I was recommended to take my car to Mr axel by precision claims thru car city. 2015 ford focus. Had what I thought to be a blown transmission (thankfully it wasn t) communication was awesome. Although it did take a little longer than originally thought it would. Super happy to have my car back and glad that it s fixed right. Huge thank you also for the man who helped me clean my car that was COVERED FULL OF SNOW also. These guys are awesome here. Totally recommend

Wife's van was making noise I couldn't find they found issue during a look over and fixed it. They were honest on problem and didn't do anything unnecessary at the time. Good people will recommend them for friends.

Very friendly service, all together a great experience. My car is driving great and I feel way more safe in my vehicle than I did before! Dropped my Suburban off on a Thursday evening and Mr. Axle replaced my rear axle by early afternoon Friday! They were much faster than I expected! Staff was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

I got a quote from a Ford dealership and was told it would cost me $500 to fix, brought it to Mr. Axle and it cost me $186 for the same job. They completed the work in just a few hours. Great work and great customer service. I highly recommend

Awesome work from these guys and the prices are very good! Really know their stuff and get the work done right and they get it done timely! Definitely worth the money. I can t say enough about how great the guys here are, go check em out if you need anything done on your vehicle.

Brought my Escalade in to Mr Axle today to have my air ride fixed and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly staff. I got a quote and was told how long it would take.They made the repairs and got the job done in the time at the price I was quoted! They took care of my vehicle while they had it and I will most definitely be going back there for any future automotive repairs.

Brought my vehicle in in the morning. Mr Axel gave me a call to verify the job and told me proceeding as planned and a part was needed and was on-time! Came in upon the expected completion of the job and it was just being finished....so little wait time. Good honest people and competitive reasonable pricing for the job done, which the job was extensive. Happy with the work!

Don't waste of your time bringing your vehicle here they can't get an alignment right had to bring my vehicle back twice and they still didn't get it right

Service used to be great. Dropped off a car the get it looked at, made sure I could get it by next day. They had it three days and didn't even look at it til I called on that third day. Paid for them to look at it for 30 min and keep my car for 3 days. Just to guess what the problem was. After that I won't go back. They should be on top of it....

They really know what they are doing at this shop. I had some work done on my car and they did a great job from start to finish. Plus I was treated with respect the whole time ( no one talked down to me for not knowing a lot about cars). Thank you for the great experience.

On Friday, June 14, 2019 I finally had a chance after 8 months to return to this establishment to follow up on a repair that was recommended to me that I needed and had that repair completed. To my thought or remembrance it did not take care of a certain problem that I was expecting to disappear. I made it to Quarterline Rd. and called explained was I was experiencing and what I was expecting out of the repair they asked if I could return right away and let them check it from what my diagnoses was. I said yes, I did they treated me very kind took my vehicle for a drive test knew right away what was wrong additional aside from the original 8 month repair and fixed it at no cost to me. Might I add it was a costly repair......Thank you to the staff of Mr. Axle.....YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Mr. Axle is now under new management and a completely different experience! I would highly highly recommend their services. Their labor rate is fair and they do not overcharge for parts. They back their work with a 3 year parts and labor warrenty that comes with emergency roadside assistance. Customer service is top priority! Glad I found a trustworthy and affordable mechanic in town!

Thank you for taking my money for nothing.I needed a diagnosis for my trailblazer that was leaking fuel coming from the top of the gas tank and i related that the tank would have to be taken down to see it and was told they could look at it and that there was going to be a $40.00 fee to look at it only to find out that they never dropped the tank and if they did it would be $200.00 without the repair then another $316.00 to fix it if the fuel pump needed to be replaced. So i dropped off my vehicle so they could give me a verbal guestimate without actually looking at the tank and charged me $40.00 why didn't you tell me to just stop by and hand you 40.00 then leave cause that's exactly what happened. You wasted my time and money!! i don't understand why i wasn't told it would cost more to drop the tank on the phone or in person when i clearly explained the problem about the leak being on top of the tank and why i was misled for my money

Rick and his team are on point. Made appointment dropped off car night before was done by 2 pm ive been useing mr axle for my big wrenching needs for years honesty, trust and qaulity is what i constantly receive.

The best shop in Muskegon the crew at Mr Axel has extensive knowledge of motors and are extremely accurate of their diagnosis I give the staff and crew all the confidence in the world thanks guys.p.s just brought my truck home all the neighbors came out to see where that awesome sounding motor was. Thank you guys so much I appreciate it and I'm looking forward to giving you guys much more work in the future

Anything drive line related goes to Mr. Axle. From my 91 Audi that broke a CV joint, to my 66 T-bird that needed rear axle and pinion bearings and finally to my 04 F250 that needed a drive shaft rebuild. The diagnostic is through, the repairs are quick and you wont feel abused by the the cost. Thank you Mr. Axle for keeping me on the road.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in for diagnostic got me in fast. They were fast and very helpful also my mom needed a headlight bulb to be put in and they were kind enough to do it for her. Thanks for your great service

They handled an entire front-end rebuild, including making me a new axel, for a 2000 Land Rover. No body else would even take it on, and they fixed it better than new, like it was easy. Also, Land Rover repairs are usually extremely costly, and their pricing was very fair.Dave Mathews

Best place in town did the timing chain on my 2010 Chevy Equinox haven t had any issues sense very reasonable pricing with high quality work. knowledgeable staff who completely helped me understand what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix the problem and what it would cost to do so thank you Mr Axle!

I took my 2010 Chevy equinox with only 85,000 miles on it in for a few things including a loud ticking noise in the front end and they fixed every thing except the noise in the front end and told me that I had a bad engine I decided to pic it up and take it to the GM dealer on hennery street and when I picked it up and drove down the road there was no power to the dash board no blinkers or anything had to take it back again then when done long story short I took it to GM and they replaced a timing chain and a few other things and now it is good as new no more ticking noise and it was not a bad engine. I thing MR axles mechanic needs more training.
