t wait for my first oil change. Hadn t seen the wonderful staff at Muskegon Brake for awhile. They take good care of my vehicles. Very helpful in every way. I m going to be adding some tow hooks and a 3inch lift soon.
