Everyone, including the front staff were very informative and communicated my repairs in a very professional manner. I wasn t pressured to fix anything that was outside of my budget. I m especially thankful to the service manager Daniel, and the store manager Drew for guiding me through the details of my repairs. I have worked with several garages in the area and I ve never been treated with more respect. I will be referring my family and friends to this location based on my experience.

Slowest costumer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE! WE only trying to pick the car up rite now and been in a line for well over 20 min.I got here there was one person ahead of me however they keep allowing another person to come in and jump line in front of us.Had work done and had to have it done in increments.. Their mechanics are great and do a fantastic job. They need a new person on register though!Waiting waiting waiting....Still in this damn line...Update: 37 min line wait.

if i could give less than one star i would, went in for a complete inspection, was told i needed front ball joints, and a brake line job for my car to be driveable and safe. after paying for the ball joints and alignment, it was still having problems i had voiced when i brought it in. so i brought it muskegon brake and tire and they listed 5 other major problems they did not tell me about.

The work done was completed correctly and thoroughly. No complaints there. The time it took was longer then expected. Otherwise I was happy.

I gave him five stars. It's based on my first visit though. I've had problems locally, so since I was in the area and there was a promotion online, I went for it. Car handles smooth. Nice man said he made sure personally that all the grease fittings were filled. I checked all fluids and they looked even. They even filled the washer fluid, which is often neglected. It's a better solution than what I had in the washer tank. Streak free. It's attention to detail and small things that matter. They are closer to Seaway Drive than the freeway if you are directionally impaired.

I was very pleased with the tires suggested for my vehicle. The time it took to install my tires and performed a wheel alignment was not long at all.

I was absolutely impressed from the moment I walked into this shop. The individual greeted us with a great smile and was very attentive to our needs. My daughter and I were planning a trip. Needed to make sure our vehicle was road ready. They did the work and even got the car to me earlier then promised. Kudos to this shop. Continue your good customer service.

I was stranded with my 3 kids after my alternator went out in my car. I didn't have very much money and was struggling financially. They immediately took action and worked with me and helped me immensely. They got my car fixed within a couple hours! I cannot thank these people enough for how great they are and how much it meant to us that they were so willing to help in every way they could! I had doctors appts that day and they got it fixed just in time for me to be able to make my appt!! Highly recommended!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Disappointing Experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Muskegon, MII recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 700 West Sherman Blvd. in Muskegon, Michigan 49441 to have an AC leak in my vehicle repaired. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I am compelled to share my negative review.Firstly, while they did manage to fix the AC leak, the system still doesn't operate as it should. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided.Moreover, the pricing structure was questionable. I was charged for the repair of the leak and system refill, only to be informed afterward that an additional $200 was required to replace the orifice tube, as there might be a blockage. This meant I ended up paying a total of $400, but the outcome was the same - no working AC.In my opinion, considering the circumstances, Firestone should have offered to replace the orifice tube free of charge. The cost for both the part and the labor is minimal, and it would have shown good faith towards rectifying their initial oversight.While the employees at Firestone were cordial and polite throughout my visit, I was disappointed by the manager's unwillingness to address the situation and find a suitable solution. This lack of customer service and accountability is disheartening, particularly when trying to establish a reliable auto care provider for future needs.Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care in Muskegon, MI. I had hoped to find a trustworthy place for my vehicle's maintenance, but the poor service and inadequate resolution have left me with no intention of returning.

Nice service reps. I made an appointment to change one tire, ended up needing two which is fine. However, It took OVER 2 hours. I ve had 4 tires changed at other places in under an hour. Definitely don t come here if you re expecting timely service with an appointment.

Sam, Drew, and Logan were nothing less than great from the start. I called around, and not only were these guys the most sincere, but honest and more affordable rates. I will be referring these guys at Firestone to everyone as well as continued business for all my vehicle work moving forward. Nothing less than pleased, you won't be either!

Fast and friendly service, but can be expensive ($110 for a synthetic oil change with no additions), and they also didn't call when my car was done and didn't put a new oil change sticker in my car when they were done, which I had to go back for later. In their defense the people I spoke to were very courteous and I was able to get same-day service.

I have an appointment set at 8 for 2 tires to be installed. I was there waiting for over 2 hours for this job to be done. To make matter even better there was a gentleman that came in about 45min after me and he was taken care of with in the hour. This place does not respect your time nor there appointments. I recommend going anywhere but here for your tire needs!Service: Tires

I used the website to purchase tires (Firestone Destination LE2) for my 2015 Chevy Traverse. When I arrived at the appointment (A few days out) I was informed that my tires were not in yet. Even though it was mentioned that a phone call was made, I never received one prior to my arrival. I was informed that the tires would arrive the next day, but since I was coming from 25-30 min. away I could not make that work, so I scheduled an appointment a week later.When I arrived at that appointment, the person helping me informed me that my tires were not there. Again, no one called me to tell me they would not be there, and I wasted a 25-30 min. trip once again. Needless to say I was not happy. I cancelled my appointment immediately and drove over to Discount Tire where I purchased four new tires for my vehicle, and was very happy with the service there.

Wack. Yet again fixing another shop job because they fail to do basic testing before charging a customer $800... this is just for the people that really don't know much, get a second opinion.

When you schedule your appointment, things go smoothly. They are so busy that walks in are truly a wait. And if you can go in and show them your problem prior, they will be able to work things out with your Insurance quicker and get a better results sooner.Things went smooth as butter. Third time there and a year with different vehicles everything works great.

Busy, corporate ran place. Mason ficus is tires. Kids there are getting paid by the hour not the job. So it's unlikely they'll go the extra mile for you because they have no incentive to.

Had my vehicle come in for an alternator that broke down while on our way to the airport on a Monday. It s Saturday and they guaranteed my vehicle would be able to be picked up today so we can have it dropped it off to the airport when we land, paid via card over the phone and we have friends go to pick up the vehicle and it s locked inside. So when we land in Grand Rapids, we get to search for a way to get our vehicle after being guaranteed it would be ready for pickup today. Very disappointed. Already had a horrible time with it breaking down on the way to the airport and this shop makes our trip home just as bad. Thanks!!!Service: Battery

They handled rotating the tires on my Tesla with no issues. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because I had to call them several hours later to find out if my car was done or not.

Update :Had a battery from them fail after 3 months, but they replaced it quickly on a busy day, and without an appointment.I've been taking my work & personal vehicles here for 15+ years, and they do a fantastic job. I always get a thorough explanation of everything getting done, always get a friendly greeting, and always get the problems solved/work completed in a timely fashion. I wouldn't think of taking a vehicle of mine anywhere else.

I found Mike and Dave to be very personable and found myself feeling as if I've known them forever. Mike especially made my experience enjoyable. I look forward to going back this afternoon for my new tires.We all get a feeling of accomplishment when we find THAT service provider who you find to be totally reliable and good. You know the feeling as in my plumber, my electrician, my mechanic or my tire guy. Mike & Dave are going up on the refrigerator.Update: 2022, I returned as a satisfied former customer to find new management and was lied to in order to be charged a much higher price.
