I had a phenomenal experience at Mr. Tire tire shop. The service was exceptionally quick and efficient, and the prices were definitely affordable. I highly recommend visiting Mr. Tire for all your tire needs, as they offer a wide selection of both new and used tires at incredibly competitive prices.

Brought my car here after a bad experience with another tire shop. They got me back on the road in under an hour (first-come first-served, I just happened to show up at the front of the line) with a great set of used tires! Will be recommending them to my friends and family and likely returning in the future!

When my husband went to his tires put on we thought they over charged our card by double. I t was not their fault and it was CashApp issue. They were very wonderful and we are truly sorry for the mix up and I hope this helps to rectify the situation. It was hard to tell who the issue is with because it is so hard to a hold anyone through CashApp but we do appreciate how kind and patient they were during this issue.

Excellent service. Called in the morning to find couple used tires. They told me had a matching pair so I went in and they had 2 used tires that were in great condition and had plenty of tread left. They were kind of busy but the wait wasn't that long. It was freezing and blizzard like outside. The guy that changed the tires did it outside. Took old ones off mounted and balanced new ones and put them back on. Had great conversation with the lady who runs the business while I waited. They are also bilingual for those who speak Spanish. Highly recommend these guys for used or new tires. They will get my business again.

Great group of people! I had a new set of tires and the place I bought them couldn't fit me in to install. So I came to Mr. Tire. Fast, friendly, and very good at what they do! Will definitely will be returning.

Didn't clean glue off rims and they tell you one price over phone and charge u more when you get there. Wasn't happy about the service. Seems it has gone down hill since least 4 years ago

I love these guys. After calling over 31. Yes 31 places to get a used tire for my car. Nobody had one but this guy and he had 2. If you can't find a used tire your size I suggest you go to this guy. I'm in hardy damn area in newaygo and nobody this way had one. It was worth the trip.

Got lucky, had a rare tire size I needed in good shape. Got in and out quickly. Parking is limited but was able to drive around and get in place. May check back for more used tires. Paid a reasonable price. Left feeling like I had a good day!

I went around to junk yards today trying to find used tires but they all said Mr Tire comes and takes them all. I tried stopping by today just after 5, maybe 515 and they slammed the door on me. Really nice

Had a blowout yesterday and he had a great looking tire for me at a great price and got me right in. He had an awesome attitude and paid very close attention to detail, finding a very small crack in my rim. I would most definitely recommend going here and will continue to do business here whenever I need to.

I was charged 41.40 with receipt they charged my card gave me receipt then charged my card again for 82.80 two days later not ok will be in contact with bbb and attorney

They are friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime I have been there they were fast and had what I needed. Their prices are great. Definitely my first choice for tires.

Fantastic service! These guys were so easy to work with. I was able to drop my truck off and pick it up after work and everything was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price! I would strongly recommend!

Went in to have my tires switched out from winter to summer. They did that great, however, they didn't balance them and put me back on the road like that. I was on my way to Chicago in a few hours so had to go to another place on the fly to get them balanced. Ended up being an expensive morning for me. The first place I went, Jalisco, told me off the bat that their balancer wasn't working and that they would not switch them out without being balanced. Its a safety issue. I ended up, very nervously, driving 6- 8 miles to another tire place to have them go over what was just done and get them balanced. Not a big deal IF they would have told me BEFORE they took the other tires off. I was told that the person working there did not know how to balance the tires off of a new car.

Decent down to earth people, fast service, inexpensive tires. I needed a new tire ASAP in a snowstorm and got one in 20 minutes for under $30. Can't say that about anywhere else around here. Good guys.

They always charge 35 & up for tires. I have bought from them alot until they sold me a spare for a ford instead of a dodge. I'm a female and don't know the difference. Went to take it back and they said they have new owners and couldn't return, but yet same people there. I no longer go there.
