I appreciate this place so much. I had a personal situation that someone else had dropped my car off when they shouldn''t have. Since this person was not in my life anymore, I was not aware of how long it was there. Instead of charging me over a thousand dollars in storage fees. The manager Morgan was so compassionate and understanding that I was able to have my car which was given to me by my late grandfather and so special to me. They even charged my battery and filled up my tires. I appreciate them so much. It's hard to find this in companies these days.

Bought a new set of tires for my Jeep from Morgan. Tires mounted and balanced were cheaper than the internet prices I was looking at. Had a 4 wheel alignment also. The service here is 2nd to none. Competitive prices, and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I've been coming here for years with my commercial vehicles. Greg goes above and beyond every single time! I stopped in last week with a front tandem axle dragging on my trailer. Sadly they couldn't work on it (only because it was an airbrake issue and I didn't know they're not certified) but, with Greg's valuable experience he spotted a major issue and pointed me in the right direction to get fixed. He then proceeded to break the rest of the ice and snow build up from under the trailer when he most definitely didn't have to.

Got quoted $80 to change out my tires two weeks ago. I thought that was a bit expensive for 10 minutes of labor, but I figured I d still take it in when I got the chance. So, I took it in today and they charged me $120! I told them I was quoted $80 two weeks ago. They said labor prices just went up. Meekhof Tire just lost a loyal customer.

Was in town and thought I had a screw in my camper trailer tire. Turns out it was nothing. They showed me and said they didn t need to do anything and I was free to go. They didn t take advantage me and try to charge me for something I didn t need. Thank you for showing some people in this world are honorable.

First impressions: they go a long way in customer service. In one instance today i saw and experienced great customer service from one associate there and then in another instance next to me I watched in horror as the manager treated the customers next to me just plain awful. This being my first time here due to bringing a company vehicle in for their account, it made me quickly make up my mind that I probably wouldn t want to bring my personal vehicle in due to the treatment I saw.As for the service, it was fast. They got the job done.It takes a lot of work to make up for 1 lousy decision to treat the customer poorly

They helped me out so last minute when another tire shop near by said they could do it but when I got there switched up so it was literally 2 min til close and they stayed late and got me squared away!!!

Terrible service!! Made an appointment a week and a half in advance for mount and balance of tires and a leveling kit on my truck. Should be a 3-4 hour job. They didn't get it finished the first day. I called twice to make sure they would have it done by no later than 3:00 the following day when I got off work so I could make my 4hr drive home. Got there at 2:45 and my truck was sitting outside not even being worked on. Here I sit 4hrs from home on Good Friday and my truck just got done at 5pm. The counter guy Morgan got an attitude with me and said he was doing me a favor... What a horrible experience. I will never go back there and suggest you take your business elsewhere also. They also charged me almost double of what was quoted because they said there were a few extra parts they needed. I had no choice but to pay it so I could get home.

Very bad service! Called a week ago talked to Darren and set up appointment for tires to be put on and alignment. Dropped the car off Sunday night so they had all day to do the work. Called today (Monday) at 12 to make sure the car would be ready around 3 and was told that it was ready for pick up after waiting on hold for about a half hour and Darren forgot I was even on the phone. Went to pick the car up and was told it was done when it hadn't even been touched. Was told they could still put the tires on but didn't have time for alignment until December 4th. This is not the 1st time this has happened there but the last time they made up for it with quick service while I waited and a discount for my time wasted. I'm so disappointed! Will never use them again!

Called and set up an appointment to get front steer tires balanced. Guy said it would be a 15 minute job. Set my appointment for 2:15 pm sat over an hour and a half before finally just saying hell with it and leaving. Word of advice don t tell someone that it will take 15 minutes and make then sit in your waiting room for over and hour and a half. Ridiculous

These guys are cool to work, with always awesome and easy.Like to do a lot of work myself but when I do take things in I m very specific with where I go.Five stars not only for value but the price, and service.

I had a flat tire and Dropped the tire off to have it patched, came back after the tire was patched and asked if they could take the spare off my car and put the tire back and some how it s been over 45 mins no one is in the front office I m just sitting in the waiting room.. really annoyed with how long it s been with no communication how i known it was going to be this long I would have done it myself

The snow has fallen, so it was time to get those new set of tires. And no, Meekof Tire has not changed. They still have great service and the associates treat the customers with so much care. Thanks so much for taking care of my car.

Purchased Michelin Pilots and wanted them installed on my car. Apparently a lot of tire shops around are unwilling to install tires unless you purchase directly through them.Meekhoff was not only able to install my tires 4 hours before I actually needed them done, but also were able to get me in next day as opposed to waiting a week at other places.Thanks guys!

The manager at the Muskegon shop truly has a lot of love and passion for what he does. Treats the customers with a lot of respect and is very helpful with people and helping them understand! Keep up the great work, you have my vote!!

Best place in town. Great place for tires, brakes and alignments. I try to have anything I need repaired done here. I call ahead and ask if they will do a particular task and most of the time the answer is yes, even if it is not something they typically do. Guys behind the counter are friendly and I appreciate the quality of work done by the guys in the shop.

Top notch customer service and very quick! Drove in with a flat tire, they had me out the door in less than an hour with a patch, a front balance and a lug key ordered. Fun guys to talk to and very affordable - will be back again!

They were prompt,and respectful, when it came down to my repair to my car. The mechanics were quick in their response to my requests, the facility was/is clean and very comfortable. Of you are having car issues Michelin on Laketon is the place to go.

They did a great job with my 6 tires on my RV! I anticipated needing 6 new tires since they all kept losing a lot of pressure & 2 went flat while in storage over the winter. Turns out I had 6 leaky valves which they replaced with the appropriate metal ones. They also removed, fully inspected, & remounted the tires properly. They could have replaced, but found the problem & fixed it. They put in a lot of time & labor, and my cost was nominal for their efforts & service! I am ver pleased & greatful. My Only negative comment is I wish the front desk fella would have followed COVID protocol & wear a mask while interacting with customers.
