Great people, great garage! I was in a real bind and had to stop in for help, Our Family Garage was so nice and literally saved my life!! Fast and friendly- I highly recommend them! Thank you to the lovely blonde that made the difference in my day!

5 years after my initial review, Our Family Garage is still the best. They're the only shop I fully trust and they have continued to do phenomenal work for me. Easy to work with, high quality, flexible, honest. I highly recommend to my family and friends!

We had our RV blow a tire right across the street and a mechanic volunteered to help us change the tire. If this is how they help non customers, I'm sure they treat their customers awesome. Would certainly be taking my car there if I lived closer.

Our Family Garage is top notch! We always take our vehicles there and will not go anywhere else. Jim delivers excellent customer service and is always very clear on what needs to be done. No gimmicks. I strongly recommend Our Family Garage over any other auto mechanic in the Jackson and surrounding area!!!

As much as I hate taking a car in for service, our family garage makes the experience as easy as it can be. They communicate well, do what they say they are going to do, and prices are reasonable.

Employees are honest and hard working. Prices on repairs were better than most. Also had a few cars on lot for sale. Ask for Scott he was amazing,,!!

Did a great job on my 04 jeep Cherokee, replaced radiator an all the fluids. Even got it to idel on it's own an fixed my broken seat!! Very happy with the service an turn around time i will definitely be giving them business again an recommending them to all my family an friends!!!

They are great. The power steering went out on my truck. I took it there in the morning and got it back that afternoon and the people were friendly.

I had a steering problem with my truck. The tech lubricated the part instead of replacing it. They save me $400.
