Absolutely the best experience for buying a car. Jason Burns got my business about 6 years ago by not being that pushy sales guy. He made my buying experience very relaxed and stress free. We just bought our 2nd GMC Acadia from Jason! Jason made the process so smooth and got us a very reasonable interest rate as well as giving us a very fair amount for the vehicle we traded in. Jason isn t a pushy salesman and pointed us in the direction of a vehicle that would be reliable for our family and within our budget. Highly recommend working with Jason at Classy Chassy!

Had to spend over $1,000 to fix the car just 2 weeks after buying it. Overall disappointed with my experience at Classy Chassy. Rich was helpful and very straight forward when we bought our 2016 Ford Explorer. We have owned the vehicle for almost a month now and we have discovered multiple issues with the car that were not disclosed at the time of sale. Multiple cosmetic blemishes that were hidden, issues with the rear seats folding and most importantly, the front struts were going out. When we realized this, we brought it to our mechanic. We were told it was a safety hazard to continue driving it as is. We called Rich back to see if they would help with the situation. He was not helpful in the slightest. We were hoping Classy Chassy would back up the product because we had heard they had a "great reputation". Unfortunately they did not. We ended up have to spend almost $1000 to fix the issue after owning the car for only a couple weeks. After our frustrating experience, I will certainly never buy a car at Classy Chassy again. Be careful!

Wow. I have never had such a positive experience with a car dealership before. We had an unusual circumstance going on and Jason made it work for us; even better than I had hoped for! He was not at all pushy, and made this experience relaxing and so easy. I was shocked lol. You never have that with car salesmen. We also met the owner, Jerry, and he was a gem. Please go see them if you are looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Hands down the best car dealership in the West Michigan area! The lobby is super clean and has some cool vintage pieces which are fun to look at. All the cars on the lot looked clean and in decent condition for being used. The salesman I worked with Rich was super friendly, not pushy and understanding of all my concerns and answered all my questions. You can tell this place is the real deal and not a bunch of salespeople trying to scam you for your money. They care about their customers and their product. The best part about my buying experience was how Rich wanted to make sure the car I wanted fit into my budget. If you re in need of a quality used vehicle come check out Classy Chassy.

Do not buy a car from this dealership. By far the most problematic vehicle I ve ever purchased. I ve had my vehicle for just over 12,000 miles and I have put more money in to repairs and maintenance than I have put towards the loan on the vehicle. I was sold a lemon unfortunately.

I cannot say enough good things about Rich & Jason. Rich made the buying and trade-in experience painless, yet thorough. He was very understanding and conscious of my time. (Myself being in sales as well, he understood how precious time away from the shop can be.) He expedited everything for me. Jerry has a wonderful crew operating Classy Chassy. Not to mention they've been a staple in the community for over 25 years. I'm very pleased with my experience.

My wife and I recently bought a new car from Classy Chassy, and it was a great experience. From the beginning we worked with Rich, and he provided top-notch service from start to finish. When we first arrived on the lot, Rich saw we were looking at a car, and he unlocked the car from inside the building, allowing us to just look at our own pace without any pressure. Rich also ordered a few vanity parts for our car, and kept us in the loop on the shipping progress/status of those parts the whole time, and installed them once they arrived.We would highly recommend Classy Chassy to any of our family or friends.

I recently got a Nissan Altima from Classy Chassy. I love it! Rich is a great guy to work with. Great customer service. My car had to go into the shop to get a sensor calibrated which I already knew it needed to be fixed. When I didn't get my car back the same day Classy Chassy was kind enough to loan me a car and bring my car back to me. I greatly appreciate it! I definitely recommend Classy Chassy if your looking for a vehicle.

Bought a car from Rich last week (purposely waited to review) and not only was the process very easy and did not feel pressured at all....there also has not been any problems with the vehicle! No surprise knocks/sounds and no surprise check engine light! I am beyond happy and satisfied with Classy Chassy! Rich went out of his way to help us with the lending process and even stayed past closing time for us since we lived almost 2 hours away. I would 100% recommend to everyone!

We bought a vehicle from this location yesterday. It was the best experience I ve had buying a car in a long time. Corey was the Salesman that helped us and was awesome!!!! They were super friendly helpful and honest!!! You can't find that anymore from a car dealer. They took care of us. I plan on buying from them in the future. The car needed a little work they promised they would take care of it even after we bought the car. They kept their promise the dealership that the car needed to go to was in Muskegon and we live way North of Muskegon about an hour or so. They were kind enough to give us a car to let us borrow to drive and they drove our car back from Muskegon so we wouldn't have to. Over an hour drive thank you Rich And Classy Chassy!!!!

We recently bought a truck and the service was top notch! Corey Hawkins was a phenomenal salesman. He went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. He walked us through all the steps and was so quick to get everything handle, and he did it seamlessly. He told us the truck would be ready in about a week and to our surprise it was ready in just days! If you are in the market for a vehicle I HIGHLY recommend giving Corey a call!

My daughter just turned 16 years old and I wanted to buy her first car. I thought I would just 'swing by' Classy Chassy and see what they had but I met Corey and ended up buying a car! Corey is such an awesome person and really tapped into what I was looking for. He's very personable and wasn't pushy. Even though I went over my budget I'm SUPER happy that I did. I believe the car is worth every penny. My daughter is ecstatic of course :) Thanks Corey!!

My wife has always wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When one showed up on the lot Corey Hawkins went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. He was honest, outgoing and gave us fair pricing on everything. I ve often driven great distances to get the right vehicle, however because of Corey we didn t have to this time. My wife and family are thankful for such a positive local deal.

Dave Taylor at Classy Chassy went above and beyond to help get us into a new to us vehicle that we love! Unlike most used car dealers, Dave's Customer service doesn't stop after you sign on the dotted line. He really cares about his customers and the quality of their vehicles. I haven't had to get a new car in a very long time, so I was nervous. But Jason Burns helped me so much! He was very kind and listened to what I wanted. My 2011 Ford Edge is just Great! This post is not about a vehicle that I have purchased from Classy Chassy, it's about the staff and especially my husband, Dave Taylors work ethic. Often times, people's schedules don't coincide with a 9-5 business schedule. So my husband will stay to help out those customers, working long past closing time. There are times that he may not make it to our kids sporting events, band concerts, or choir concerts because he is always dedicated to providing his customers with a great car buying experience. Although I often am disappointed that he misses, or is late for family functions and sporting events, I know he is being a great provider for our family. I send my family, friends and people I meet along the way to purchase their quality vehicles from him at Classy Chassy. I even carry some of his business cards with me!
