I had the absolute best service today from the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman Mike! Thank you so much for going out of your way to insure I got all the correct lights and fluids for my Ford Flex!!! You not only went over and above to insure I got all the correct parts and fluids but you even took out my old bulbs and went as far as to replace my old bulbs for me!!!! Now that s costumer service!!!

I made an online order, to pickup at a particular store. Website listed available part at said store. No. Part available at another nearby store. Clerk called nearby store and verified part availability and I was able to pickup needed part at another store. Although I had to stop at two stores, the teamwork between the two stores was fluid and efficient making it nearly seamless. No worries. Satisfied with the service.

Sold me super expensive wipers last year, the clips kept breaking, they said I needed new wipers again! Went across the street, paid $50.00 less, for way better quality wipers. Will NEVER go back to AutoZone. Complete rip off!

There isn't anything negative I have to say about this store. Everytime I have visited AutoZone, they had what I needed and I walked out with my purchase. Granted, so far I haven't gone in with any outrageous asks, unless windshield wipers are unusual these days but everyone has always been ready and willing to help me and very friendly. AutoZone Auto Parts will always be my 'go-to' place for all my car needs.

I bought a brake caliper with a gift card and a debit card.I brought in the old brake caliper for the core charge return and the employee put it on the gift card that is not refillable...And he said I was out of luck, that's the card I used that's the card it gets refunded to.I also used a debit card which is what it should have been refunded to.It seemed like he had trouble comprehending that that money didn't actually go anywhere it would not reimburse me for the $26.After trying to help him understand I gave up after he was raising his voice and saying "it's not me it's the system".I understand that the system automatically processed it that way, but the employee should be attempting to fix the problem before blowing off the customer away and blaming them.

The staff here were absolutely awesome, the best experience I've had at an auto store! Not only did they find what I needed within minutes of entering the store, they also put the new headlights in my car at no charge and were on point and courteous as well! AutoZone gets 5 stars!

These folks are by far the most personable, honest, and genuinely friendly business people at any parts store. They re helpful and really take the time to find your specific needs. They even loaned me a battery jumper when mine died down the road. It s just a bonus that their prices are almost always the best. Locally managed and if there s a problem, it s most likely you.

Its a typical AutoZone. Always clean and usually has any of the parts I need available. Staff is friendly and helpful but not always knowledgable. Good thing is if they do not have what you need it can normally get there next day.

There great when you get the right parts and not defected parts went back 3 times for a master cylinder plus 20 dollars in brake fluid I asked them to share the cost of the brake fluid I Was denied, Well it wasn't surly my fault you want good service and the right parts I put. My money parts plus. Hands down better price no Hassel returns fast in and out

Lazy people... Not being rude but Everytime I ask to have the parts ready on the counter... They never weind up doing so... So by the time I get there it takes them 20 minuets to get all of my parts, making me late to work... So... Idk... Wish they would actually tried to go the extra mile here and there... Would be nice..

They should get better at updating stock in their computers, you go to a store that supposedly has them and lo and behold they re not on the shelf. This happens a lot. I have wasted a lot of time. Went to three different Autozone that said they had it. So I went to advanced auto across the street and bought a pair, thank you so much advance auto.

Andrew was the best! I went in at 9:30 (like a jerk) when they close at 10:00 to buy a new head light bulb. He came out and helped me get my headlight out and fixed it for me, all with a great attitude. Much appreciated!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying, I understand this store was short staffed. But that is no excuse for what happened to me THIS time. I had been standing in line for 10 minutes. And the store manager completely ignored that fact and decided to wait on a customer that had JUST walked in. Adding up all the times this particular store has given me the wrong parts and now completely ignoring the fact I was even there. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANY AUTOZONE, EVER AGAIN! I will walk twice as far to go to O'Rileys.

Called ordered all parts, AZ said they would put them on hold with my name. Went in and they weren't on hold and they did not even have all the parts. For the inconvenience they would give me a ten percent discount and send me to another location that would have them, discount was two dollars off an order over three hundred fifty dollars. Not a good deal. I am pretty disappointed, cause I love AZ.

I walked in there and none of the staff were busy. And not one of them greeted me. They looked up at me and put their heads back down. That is not great customer service. I hope the other Auto Zone on Sherman is more welcoming. Because that wasn't a good experience. I kindly walked out after looking around and still wasn't asked did I need help
