Beth and Keri are amazing and always a joy to deal with! They got me in right away with no appointment. Eric, the technician, was great as always. He communicated with me every step of the way with all the concerns and issues that were going on with my vehicle. I can't say enough about the team at My Auto. They are amazing!!

The guy that checked me in -Jim? was super nice and charming! He gets 5 stars! Thanks ...I walked around the showroom and waited... Oil change was pretty quick. After I left I had an issue- car saying empty oil rigjt away!...called and left a message. Its been 3 days and no call back.

Went in to get my hood fixed but forgot my wheel lock. Was going to get charged 600$ just for a hood cable repair, so I called other places and found a cheaper place. I went to pick up my car and now I can fit my fingers and thumb into the side of the fender between the door. Opening the door now causes it to scratch and dent in more. The picture they had showed that this wasn t like this before and we got kicked out asking to see footage of my car afterwards.Edit: I added another picture taken the day before I took it in. The damage was not there.Edit #2: The service manager reached out to me and showed me footage. He refunded me my money spent there, and was willing to help however needed. If you ever have problems here get ahold or ask to speak to Javid, he is a very reasonable man and will do whatever it takes to help make sure you re satisfied.

Questionable pricing on some basic items like $20.74 to reset a service due light and $10.57 for shop supplies and all i was in for was a diagnostic service...was told it was a charge for special tools or shop rags...otherwise good service and an unexpected treat of a clean car!! They did waive the reset charge for me...and i appreciate that!!

The best place to buy an Audi by far! The people here are what makes it so great. They genuinely care and strive to get you the best deal possible. The service department takes care of the rest. They're always fair and take care of me every time. Thanks!

My name is Jaisen John and I had a rough fall '18 with my Audi A4. My clutch basically exploded and caused a chain reaction of explosions.. Then, upon further inspection, we found out my tires were bald on the insides. Bottom line was a bill for almost $7,000 and all this right before the holidays. I was just a few thousand miles out of warranty too. I've had personal problems with the local GR Audi dealer for the past 17 years and now exclusively drive all the way to My Auto/ Muskegon Audi to get my car serviced. I had dealt with Mickala in the past and she always seemed very plugged in. Great customer service and incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicles. This time through was no different. From the start Mickala was on point. She really cared about me and my situation, which was incredibly refreshing with my past work history at the GR Audi. Her team dug into the vehicle and assessed everything. I reached out to Audi and they then worked with the dealership. Everyone really went to bat for me and it meant a lot. Together my sales rep, the dealership, Audi and most importantly Mickala came through and presented a very generous offer to get the work done. It was still a painful financial experience, but FAR better than it could have been. Incredibly impressed with Mickala and her team along with my salesman Trey. If you need a new or used vehicle then My Auto/ Muskegon Audi deserves a shot at your business. They won't disappoint from the point of sale through the entire life of your vehicle! Great people over there!

$660 worth of preventative maintenance and because I changed my own oil, they didn't reset the service indicator.
