I didn't actually get work done by actual business but an independent contractor who works out of their business Walt. He is very good and I totally recommend him. My salesman at Betten uses him often and after buying my car was having crazy stuff going in with heater having a mind of its own and Walt figured out what was wrong and works great! Thanks Walt!

Very kind and helpful people. They were able to check my car on extremely short notice. I must have called 10 other places and B & K was the only place that was able to take me ASAP, which I greatly appreciated!

Highly recommended. This place and the Owner Kai are AMAZING. My car basically broke down on my way home to indiana. They got me in while they were short handed and got me out in about 2 hours! It could ve been so much worse but Kai made things happen and got it done! I can t thank them enough!

I have been going here for about a year maybe more and I wouldn t go any place else. He has worked on just about every part of my vehicles from front end work to taking out my transmission . The owner and his guys know there stuff , he s also very honest and professional. Been coming here for about two years already. They are very helpful when it comes to questions they will show you the bad part tell you why it s bad and show/explain how it affects the car i can always come here knowing in the end i will leave extremely satisfied with great prices great in and out time and amazing customer service. Used their services again today and they were awesome. Came in under what I anticipated. They never disappoint. They were very punctual with getting vehicle in for repairs. Repairs were done quickly and affordable. Everyone was very kind and courteous. They went above and beyond for me as I was helping a friend get their car fixed. I would recommend them to others for general and more extensive repairs in the future most definitely!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I absolutely love this place!!!!!!!!! I was getting worried, as it took a few weeks, but, NOW I see why they are as busy as they are!!!!!! Because they are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! I had soooo Manu issues!!!!!! E-brake exploded, my ABS causing my transmission to fail!!!!!! Sunroof leaking, I had about 10 inches of water on my floorboard!!!!! These guys right here!!!!! Fixed literally ALL my issues, and all without charging me an arm n a leg!!!!!!! The price was very reasonable, and they did alot, ALOT of work, and now my car runs SMOOTH!!!!!!! If I EVER have ANYTHING wrong, anything at all, I'm taking it HERE!!!!!!!

Thank You Lord for Blessing me with this business. They were Awesome and provided the Best Customer Service I have ever received from a auto repair place. Long story short. Kai and his staff went above and beyond for me and my old car that needed help.After being mistreated by other places. B&K restored my hope and faith by treating me with kindness and being willing to Bless me abundantly.My old Girl (car) is 15 years old and has many miles. And runs like she is brand new. My aunt has used this business for years with all 3 of her vehicles. I always have taken them to the dealer. She thought i should try B and K. I did. I have 2 Fords that i will only let them work on. Great service, fair prices, and i highly recommend them. Between my aunt and i...we have 5 vehicles that they keep running! Thank you.

My CJ-7 runs amazing now and B & K deserves absolutely zero credit for that. What they can be complimented on is comprehensive incompetence. They ignored initial complaints, fixed unnecessary items, and performed shoddy repairs which required correction. They stated the driveline vibration was normal for that year transmission and I later discovered it was a bad u-joint in the driveshaft. The fuel filter they replaced not only had a steady leak, yet also was installed backwards. They replaced the front brakes, yet ignored the rear brakes which were basically metal on metal. They stated the battery was not holding a charge and later discovered it was a bad alternator draining the battery. The engine idled poorly after the tune up and the carb required further adjustment to avoid stalling. All in all it took them 3 weeks to perform a tune up, change front wheel bearings, front axle u-joints, front brakes, and a poor attempt at a fuel filter. Strongly advise avoidance of this business. Suggestions for B & K is to add the following to their sign, We may not be good, but at least we re slow. Instead of going there, pay a friend $20 to kick you in the shin. It will be cheaper, faster, and less painful.

The guys at B&K are super friendly and straight forward. I had them do a 5 speed manual transmission swap and a new clutch for me. I could not be happier , I dropped off the car in the morning and had it back the next morning . Best price I could find in town. I would definitely recommend this shop.

My Honda Civic needed a water pump and timing belt. I got an estimate in person and it was clearly much less than the three other shops I called (20%) and the owner said they could have it done in two business days when the others were all booked up for over a week. B and K transmission service did a great job. They were friendly and informative. I saved money and got quality car repairs done quick. Thank you. I would highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was having major problems with my and I showed up and they fixed me up and sent me on my way with no trouble. I will definitely be coming back. Would recommend an appointment in the future though.

Mechanics reached out to me after complaining about a dealership, got me in in about 3 hours, and back out in less then 45 minutes, at over half the dealerships cost.Never knew they were here, but best believe, I'll be back.
