Accidentally deleted previous review trying to edit it for an update. Hot Rod is the place to go for great service in Muskegon. I recommend Scott in the service department if you need work done. He knows his stuff! (Only had experience with Scott doing work on my bike.) Just waiting to get a good dyno tune on my new S&S 124 kit Scott put together for me. Of course the team upstairs is great too!

Awesome facility and outstanding staff! Not only do they offer a great selection of bikes and merchandise, they have a wonderful collection of bikes that are not for sale, which tell the stories and history of riders and Harley Davidson. It's great to see Pal's Diner there, too! There's something there for everyone to enjoy, whether a true Harley enthusiast or someone new to the scene!

First time in hot rod Harley-Davidson in my life.I worked with Troy, he was super helpful. Easy going and relaxed.No pressure sales.Troy and the other dealer employees made my purchase experience smooth and easy. Not to mention an absolutely beautiful store.And my new motorcycle was delivered to my house the very next day top notch service.10/10 recommend!

Service sucked. Poor clothing selection. I wouldn't be in your service system. I visited thursday morning. Fat guy wearing a black and green flannel. Should see me on your cameras. No one approached nor greated us. Am a rider from out of state and was looking to get some Hotrod clothing to take back with us. We ended up leaving and going to Sandy's Harley-Davidson.

Alyssa was my sales rep. And it was a Great experience. Nothing but good things to say about my purchase. They helped me get a better rate and loan than I was already approved for, and the staff was great, and treated me like family. I ve been back many times to say hey, or buy merch from them since. Definitely recommend this location.

Bought my first harley, 2020 sportglide. The staff was very professional. I test drove many bikes. When I apologized for having so many bikes rolled out, the guy replied "not a problem, "I'm here for you." Love the bike . Thanks again.

Steven and HotRod Harley Davidson in Muskegon have always treated me right. I ve spent thousands on service and repairs through the years and have never felt like they were just out to upswell me and make a quick buck.I feel like they truly care about the bikes they work on and the riders that own them. I ll ALWAYS pick Hot Rod first, every time to work on my ride.Exceptional quality, service and support year after year.

Had a great experience here today, this dealership a amazing show room of beautiful bikes, we were traveling in the area from Glenwood Illinois and stopped in for our needed dealership tshirts patches and pins, Krista was great in helping with our purchases. Thank Krista you are angel.

Summer concert series happening at Hot Rod HD, In about a month Muskegon has a huge bike rally called Rebel Road and Hot Rod is the center of all the fun !!

Great place, only dealership we take our motorcycles. Tried OTHER DEALERSHIP in our area. I'll NEVER make that mistake again. Fair prices for clothing, parts and anything else Harley Davidson!

Did the rider to rider, drove out from Detroit. They were helpful, honest, and the whole transaction was smooth like butter. Great staff tons of bikes. To be honest if my deal fell threw I was leaving on a bike either way since I was already approved threw harley. They even helped me load my new bike on the trailer. A1 guys!

This is the best Harley dealer in Michigan hands down. We've bought a couple new bikes from them, and have never been let down. Including sales, parts, and all the way to service. They are always up to the challenge in every way. They treat us like family. They know is on a first name bases, That means a lot to us. When we need anything they go the extra mile to help us, and that's goes for every department. When we're ready for another new bike, I won't shop around, I know they'll make it right for us. NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Hot Rod Harley is a great place to buy your next ride or accessories. Their no pressure sales make it a awesome experience no matter what you are buying. For their knowledge, tact and honesty, I will not buy a bike or accessories from any other store.

The folks at Hot Rod Harley are without a doubt the best around in my book! I purchase a use Harley from them and unfortunately had issues with it a month into ownership on an as is sale. I contacted them and let them know what happened. They were quick to jump on the project and had the bike completely fixed within a few days, got me back on the road, and charged me nothing for labor due to the nature of the issue and the time frame in which it happened! Couldn t be happier!

The place is amazing. All that HD money has to be going somewhere. Stop in and look. Then you'll know why they charge three times the cost of a metric cruiser. For real though... the place is amazing.

A bit late on my review but I started looking for a bike back in February. After a horrible visit to the GR dealer, I wasn't sure I would be purchasing a HD at all.I saw a 2011 Electra Glide Classic that was exactly what I was looking for and priced right in the Hot Rod inventory.I sent an inquiry via the website, and Alyssa called me back a couple of hours later.That Saturday, I was test riding and signing papers to take my bike home.The finance team was professional, and while offering several additional options, wasn't pushy with hard upsell tactics.A professional experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and likely will use Hot Rod HD again when I'm ready for another bike.
