I am a first time tractor owner. Bob and Denise have been fantastic since the very beginning. When I was visiting dealerships to see what they had on the lot, cost, size of tractors, etc they never made me feel like my dumb questions were dumb. They simply guided me to the right size tractor and cautioned me out of some implements, boy am I glad they did. After the purchase, they have helped me out with very minor warranty repairs quickly and efficiently. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what any other dealer would have. They have a customer for life. I won t consider another brand, unless they change brands of tractor they carry. Thank you!

Great People!! Very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend. Bob did a lot of work on my tractor. One of the parts he installed failed (not his fault), a year later, but was outside the 90 day window of warranty on parts. Bob didn't feel it was right and ended up doing the right thing, on which he lost money. Cant say enough good thing about these people.

Absolutely fantastic. I shopped every tractor dealer and brand within an hour, and couldn't have been happier with my experience here. The quality of the product is well above others I saw, the service and knowledge of the staff here was great. Our purchase and delivery of our new CK3510SE was painless. Bob and Denise were great throughout the process. Bob spent all the time I needed to make sure I made the right choice in equipment and knew how to operate it when I took delivery. Denise provided quick and accurate quotes for the tractors I was considering and made the purchase a breeze. I highly recommend you check out this dealership and the Kioti product line if you are shopping for a new tractor.

As first time tractor buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better business to have gone to. The owners, Bob and Denise were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my husband's many phone calls, and took time to do break downs of the different payment options, rebates available, and financing. We appreciated the no pressure sales approach, and would highly recommend Michigan Iron & Equipment be your first stop when looking to purchase your tractor.

Worst dealership I ve dealt with I bought a brand new mower from them in 2019 against my better judgment as they were rude to me and my dad, it s been in several times for warranty work that I am told never happens with these mowers they are rude to me and my employees that bring it in for warranty work, they charged Me for a corroded wiring harness, When I spoke with different dealers about this they say that it would be covered under warranty, it caused a starting issue as the mower would not turn over, following week same issue arose will not start The company then put a jumper wire on it by passing the ignition system on my mower instead of trying to figure out the issue and sent my guys on their way, very first job smoke arose from the mower apparently the starter malfunction along with the main clutch went out at the very same time, they ve had my mower now for three weeks saying they re not sure if the warranty will cover these issues In the meantime I have a demo machine from them while they are fixing mine, there mower deck belt went bad on it so I went to the dealership to get another one the owners tell me I have to pay for it as a bickering match arose from the issue I offered to pay for half of the deck belt which in no way I should be held responsible for an issue that is uncontrollable with their machine, and the owners wife is yelling at me telling me to bring there machine back. all I have to say is think twice before you buy anything from them. I love supporting my local community but this one will never see another dime from me or my family.

We are sorry Todd is unhappy with his experience. This machine has had several issues in the last year, and we certainly understand his frustration. We worked with Ferris warranty and Ferris Management to get all of the issues covered under warranty so the customer would not have to pay for the work. Since the warranty record on this machine is unusually long, this took several days to get through the Ferris system. We worked hard for the customer to make sure that this last failure would be covered. While waiting for an answer, the customer used our Loaner/Demo so his crews could keep working. The customer had a belt fail while they were using the machine. Belts are not covered under warranty on this demo. We agreed to split the cost of the belt. We never installed a "jumper" wire in the machine, we had cleaned contacts in a wire harness during a previous repair. We used a "jumper" wire to start the machine when we, and the customer, were having the harness issues.Again, we understand his frustration, this has been a difficult experience for the customer, the dealer, and Ferris due to the number a warranty issues we all have had to deal with on this unit. We hoped that by fighting to get all of the issues covered under warranty, we would have a satisfied customer. Regardless of the rating posted, we would fight again if we thought it was right for the customer.

Can't speak to in-person but online service is poor. Parts arrived over a week after the end of shipping window which was about a month after ordering--and I had paid for express shipping. Contacted multiple times by email and phone messages (never seem to answer the phone), without response. The website is accurate and parts were correct or would've given a single star. Regardless I won't use them again nor recommend them.
