My car broke down in front of their shop. Flannery s were SO helpful, friendly and super professional. I was grateful that they knew how to work on my Honda Accord! They charged me a very fair price and the service was quick. They came to my rescue and saved me, these guys are awesome!

My Dad passed away, and his truck needed work. I knew my Dad brought it there in the past, so I called them. Jim knew the truck and treated me like family. The critical parts (brakes) were fixed immediately. The exhaust needed parts ordered due to the trucks age. This being Michigan, I could have used the vehicle for its intended purpose had it snowed. Obviously the plows would have had to been put on, and any mechanic work, delayed. They worked with me, pushed up the timeline to fix the exhaust (non-critical) before the snow falls. Bottom line, they worked with me. The truck is fixed, and now i have time before it's really cold and snowing to put the plows back on.

Brought my truck in for a transmission fluid and filter change. Trucks been shifting weird since having this done. Tried to check fluid today and it was so full it poured out for 5-10 seconds after I finally got the dipstick cap off that was so tight I had to use a cheater pipe to loosen it. Burned both my arms because dipstick is 2-3 from catalytic converter. That is why I paid 175$ to have it done. Because it s a pain In The butt. I have always heard good things about this place but I will never go back. If you can t get fluid levels right I m not trusting them with anything else.

I highly suggest taking your vehicle to Flannery's. One of the most honest shops I've had the pleasure of working with. Had no issues with my wheel bearing repair. Dropped it off in the morning and was done by the afternoon. I will definitely be a return customer.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, I had been to 2 other places this morning that couldn't help but they got me right in had what I needed and fixed it while I waited. They communicated well what was going on, what they were doing and how much it would be. Quick and efficient, Highly recommend and this is for sure my go to place from now on.

I ve gone to them in the past for an alternator replacement and recently they replaced a few sensors and a spark plug. Very friendly and I also got my vehicle back super quick. My go-to auto service!

Great prices, great service, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better local place to work with when my brakes went out.You won't find this parking lot overflowing with backed up work or the owners scheduling you before they can help. They are busy and you may have to wait for an appointment, but they will deliver faster than expected once it's your turn in line.

Flannery's was recommended by several coworkers of mine, and now I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle repairs! I am relatively new to the area and was in need of a honest, capable and dependable mechanic. All the guys here do excellent, thorough repairs and take the time to clean whatever is getting worked on as well. They get the job done quickly and charge a very fair rate. I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Great place with good service and reasonable prices. Not only did they take the time to explain exactly what was wrong but also showed my grandson how to operate an accessory on his car that he didnt know about. Plan on returning when service is needed in the future.

My van was shaking in the front passenger side of my van when braking. I told them I needed brakes and to find out what was causing shaking. They checked my brakes and found they were not worn. They were honest and did not replace my brakes. They fixed the shaking and did not repair what was not needed. You don't find that kind of ethics at most car repair businesses.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my 1986 Pontiac Fiero SE in that wasn't running. We had been trying to figure it out for months, and I had multiple mechanics check it out. Flannery's pinpointed the issues causing it to not run right in less than a day! Then had it running better than it had in a couple years (perfect!) only three days later- and that's only because it took two days for the parts to come in! Extremely professional and the price was excellent! They were friendly and honest! They can add me to their list of devoted customers!!!

Brought my vehicle in for a steering pump replacement. Had my vehicle for nearly a week. Told to come get thit and when I got there was told I owed 130. Fine except the same malfunctioning pump is on the vehicle. I've had to bring my vehicle elsewhere to get the pump replaced. I don't recommend anyone bringing their vehicles here as they are a rip off. Demanded payment when nothing was done!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I always take our vehicles to Flannery's Service. Jim and his crew have always done a great job servicing our vehicles. They are very professional and efficient. I have had several people break down near our office and I always send them to Jim and they have ALWAYS been pleased. If something doesn't go as planned, Jim always goes the extra mile to make sure it's right. I can't say enough about Flannery's service.

They weren't very helpful. Diagnosed my car, but they "don't do" they repair I needed done, and of course I had to have my car towed there. They were nice enough to let it sit there a few hours until I could figure out what to do with it.

Today I had a brake master cylinder needed replacing and when i came back my brakes were worst than the beginning. I drove back and forth in the parking lot no more than 5 inches front and back and i could not stop. Before i took it there the brakes were not the best but i could still stop when needed. So when i tried to talk to the workers about the issue they looked at me like i was crazy and said nothing they can do about it. The owner jim is excellent even though he could not fix the problem, he did not charge me the full price of labor and only charged me for the brake fluid they used and even gave me his car for the timebeing until my car was ready. At the end i had to take my car to the dealership who i was trying to avoid. The owner Jim is good just wish they would not have worked on it if they wasnt 100% sure on what to do.

I have taken my vehicle(s) to Jim at Flannery's on numerous occasions. His work is always great, does a quick job and is so trustworthy. I would encourage anyone to give Jim a call for their service needs.

Asked about a simple repair. Was willing to pay a reasonable price. The person I talked to was not interested. They say complete auto repair. THIS IS A LIE!! Oil change and basic service is all they do, if that.Find someone else for anything beyond the most basic stuff.

These guys do great work. If anything goes wrong with my car, this is where i take my car. If your car is making strange noises and you can't figure out where it is coming from, take your car to Flannery's, they will give you peace of mind and back on the road again.

Since moving to Muskegon I have been setting up honest qualified contractors to take good care of my home and vehicles. I select them based on answers to questions that I already know the answers to. I want to know that the people working on my stuff will look out for my best interests and that of my wife. Flannery's has passed that test. I'm a customer for life.

Called with an engine problem for a mazda 2, and the response was "We don't do heavy engine repair." So they do "complete automotive repair" they just won't work on your engine apparently.
