Best customer service I have received in years! They took care of me from beginning to end. From the owner on down. Most companies now are all about money. It used to be pride, and integrity was valued more than money. Customers were actually valued. The majority of businesses and people only care about money(greed)now, which has decreased the quality of service and care. Muffler man showed me that there are still a few of us good people left. 5 stars to them. They deserve it. Hopefully, they will keep this going! We need change for the better in this country!!!

This location was GREAT! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my truck in on a few separate occasions. Each time was quick and I have had no problems afterwards. Even without an appointment, my vehicle was ready in no time. I can't say enough good things about Muffler Man, Dave, and the rest of his mechanics. Will NOT go anywhere else with any of my vehicles. You will not be disappointed going to the Muffler Man on Apple. FYI* The other Muskegon location is a different owner. Go to Apple!! :)

Had the most wonderful experience getting my muffler serviced today, service was quick, fairly priced and the customer service was beyond incredible. All of the workers were so attentive and kind, coming here for any future car issues.

Great prices!! Took my 84 Pontiac Fiero in for some exhaust work and the result was more than pleasing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Stopped in for the first time, and was amazed at how well everything went. They had my exhaust repairs done quickly, and their prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive, as well. Would highly recommend them, especially for exhaust work.

Disgusted with the service. Had the motor mount replaced and tie rods. Got it back and now my windows don't work. Spoke with the mechanic and he blew me off saying that they test all systems before working on the car. Total scam. The windows and doors loks worked perfectly when it was dropped off.

Had a muffler and some piping replaced on my 2000 4runner for a very good price. They were extremely busy but they got me in Monday morning and I had the truck back by Tuesday mid-day. Overall very pleased.

I lovee my experience here, the mechanics are very knowledgable, professional, without hassle and work is done quickly at fair prices. It says something that at the end of everyday, thier lot of cars to be worked on is vertually empty. I dropped my small SUV sunday night after hours to have a entire fuel line and fuel filter replaced as mine was rotted out. They called me later monday after noon with info and and pricing, 30 to 45 minutes later MR Muffler on apple ave called me again to let me know that my SUV was done. I couldnt be happier, I expected to pay more.

I paid $1,300 to have my Cadillac converter fixed and my exhaust manifold fixed one month later I had to return for the same thing But instead this time they told me I needed a tune up so I paid another 200 for the tune up and 2 days later my light was back on for my convertor i simplyask for a refund which was denied so could take it somewhere else to get the job done right And one of the guys comes from out of the shop and says how many times do you go to the doctors until they find something wrong Which in my opinion was rude and unprofessional Especially considering I had just left from an appointment where I just found out I had a brain aneurysm. They had my daughter car for a week for a front-end alignment and told her she needed other Things done, and her total ended up being $2000 but no front-end alignment customer service socks for women I think she was taken advantage of.

I really liked this place. I took my car there in the morning and it was all done in the afternoon. They are the best and they did a great job at fixing my car. It only took that day to fix it. I was really happy with everything even the price. This is the place to take your car.

08/10/2016I bought a used truck that needed the brakes bled. I called down there to ask if they would do it, they said yes. I had my buddy go down there as I was working and was going to have them bled. The mechanic that came out was incredibly rude, said rotors and pads were junk and he wasn't touching it, turned his back and walked back in. I called the the guy who I talked to earlier, (Bob), and told him what happened and that I too had employees. If one of them talked to a customer, or a potential repeat customer, like this one did, he/she would be out the door. He said, "thanks for letting me know," then, hung up. I can't believe that a small business owner, who had the potential to capture a new customer, would allow the employees to talk to people that way. I will never recommend this brake place, I will make sure that I post on social media and by word of mouth that this small business thinks its customers, and/or potential customers, are theirs to abuse. With so many other places to go, this won't be a hardship on me, just the Small Business Owner that is trying to capture market share. Congratulations on being what people fear most from an automotive place. Completely and totally unprofessional.

3 years ago I had muffler man put straight pipes on my 2011 ram 1500, today, I've had to patch my exhaust numerous times because the pipe they use is garbage!! An exhaust should not rust out in 3 years!! My stainless tips they put on ARE NOT stainless, very disappointing that they took my money and used garbage to do the job!!

Needed my exhaust fixed an not familiar with all the areas as to being new to area so googled an was closet so took a chance an I could not be more happy had asked if needed to make appt an had said first come first serve so had one in front of me so I waited , wasn't long an had me in , very courteous people an didn't take me over in prices like most places I'm a very pleased an would highly recommend themService: Exhaust

They do an excellent job never have any issues they're very competitive and very friendly I do all my own car work but if I don't have the time I will take it there I drop it off leave my keys and I usually get a phone call Within Heyday letting me know what's wrong or if it's reasonable it's usually already fixed I would highly recommend Muffler Man to anybody I know
