Fast, professional work. Walked in expecting a shop environment and was greeted with a showroom, very impressed with how clean their facility is. Ceramic tint comes with a lifetime warranty for peace of mind. (The specks on the window are snow, not bubbles or debris.)

Matt and his team are top notch. Great communication from beginning to end and even send a text asking how everything went. The waiting area is top notch with snacks and beverages. This is my second vehicle I ve brought to LWT and wouldn t trust anyone else!

Brought in my wife's 2015 Taurus PI. Great job and done in a timely manner. Guys were very proffesional and got to work right away. LWT does good work and they stand behind it. Everybody was very friendly and the ceramic tint looks awesome and performs even better. No more blinding lights while driving in the dark and makes my day driving much more pleasurable! Only complaint is the big mess they left inside my truck both times causing some faint staining on my dash and door panels. It did come out after using a soft brush and some conditioners after. Overall I am happy with the work done!

They have the best customer service I have ever encountered. Their work is fantastic and if anything is wrong they will take care of it immediately.They have tinted 5 of my vehicles and do an amazing job. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Amazing experience! The quote was fast and easy. I was able to get an appointment within the week. The process was extremely seamless! The shop was impeccably clean. I had my front, back, and rear windows tinted and the whole process took just over two hours. The results are perfection. Email and conversation was consistent and super helpful. Face to face contact was had, and all my information and questions were remember. Lisa was super helpful with any question I asked and responded quickly. Matt was super personable, allowed me to check out his own tint sample and further explained the process in a manner that s understandable. 10/10 recommend anyone to get their work done here. Matt does a fantastic job , very professional and informative , Lisa is also very helpful and knowledgeable ! Great to see the business grow. I have taking 3 new vehicles to them for tinting and every time has been a great experience and my tinting has always looked great, with no issues!Thanks for the great service I ll always be a return customer and I drive an hour and fifthteen minutes to get their, passing several other places to get to lakeshore tinting!! Friendly staff, their building was getting new shingles and they made sure there were no nails on the ground before pulling my car out. They got it done quick, had snacks and drinks in their waiting room and free Wi-Fi for me to work while I waited. Definitely recommend!

Took my 2005 Buick LeSabre into LWT and they turned it into more then your typical grocery getter. I drove down from the Shelby area to get the tints done and people ask me why I didn't go local to the other tint shop? Well because I was able to talk to someone on the phone when I called I received great communication leading up to the appointment and when I got there at 9am after working 3rd shift they were very friendly to me and were ok that I drifted in and out of sleep from working the night before in their clean lobby. It's worth the drive if you live a little further they'll get you right!

It was a super easy process! Matt was able to give me the quote over the phone and I got in a week later! I was able to wait while the tint was installed which I was shocked it only took 45 mins and it looks amazing!! Lakeshore Windowing Tinting has gained a life-long customer! I traveled from just west of Lansing to have PPF, window tinting, and ceramic coating put on my white 2023 Tesla Performance! I could not be more satisfied! From setting up the appointment all the way through picking up my vehicle, Ashley and Matt were wonderful to work with! Not only was the work high-end and worth every penny, the customer satisfaction was 110%! I had a beautiful gift basket sitting inside of my car when I picked it up! It s look good from the outside but I honestly expected better. Someone people really care about their vehicle and even if it s older it s not much harder to prevent debree from getting under the tint. I payed $500 for ceramic and still got bubbles that didn t go away and have debree under them. It just feels places take advantage of you whether you have a nice car or are younger which some people have to understand that. They have lifetime warranty but bringing it in each time is a pain. I personally wish I would of done it myself as I could buy a big roll of tint mess up multiple times and get it right one time.
