I bought an alternator yesterday in Grand Rapids. Colin went above and beyond, helped me change in the new alternator and was incredibly helpful getting me back on the road. Super thankful and appreciative

It seems like no matter what AutoZone I visit they always have exceptional customer service! At this one Aaron was great at explaining exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the options I had to fix it. He explained not only the expensive options but also the cheaper options to get the best option for me. I appreciate people like him in customer service especially in auto service. Thank you Aaron!

My brother was trailering a boat on up to northern Michigan and had a bearing go bad on a dual axel trailer. Literally stranded at a gas station with the wheel locked up. Christopher P. spent about 45 min helping us get back on the road. Nothing but amazing things to say about this location!

Friendly knowledgeable employees. Had what I needed. In and out quickly. Decent prices on some a little high on others. Give or take type of thing. Do I spend a dollar or two more or go across the street and save a dollar or two there? Why not just get it all in one place?! Can't complain. Ive never had a bad part or experience or get the wrong part that I needed.

So friendly and willing to help. The experienced guys are great and the inexperienced try very hard. I enjoy going here for my auto needs, and they save me money compared to O'Reillys. 9/10 they have what I need in store, and they have it in the next day if it needs to be ordered. Love these guys

Workers at the store were knowledgeable and friendly ! Parts are not OEM parts and have gone up in price considerably... (manager) of the AutoZone in Houghton Michigan was ? let's say , I won't be going back to that store.... Ever...!!

Every time go to this store always low on parts on the shelfs and always missing the 1 part I need. This why i go to o reileys, always stocked up. Just go right across the street guys its easy2.5/10 on the pookster scale

Called ahead to see if part was in stock. They had one so I picked it up. Price was more expensive then on line but didn't have to wait to get it. Staff was pleasant and helpful and efficient

The staff is super helpful. Especially, the manager, Ryan. He goes above and beyond to make sure parts are available and timely as well as much as he can control. Very wise and friendly. He answers all my questions about putting the parts in too!!!

I am always impressed by the staff. Every time I go there, they are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and today was no exception.I've had a good experience at every AutoZone I've ever gone to, but my favorite is the Holton Rd. location.

I was always an advanced auto parts person because I worked for them but this autozone is close to my house and I absolutely loved the service and the staff especially Ernie he is extremely helpful he was even willing to make a YouTube tutorial video to help me learn how to recharge my air conditioning, thanks!

Daughter had a head light out, I was on the otherside of the state 200 plus miles from helping her. Went on line researched and ordered the head light bulb and had it scheduled for in store pick up, it was ready within 15 min. She went there with her little boy and the great customer service they installed the bulb while she waited with her 5 month old in her arms. What a great system. She is safe and sound! Great work guys!

Ordered the supplies for an oil change for my Mustang online last night at midnight and picked it all up this afternoon, what a good idea, no shopping, no waiting, just walk in pick it up and walk out, what a time saver !!

I stopped in to get an alternator tested, these guys rode that struggle bus, showed the alternator and that bus who is boss. They got it tested, it passed. I appreciate that they didn't give up.

I needed a low beam light bulb for my truck. The young man sold me what I needed, went home and tried to put it in. I thought it won t fit so back to the store. The young man told me I pulled the high beam and he then came out ( in the rain) and put it in the new bulb for the correct one. Thanks! What a nice man

Customer service is getting hard to come by when every business seems short staffed. The Holton Rd Autozone is an exception. They tested my daughter's battery and even offer to install it. They were busy but took care of me as a customer as if I was the only one there. I am very happy to return every time. An online store may be able to save you a dollar here or there, but can't offer what I recieved at this Autozone. Kudos the the Sunday staff and management for supporting the staff you have.

Vacation savers!! Truck broke both serpentine belts while towing a 30' camper. Googled "auto parts near me"...Dealer couldn't help me due to staff shortages and another parts store closer didn't have the parts. But Steve Y. at Autozone Holton Rd. ensured I had the parts I needed and Ernie H. quickly drove out to where we were stranded with the belts and schematic printout of how to install. Ernie even stayed to help me install both belts and we were on our way to Michigan Adventure's/Duck Creek RV resort in less than 15 minutes! Who does that anymore? Thank you Steve and Ernie and the entire Autozone team on Holton Rd. (Muskegon) for a job well done! The kids and I think you're the greatest!

They alwsys take good care of me here. Went to have my check engine light checked. Gave me easy instructions to use the reader so as to minimise contact. Well informed employee explained the code to me.

Absolutely thankful for the help I have received tonight. I journeyed down here from Northern michigan and ended up with a busted exhaust pipe on the way down. Stopped in to get a quick fix just to get though my trip to michigan adventures with my family and back. An employee named Bob offered to take a look and then offered to give me a more permanent solution and then proceeded with offering to help fix it for me. What an outstanding person, very kind and willing to help. Highly recommend this store for anyone in the area or just passing through. Thank you Bob, and AutoZone.
