Told AJ exactly what I was looking for, what I wanted my payment to be and total price. Within two days he had three SUV s lined up for me to test drive! Found the one my wife and I liked, had a couple things I would like done before purchasing. He had them all done and ready to go a couple days later! Awesome dude to work with, did all he could to deliver.

I had a great buying experience purchasing my new to me Santa Fe. Curry was once a student of mine during his middle school years and now he s a hard working car salesman making the process really easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Betten Baker Honda if you are in the market for a new ride!

This was a great experience from the moment I entered my information online. Got set up with AJ in less than a minute and was on my way to Muskegon for a test drive. AJ told me the best route for our test drive then walked me through the trade in and purchase process. AJ worked with me to hold the car until my wife could get there to sign. Once we were both there AJ guided us through the paperwork and we were on the road in our new car!

Wanted a Honda Ridgeline, did the research, very happy with the Honda, but I have a trim piece by the driver side front windshield that is loose and told them about it at my oil change. The service manager said they were going to submit it to Honda for the warranty because I had only about 19000 miles on the truck. I have not heard back from them and have called there several times and left messages and nobody has called me back from the 3 messages I have left. I feel like once you buy the new vehicle they do not really care about keeping your business. My family wanted a new Honda and asked me how I liked Betten Baker Honda and I could not recommend the place to them, it is unfortunate.

We were looking forward to having superior customer service when we came here to get our van doors fixed, figure out what was going on with our lights in our dash and get a key fob. Something they said they could do in a few days. Six weeks later and we re finally, gratefully done with this dealership! First they kept our van for the doors which they said would only take a few days. One week later WE call and they said they were waiting on the key fob which would be coming in in a few more days. There was no communication that they were going to keep our van an extra four days. We re a busy family, not having our van was a hardship. So they finish the van the next day (one week after we dropped it off. It was only supposed to take four days). We get there, the doors don t work. They said there was a faulty light, why didn t they check the light codes like we asked! So we get the van with our doors only working of the car is off. The school drop off/pick up line is fun now! We wait to hear about the key fob so we can finally get the doors working and be DONE with this dealership. After SIX WEEKS, and a few calls to them, they finally got us in for the key fob (remember, the key fob was going to come in for not four days after we initially ordered Ickes our van up). We checked several times about how long the wait would be for the fob and code check and they assured us it would be thirty minutes. We tell them we have an important meeting to get to. They said it would be fine. Well, they went twenty minutes over and we were late to the meeting. Our experience was horrible and we will NOT be going back again. We will go somewhere farther. Jim Wilkinson was the person dealing with us, but he was absolutely no help. We had to chase them at every step to get what we paid for. We ll be going somewhere else to finish our door.

It s Ryan I Just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport utility from Betten Honda. I had the pleasure of working with "Curry" overall great experience. Curry listened and emphasized with me.Would like to thank Curry! For his patience that he had with me through this process because I was slow getting on it but he found the perfect vehicle that fit me 10 out of 10 experience for me and will definitely go back in the future for another vehicle I Would recommend going to see curry at Betten baker

I couldn t have asked for a better salesman when leasing a car for the first time. Nick Policow was great to work with and I can t recommend him enough, we drove an hour to this dealership because he is that great. Just recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from Betten Honda. I had the pleasure of working with Curry overall great experience. I myself work in sales and this didn t feel like a hard sale Curry listened and emphasized with me. Listened to what my needs and wants were checked out a few different options and found me a long term vehicle that would fit my work and family needs! Great service! From learning that I needed a part ordered for a recall, getting me scheduled for an appointment, to following up with me after service to see if I had any questions or concerns. Have to give a shoutout to Emily for following through with the calls (sorry I work midnights). I even planned to be in the waiting room for 3 hours as quoted in another visit to a dealership in Chicago. But got here and was told it takes about an hour and a half and I swear they got me out of there much sooner. Thanks to you all and will be back for any future service and hopefully one day soon an upgrade!

I took my 1991 Acura Legend in for an oil change on December 21, 2023. I checked in with Julie (I'm not sure of what Julie's title is) when I arrived. I mentioned to Julie that I had a parking light bulb out and she said no problem and added it to the service. Honda performed the 21 point check. Julie advised me of a license bulb being also out. The service was performed in the expected amount of time. Julie kept me aware of how the service was going and different intervals. I also asked her about new plugs for my car for a later service date. She told me right away what the estimate would be. I was watching how Julie moved from customer to customer in the waiting area. She appears to be the only service person at Betten Honda. I believe that a previous service person Andrew had left. Julie is very knowledgeable, professional, and displays extreme patience when interfacing with customers. She is an Allstar! The service was as requested and the cost reasonable.

I had the best experience with Jon Reese at Betten Baker purchasing my 2023 Honda Pilot Elite. He was honest, hard working and always followed up with me while waiting for my car. He was just as excited as me when my car was delivered. Ask for Jon when you want to have the best experience of your life buying a car.PS - 2023 Honda Pilot Elite is gorgeous with so many bells and whistles . This is my 3rd Pilot and I am blown away.

So here goes a long rant! I went to betten Honda on dec 21 bought a 2015 jeep. Pull off the lot drive up north to casino. Found out the car had not been sent for inspection after they took it in on trade in Found out the jeep had a oil pump housing needing to be replaced betten then I took it home for 4 more days thinking it was residual burning off so then take it back to them they put it in the shop to find out the heads are bad! The warranty I paid 3500$ for wouldn t pick it up and betten won t fix it. So they told me they would just give me my money back. So the general manager sits with me to tell me this that they didn t have anymore vehicals that would fit my loan criteria! So now I am out a car and just the money I gave them back. Now I am without a car becuse they never had the car inspected and no one know it hadn t gone to inspection! So caution buyerBeware ! Don t buy cars from there they wouldn t even change a price on a car to get a car in to my finance range and I make good money for a living !

SCAMMERS. DON'T BUY. I left a great review for salesman Ronnie but I absolutely retract my earlier statements. He refuses to return correspondence. I was assured it had a so called 27 point inspection. I pay almost 2k to have the hummer shipped to CA to determine the rear brakes were inoperable because of rust. Unable to replace breaks because the entire area was rusted out. I took pics. Rust had eaten thru the metal of which I could literally breakoff with a small amount of pressure. Entire rear area was broken and rusted, w many of the components having to be replaced equaling $4500. Now I have huge oil leaks. I have had the car two weeks. Another 2k to repair. I was so duped and mislead. Can't stand this dealer.

Found out that the vehicle they sold me had the airbags deployed, they lied on the car fax they gave me/showed me, so wanted to trade in with them, and with no shame on their game they came back with a extremely low offer, because it was an accident before, and air bags deployed, that s why the low ball offer they were giving me . Walked out cursing them out, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!

I found a pickup exactly like I wanted that I've been searching for weeks online for at this place but I live 180 miles away. I called to make an appointment for the next day with a salesman named Currie and wanted to express my concerns that it wouldn't be sold while I'm making the 3 hour drive there. He told me that he was putting the keys in his office so no one could do anything with it and it would be there for me when I got there the next morning. I left my house at 6 am to make the drive there. About half way, Currie calls me and tells me that he had some leads that he had to tend to a half hour before my appointment. I asked him, they aren't coming to look at the pickup I'm coming for are they and he replied that they were not. Upon my arrival, I was told by Jeff, the sales manager that Currie had went home and someone was already there looking at the pickup that I came for. I reiterated that Currie promised me that this issue wouldn't happen to me. Jeff gave all kinds of excuses like the internet sales guy booked an appointment with the other people at 7pm the day before and I had to tell him that I booked my appointment around noon before they did. Also he said all his guys weren't trained on the new system they have, blah blah blah. He didn't seem to care what Currie had promised me or the fact that I was out about 400 miles round trip, a lost day of work and extra mileage on my truck when I'm trying to keep the miles low and trade it in. Long story short, the other people bought the truck out from under me and all Jeff offered me was some gas without so much as an apology. Evidently Currie knew that he screwed up and wanted to avoid conflict so he went home before I arrived. I think everyone needs to know about the dishonesty and lack of compassion from this dealership. If you have a choice you should probably buy from some other dealership!

A few months ago I scheduled a service appointment (8/10/23) for a recall notice that I had received. The day of the scheduled appointment (10/23/23) they called and cancelled. They stated they didn't have the parts in to do the service, even tho it was scheduled months in advance. I was then told that they are just now ordering the parts, the day of my scheduled appointment. They are definitely not prepared for service orders.UPDATE 1/5/24: I have still not been able to get my recall serviced. They stated they would be contacting me once they've received the parts. No one has contacted me from this dealership. I'm now going on 6mos of trying to get this recall looked at. I've now had to open a case directly with Honda due to the lack of customer service at this dealership.

Bought a 2021 Honda Passport. Chris Merwin was our sales rep. He was awesome to work with. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He was in no hurry to make a sale. Answered all the questions, and was able to secure a great price with our trade in.We needed modifications to the vehicle to tow a trailer. He got it all worked out with the service department and included everything in the final price. Started on a Monday, and today is Thursday. Everything is done, and professionally done at that!We have another car reaching "end of life". When the time comes, we're heading back to Betten Baker Honda and the Used Cars department. Hopefully, Chris will still be there. Chances are he'll be moving up the chain of command though. Good Man! Good Business!
