An excellent location to check out for anyone who needs engines and engine parts for heavy-duty machines!I purchased an in-frame kit, for my International 3588, for a competitive price, with no quality compromise! The engine has been running daily, for the past 3 years and counting!Check these guys out when you get a chance, they just might have what you need!

Thank you on behalf of our company,The story went;We called looking for a reman head and it was at a moderately good price, though the system read they had one available, they had none in stock (this happens sometimes very understandable its so they have an item in their system we have something similar in our system). We hadn't received a call for about a week and our customer was waiting on the head, we spoke with the VP and they insisted they would handle the situation and they offered a new head in exchange.The head is now set and engine is up and running strong.This was, of course, a very circumstantial situation.I am not writing this to guarantee that this may happen to anyone reading this. However, their VP's response to what happened caused me to write this in regards to a show of respect and gratitude and evidently we are looking forward to working directly with each other's company in the near future.Values spoke louder than commercial procedural happenstance.Many thanks to you, RF Engine of Michigan.

I received the correct head but the head gasket set, injector seals, and thermostat was incorrect. I've contacted Melissa/Andy multiple times to get this situation resolved and I still have not received a resolution. It's nearly impossible to receive a call back or response from an email. I contacted Melissa/Andy again last Friday and was told that she found a new gasket set and will ship out when the systems and phones are up. I asked her to let me know before EOD what was going on. I heard nothing again. I called again this morning and she didn't pick up. I have to contact sales to have them transfer me over. This has been very frustrating.

We have bought good parts from them in the past. Were attempting to buy an engine from them at a good price. They kept stringing us along. They finally admitted they had sold it, and were trying to find us another at twice the price. Needless to say there is some major room for improvement here.

It is a good quality honest growing company. As humans we all make mistakes so it's not perfect and there will be mistakes made occasionally. Although this is the case, appropriate and very fair action is made when needed in order to rectify these problems. It's a fantastic business and I would highly recommend it for any and all diesel engine products.

The worst company ever no one can do there job correctly. Took weeks to get right parts and I have to send parts back because they sent wrong stuff. Never again will I buy parts from them.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. WE PAID TO HAVE AN ENGINE REBUILT AND HAVE BEEN MISSING SENSORS AND SOLENOID. HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH TYLER KEEBLE AND HE NEVER CONTACTS US BACK. I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE AUTOMATED CALLING TO GET THEOUGH TO HIM. EVERY DAY IS LIKE GROUNDHOG DAY AND I GET THE SAME I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ANSWER AND WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU STATEMENT. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Terrible business, you buy a overhaul kit here, tell you they will warranty it, better guess again, when you have problems they give you the run around and don't offer any warranty on ipd engine parts at all, their excuse will be that you didn't torque the head bolts properly, and say the fire ring wire wasn't crushed to spec, so be watching for this. Just saying, doing it by the oem manual doesn't work. I refuse to do business here. It cost me an overhaul kit, labor and down time.

Two weeks later and still no information on short block, finely just found it on my own. Sales person told me four different times he would call me back . Never not once did I get a call back

I bought my parts for my john deere 60 here and it was a super easy process they found me all the right parts I needed and cant wait to do more businesses there!

So I bought a 4bt had a hard time getting the thing running we had oil pressure when we first put In we thought we had a fuel issue so I got a whole new fuel system on The motor still doing the same thing so then I pull up valve cover off to see if it was getting oil and it was not so then I take Oil pump off and it literally fell apart and broke the housing wiped out all the bearings and crank and come to find out the crank was never round and they say they give you a warranty but they didn t warrantee it they just send you parts to make you pay half and it s your responsibility to put it together for using bad parts so I was suggest not to buy parts from them or Motors And I had a Core had to send back to them I sent it back to them and it took them two months to refund me from the time they got it I am really really really not happy with this like I have over $3500 into this thing and it doesn t run
