John was amazing to work with from the first phone call. He took lots of time to answer all of our questions and was very patient. We came from out of state during the Christmas rush, so John held the trailer for us until we could see it in person. Once we got to the dealership, the team there went above and beyond to answer questions and add some things to our initial work order. Laurence in the finance department was outstanding to get the paperwork wrapped up quickly so we could catch our flight home. John arranged transport and boarder crossings like an expert and we can t wait to start camping!!!All together Lakeshore gets a 15/10 from us!!!! We wouldn t hesitate to send other customers to them. Their prices are super competitive and their customer service was exemplary!!!Go buy a unit from them!!!

Seriously how cool is this photo? Picked this destination trailer up at LS RV a few hours ago today, couldn t be happier with the whole process and trailer. Big thanks to Mike, Lawrence and the whole crew here for a quick and smooth transaction as well as great product. Have a great summer fellas.

Mike has been great to work with. There are so many great options. It's gonna be hard to narrow it down.Update: Make sure you inspect anything you buy from here before you sign the paperwork. Have them show you that everything works properly. Got my camper home after a rainy day pick up, and the slide did not come out straight. It has been in for service many times, which service has been trying to get fixed, but many times, the wrong part was sent. Now, the whole slide out mechanism has to be replaced. Be cautious about what you get from here.

This place is an absolute joke and take no ownership for their own mistakes. I would give you negative stars if I could.Where do I begin? As soon as I got the camper home I had immediately started noticing issues due to the lack of inspection done by Lakeshore. I paid $500 for an inspection that appears to never have occurred. Filling the propane and charging the battery is not an inspection.I purchased a brand new camper in January 2023.I went de-winterize the camper for its first time ever and as soon as I turned the pump on water started coming from behind the shower into the hallway. I had to take the wall off to stop the leaking. This was a sloppy job done by the manufacturer however if Lakeshore would've inspected it the issue could've been found and addressed. Look at the cold water line in my photos. It was completely covered by the panel and caused the line to be miss thread. Called Lakeshore, they claimed they tested the lines. LOL that is impossible based on what happened.After this I requested a refund for my $500 from Hank Hawkins, why Hank? BECAUSE NOBODY AT LAKESHORE WOULD RETURN MY PHONE CALL including the sales rep Will Frohriep, no accountability here.Hank said he would have to request it from Forest River, I asked why? Lakeshore claims they did an inspection and since I paid Lakeshore directly why wouldn't they reimburse me? Have yet to receive a dime after multiple follow ups.Picked up my camper on a Saturday so the weight distribution was installed by sales guys instead of the technicians. The ball hitch was basically 90 degrees and not leaning towards the camper thus creating truck sagging the entire drive home. Had to take it to another shop to have it adjusted. Lakeshore offered to reimburse me, sent them my receipt and with a reminder of what they said about the reimbursement. I have yet to see a dime.I am realistic, I know the quality of campers has declined and I expected that. My issue is with Lakeshore specifically and the fact that they charged me for a $500 inspection that was never done and now they are trying to pass it off like its Forest Rivers problem.Stay away from this place. Nobody should be charging this much for an inspection in the first place.UPDATE: 4hrs after I leave a negative review Hank calls me and says they will no longer be doing business with me. LOL this place just continues to impress. I know you pay customers for positive reviews. I don t want your gift card I just want my money back.

As a first time purchaser of an RV, it can be intimidating and stressful to navigate the buying process. Not only did Lakeshore RV have great prices, and a great selection of campers, they operate a very fair and honest business. Mike Suzor, our sales rep, was very friendly and accommodating to us as were other staff members. He helped us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood how to operate all the functions of the RV. We are grateful that Lakeshore RV has such great customer service and for making the buying process enjoyable.

If you are looking for a fair and honest RV dealership to purchase an RV, then look no further than Lakeshore RV Center. I have found them to be sincere and willing in all their efforts to do all they could from Johns initial greeting to the final phase of delivery to make sure together we found the perfect RV that fit not only our budget, but, everything we wanted it to be. Thanks to Lakeshore RV Center my experience with them was a pleasurable one. No stress or high pressure. When it comes time to do it again, I will be back.Respectfully, Henry

Will was great to work with. We drove from far away because of their brand options and he had all the options pulled up in our price range and everything was ready to look at in minutes. He didn't seem "salesy" at all, very down to earth. All of the staff accomodated our rambunctious toddler the entire time as well. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience! Can't wait to use our new rig!

Excellent place to deal with sales guy, Mike Potts is awesome. Bought two campers from him. Second one I used one had a few problems. Drove it back down and Hank got everything working properly. Everything did an awesome job helped me with my truck because I broke all my window. Awesome place to deal with. Would highly recommend them. I ve bought a lot of campers over the years and they are by far the best!

I would rate higher. The sales and financial staff are great. But the service department is the worst in the industry. Ask them to walk my wife around the unit to become familiar with it . They did the worst job. Asked them to repair the problem we found on our pre-sale inspection, but they didn't fix anything. We paid $1000.00 as a down payment to fix and replace the existing problems. Nothing was fixed, and gave us the line about supply line issues.As you have seen by the response. I have not gotten any satisfaction from . Lakeshore, I did have a conversation with Mike, my salesman. The part about my wife being happy is false. She is still upset about the crack in the overhead window above the sink. We got the blinds three days after the unit was at our house. It was at your dealership for two weeks to be getting ready for us to pick up. Why didn't you get them installed. Instead of sending them to us to find some to install. Hank, you said this unit was ready to go. Hank signed off on all the paperwork. I believe that Hank may be the problem with this dealership.

Lakeshore RV and Mike Potts are absolutely amazing! From the time I walked through the door I felt welcome. They were interested in what I planned to use my travel trailer for to help in finding the perfect fit. Mike and the rest of the staff were so helpful and Laurence, in finance, was superb to deal with and found the best deal in my budget. I DO NOT recommend this places service department. We had to extend out stay in Michigan for almost 3 months because after our first inspection and they realized that the repairs would be covered under warranty they proceeded to cancel every one of our future appointments the day prior for various reasons and then said they were booked out 3-4 weeks. We also had to become the middlemen between the manufacturer and Lakeshore RV because their service manager wouldn't handle the warranty orders and order the wrong amount of items, even after we explained to him how many kits to order. However, we did find out from speaking with the manufacturer so many times that Lakeshore RV did file a claim with them and had gotten paid, even though they didnt do any service on our rv. Their servixe manager Hank wouldn't take an accountability for their mistakes and kept making excuses. We finally took our rv to another place and got amazing service. Again, DO NOT recommend this place.

These guys have been sending me unsolicited spam email. No clue who they are but they won't stop emailing me (albeit under another email account). I'm assuming they bought my email address from another RV shop that sold me one of my campers but either way... it's not cool to keep spamming people when they didn't request it and unsubscribe.

I was interested in the arctic wolf 321 BH fifth wheel camper? I messaged a salesman on Monday night and he told me he be in touch first thing Tuesday morning never heard anything from him at all during the whole day. So you people are about worthless to?

Love this place. The parts lady was so personable and knowledgeable and Hank in service kept me in the loop the whole way through the repair process. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this company and the awesome people who work there!

I looked for a Toy Hauler for weeks on line. Live In Mississippi and end up buying from Lakeshore in Michigan and paid to have the camper delivered and saved around 10k on the price compared to any in my region. Sales person Will went above and beyond for me answering my questions late into a Friday night when I first reached out. He even did a video of the entire camper and took pictures. I must have called him 20 times during the process and after I got the camper. Amy in Finance was awesome as well, quick to respond and very professional. They are straight forward and honest. I love the Torque and it is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this business. Wish it was closer so I could have met them in person.

These guys don't play the games like the big box dealers do which what quite welcomed!! Steve showed us a nice selection of fifth wheels and was quite patient while my wife and I discussed every option! Quite frankly Lakeshore beat just about every price on the unit we chose, with an ultimately flawless delivery experience! Unless you are having a unit shipped to you, be warned this dealer doesn't allow you to pick your trailer up on nights or weekends, because of limited service hours. This is why I can only give 4 stars at the moment, as with these limited hours, and the laundry list of warranty work I have after just 4 weeks of owning, there's not enough information for any confidence in that aspect at this time. Stay tuned.

Nice and friendly people!Update: This review was placed before I got my 2022 travel trailer because my hubby promised a good review. Now, it s been 9 months since we ve had it but this is still upsetting because we didn t think things could get worse so we weren t complaining. When we took the trailer home there was many things wrong. The trim on the inside of our slide out was not put on correctly. When we got it to our home we actually looked around and these are some things we found out. The windows were left open, and the propane was left on. The winterization was not flushed out. The sink already had a bubble of water damage on the counter. All of the screws holding the blinds down break out of the wall each time you open it. The frames to our bedroom cabinets fell off the first night of using. So instead of it hanging there we tore those off and threw them away. The cage door to the storage under the bed would not open without a fight (fixed that by taking the frame to it off) along with opening it from the top, the nails fell out of the board (fixed that by taking the hinges and springs out). But it s not really fixed. It s ugly and broken. The pantry door will open, except it scratches the floor. After putting a few things in some of the drawers they also didn t close correctly. The freezer frame fell apart because it was held on with cheap two sided tape. And after using it a couple times, the fridge door handle fell off! Yes, we were told to buy another sewage line but don t forget the useless one that comes with it! Overall do not buy a travel trailer if you see ANY red flags. We were too eager to buy this travel trailer and it all fell down when we got home and didn t think of complaining sooner.After talking to people with more experience about travel trailers I was told many times this is not how buying it was supposed to go down.Cheap cheap cheap! No! Because now I put about 40,000 into a trailer that should probably be sent to a junk yard. I could have just bought a brand new truck.These people are just friendly probably because they know they are selling trash travel trailers for stupid expensive.
