#1 shop in town. Honest & trustworthy guys-which is immensity important when you're a woman and you have male mechanics hustling you. With years of knowledge, they can diagnose & fix your car in no time and they stand behind their work. I truly appreciate Bloods Front End Clinic. Thank you!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. At my initial appointment, they found a few parts that needed to be replaced in order to do the alignment. I replaced the parts and scheduled another appointment, and they were able to get the alignment done in a timely manner.I have recently had another alignment done by Bloods, and it went just as well as my initial visit last November.

I took my KIA into Bloods last week for a front in check. I wasn't as lucky as last time, as she needed a few things. Since I had taken it back there last year and was informed that there was nothing wrong with it, I was totally confident that the work quoted was needed. When I left there today, it felt like I was driving a new car. Thanks again!

Trustworthy repair shop. I was quoted $800-$1000 to fix the "death wobble" on my Jeep from another repair shop. Took it to Bloods, they told me it was just the tire pressure. In and out in 15 minutes, problem solved, no charge. I highly recommend checking them out next time you need repairs.

The go to in Muskegon. If you need a alignment, about $50 for normal size car, and they will tell you if they cannot do it in. Also, tell you what there's a reason why they can't do it. Very professional

We have a 2010 conversion van with a death wobble in the front end. Took it to tire wholesalers in Fremont and their immediate response was that it certainly must need a front end alignment at the tune of $75 and it would be $35 if nothing was found.The tires are new with only 65,000 miles on them and are not wearing unevenly nor do they look choppy or cupped.Seeking another opinion from a more professionally run business, I called Bloods and made an appointment.I arrived a bit early and they got me right in. They inspected the front end and told me that there was absolutely nothing worn that needed replacement and that the vehicle did NOT need a front end alignment. They suggested that possibly a bad tire may be the culprit even though they were new.I will now pursue the problem from a different angle and appreciate the HONEST and professional diagnosis they gave me!They charged me NOTHING and even took the van for a test drive themselves! You just can t beat customer service like that in this day and age !Thank you Bloods !It s no wonder why you ve been in business since the 1940 s!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Professional, quality business! Made an appointment for a wheel alignment, they took about 10-15 min to look the car over on the machine and then came to tell me that all numbers checked out and I was good to go. Without charging me a dime! Integrity is hard to come by nowadays... I will definitely be back! Thank you Bloods Front End for being honest.Service: Wheel alignment

recently brought my truck in for a front end alignment after having my boyfriend install a leveling kit 3 days prior. Who is a certified technician for several years and would have done the alignment himself but shop was shut down due to covid for next 2 weeks. They refused to do an alignment and told me I need all 4 new ball joints which were replaced a few months before and were fine with all good boots 3 days prior to arrival at bloods. After denying service I make it home to find all 4 ball joints are now leaking grease in slits in the boots in the same spot on all 4 on the outer edge. Ball joints don't just go bad in 3 days let alone all 4. Definitely don't recommend

Blood's was fantastic. Jeremy was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I took my car in because my ABS light kept popping on. Jeremy told me it could be the ABS sensor or it could be the wheel bearing. The ABS fix was the cheaper of the two options. He allowed me to try that first before the more expensive fix. Most places would have wanted me to replace both to make sure the problem was for sure fixed. Fortunately, it ended up just being the ABS sensor. Thank you so much for fixing my car Jeremy! I will definitely be coming to you in the future as well!

Often ask for personal references when needing specific work done. Several positive remarks sent me their way for the first time 8 months ago. Had an issue pop up with one of the remanufactured parts, they patiently diagnosed the problem with me and got it all taken care of for no additional cost. That's good business.

Hands down the best place in muskegon for front end alignment and anything else pertaining to it. Very prompt service, high quality work, and reasonable prices are the norm here

Went to get an all wheel alignment. The owner said it could not he done due to my traverse needing new rear bushings, took to my mechanic who is certified and always works on my car. Put my car on his lift and couldnt find anything wrong with it. (He doesnt do alignments) Took my car somewhere else to get the alignment and NOTHING is wrong. Got the all wheel alignment and it was cheaper than bloods. This owner is a crook. BEWARE STAY AWAY especially if your a woman. He wanted over 500 dollars for work that did not need to be done. Always get a 2nd opinion especially if you go here!!! He also was saying the F word in front of my young son. This was the owner!!! Horrible absolutely horrible

Went in to a different store and more less they tried to bully me into paying for services they didn't do. Bloods had me gone within the hour no problem. Highly recommend.

They COMPLETELY misdiagnosed my vehicle after an accident. I don't understand how a certified place could get it so completely wrong. As a military family we trust anyone who our insurance company trusts, clearly we shouldn't have taken our vehicle to Gerber and in turn Bloods.

I had very good experience at Bloods, I dropped off my Silverado Monday and picked after work on Tuesday. The price good,truck was clean inside, and it drives prefect.

Would Know there workmanship because they refused me service. I would suggest any other place over Bloods any day. Another place might be happy to have your business.

Visited for estimate on repair of noise in left front of car..they claim to find other needed work beyond addressing my complaint..I have held off on getting work completed pending check over by another shop..I am seeking to have noise repaired, not rebuild of much of front suspension, have serious doubt that it needs that much..doubt if I will have work completed there.
