I had 2 great experiences here, my suv had a hitch put on and then it wired completely for hauling trailers. So happy I did this! I was referred here originally by my bf, he was spot on telling me to come here with no hassles! Jess gave give me this t-shirt as it going to wake up since I'm moving to Chicago. Some of the most naturally cheerful and helpful people I have ever met, and I'm from Southern Oregon originally, where hospitality is next to none!

Had a great experience with them. They put a hitch on my car for my bike. Stopped by on Monday and it was installed on Wednesday morning. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for a few other items and I will be recommending them to my friends.

We needed a trailer hitch installed on our 2020 Explorer, a complicated task that other places couldn t handle because of the model. Monroe came to our rescue with professionalism, fast and friendly service, good communication, and reasonable rates. A big shout-out to Jess who was so friendly and helpful with every phone call. As we waited for our vehicle we were so impressed with the way the business was run. It s a busy place, yet every customer who called or walked in the door was treated with the exact same respect and patience. We can t say enough good things about this business.

I spent months talking to all sorts of' "professionals " to find a set up that worked with my car. I finally just ordered downright that I thought I could creatively solve the problem only to have it delayed for over 2 months. I made one call to Monroe and they not only knew how to get my track system on, but had the parts in stock and had it installed 3 days later. Everyone was well informed, professional and kind. I will recommend Monroe to anyone that needs a rack on their truck.

I wish more companies had the customer service like Monroe. I have been setting up our Snow Plow Trucks here for about 15 years.Excellent service. And Monroe backs the work.No need to shop around.

I was looking for a tonneau cover for my truck. Jess explained all of my options to me and helped me decide on the right one for me. They got it in quickly and installed it on my truck Very nice customer service all the way around. Happy with my purchase. Would recommend.

Had a viper remote starter installed in wifes car. Jessica was very knowledgeabout product. And very pleasant to talk to. They had car ready at time that stated. I will continue doing business with monroes.

Installer of my cap nicked a few wires that caused the rear camera to short out and the trailer disconnection light to constantly come on. Brought back to repair and nothing was resolved...blamed Chevy. The dealer found a smashed coupler and several wires nicked. The cap itself...is great.

Enjoyed the service I received here other than a minor issue with the remote start system we had installed in our vehicle. A quick phone call to schedule a time to have them look at and fix it was simple enough.

Unbelievable experience. I came from out of town and had a time crunch for a hitch to be installed. They got me in the day the parts arrived.The staff is friendly, knowledge and I felt that my car was in good hands. You can have the upmost confidence with this company!! I would recommend them to anyone

I came in with a broken shock for my tonneau cover. Of course, mine is extra long and not in stock. Thanks to the knowledge and resourceful nature of the store employee, I walked out with a cheaper shock which I was able to remove the part I needed to fix my shock.Thank you Jesse!

Costumer services is great I think it was the owner the last couple time I've been in there man that guy can move anyway. Prices would be the only thing I could complain about but after comparing golf carts with the same parts and pieces. They were cheaper then most others buy at least 500$ to 1500$ so great job keep it up

Staff is awesome!! I always ask a lot of questions and they were super friendly and answered them all without making me feel like an idiot...lol I would HIGHLY recommend them for any truck accessories... they alway do an amazing job!

Great place to get what you need for your truck or SUV. They can special order parts if they don't carry what you need. Had a towing bracket for my CX-5 in, in about 3 days.Also have some RC car stuff!

It's not really fair to other companies when this place hires people with superpowers!I mean everything from bringing my car into the door to dealing with the mechanic was pleasant and better than I could have asked for.My vehicle was actually at a different highly rated mechanic down the same road, and they might have been able to eventually fix it but they definitely talk to me as if I was a burden to them which is simply an experience most don't prefer.I typically prefer to do my own car work but with Monroe it was so pleasant dealing with them that I won't hesitate to come back again.Specific shout out to Tom the guy that's been doing the electrical.He comes off as polite and patient and has the skill to talk to communicate to individuals at a lower skill level so they can follow his progress, great work!

Love monroes. The staff is so great and we have never had a problem with anything we've purchased. Between my dad and I, we have gotten 3 automatic starts put in 3 separate vehicles, 2 truck bed covers and a bunch of smaller purchases. I bought weather tech floor mats and they put them in my truck for me and everything. They also ordered me winter wiper blades that are amazing and installed those as well, no extra cost. I'll go to them for anything I need that they offer.

I took my tandem axle snowmobile trailer to Monroe to check an electric brake issue. Brakes were working fine, but one wheel was acting up. Within 20 minutes they called me saying all 4 brake drums and brake assemblies needed to be replaced. I questioned this, seeing they had the trailer for only 20 min. When I asked if they took them apart to inspect, he did not know , and indicated he would check and call me back. He did call back indicating no one had inspected the brake assemblies because they could not get the screw out of the wheels center cap. So in fact, they did not inspect anything, yet told me I needed everything to be replaced, including the drums. The cost would be $1,400. I proceeded to tell him I would be picking up the trailer right away. I did, and took it to USA Trailers. They actually got the caps off and inspected the brake system. The drums were perfect, the shoes on 3 of the 4 wheels fine. Only one wheel would need parts. At that point we decided while the trailer wheels were apart, to replace pads, magnets and the backer plates on all 4. Total cost $700I have purchased trailers, snow plows, and accessories at Monroe over the years. I found them to be completely rude, this was my last visit I will make to Monroe, not doing business there again.

I picked up a golf cart from this company 2 years ago. Since then they have fixed my trailer wiring, the golf cart twice ( I have kids and they happened to break it twice ) and now my trucks wiring issue. Always quick and very very reasonably priced. I'd recommend anyone to take their stuff to them.

I called on Wednesday and received a very knowledgeable consultation regarding a wiring solution for my vehicle and boat trailer. Thursday morning They had it installed and completed in less than an hour and it looks great. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I ve used them multiple times for various services over the years and have always been happy with their services.

Had a great experience with Muskegon's W. MI Golf Cart this past week. I brought in an older electric cart that stopped working (dropped off at noon time). Was advised that it would be looked at within a couple days, and depending on the issue and part availability, it could take up to 2 weeks. I felt that was typical/reasonable. I did mention to them that the cart was my elderly mom's cart which she uses almost daily.I received a call 2 hours later and was told the batteries and cables were shot. I gave them the approval to replace. I received another call 2 hours later (still same day) and was told it is ready for pick up. I had no idea what their schedule was that day, and obviously they had parts in stock, but it also appears they took into consideration the cart was an important vehicle for my mom.Great people. Thank you for the quick turn around and your help!!(BTW, my mom has already shared our positive experience to a west Michigan business who uses golf carts to transport customers in their blueberry fields. They do need their carts occasionally maintenenced.)

I was in a jam and needed a tonneau cover quickly. I went to Monroe Truck and Auto and they were so helpful. They gave me options with different price points and were super knowledgeable! They were also very speedy. I was in and out in 30 minutes with picking my products out and installation!

Sue and Jess were so knowledgeable and helpful. I was there two different times and both of them researched parts and Sue was able to order replacement step pads for nerf bars Monroe's installed years ago. Got them installed a couple days later, all at a reasonable cost. Jess called several suppliers and determined that there is not a hitch made for a Honda CR-V EX hybrid. Not even from Honda, I later found out. Excellent! Thanks
