Service advisor Jason and mechanic Justin are the best there is. People can say what they want about Betten but I trust these two entirely. Jason is very great at communicating and advocating for the customer. He always has a smile on his face and had patience with me and my son. I appreciate you guys more than you know and will continue to service my Yukon with you two.

I brought my Acadia to Betten to check out wheel bearings. There ended up being multiple things wrong but the service rep Martin got everything written up and covered by the warranty. With having multiple issues with the vehicle it was a process that took a little time. Martin was great at keeping me updated on anything and everything that was going on with the vehicle. Even on his day off he made sure his coworker had the proper information and the instructions I requested as far as getting the vehicle. It sucks having mechanical issues with your vehicle but Martin and the staff was very helpful and made it as good of an experience you could expect in the situation. They do not care about your vehicle just your money. They will get grease all over your vehicle and claim it was detailed. The obvious oversight makes you wonder if anything is being done right in the service department. Management seems to care more about there social status online than what actual matters, the service you are being paid for The Betten Baker group is a joke!Services: Auto detailing, Vehicle safety inspection

I bought a car and a warranty from Betten Chevrolet. I had a continuous noise, I took the car to Betten and they test drove it. I had a bad wheel bearing. The insurance I had bought from Betten covered 100% of the repairs. I'm very happy. The people working in the service area were polite and helpful!

I would only come back here when shopping for my next vehicle. I would suggest asking for Rob Housley

A new 2022 with only6 miles had to take it in because of gas fumes inside and out picked up and it still has fumes so I called back and asked for manager to call me with no return call I called again 1 wk later just sent to voice mail again so I left another message

The one on Henry Street is poorly managed by Rick overpriced you don't know what you're getting you can definitely get taken by them
