I would recommend this truck service to everyone. Today my truck stalled on highway 131 near Grand Rapids, I called these guys and in a short time Shawn came, he led me to his service and in two hours I was back on the road. This is a family business. company with wonderful people, despite all the problems with the truck, I left happy because I met these wonderful people. - (we even got to go to lunch together ) I would also like to emphasize that I have never paid less for a towing and service. Mid Michigan truck&trailer repair- Thank you very much guys, I wish you all the best!

Rip off, my truck sat there for 10 days and they never touched it I complained and was basically told I could go elsewhere. I said no I want it fixed that's why I brought it here, then they lied to me again and said the next day oh yeah it's ready we're done and they actually did nothing to it. Complete rip-off and complete Liars...... and not 5 minutes after I finished posting this review the owner calls me and denies that I was ever at his shop so here's the photo of the receipt. I know you don't like bad reviews Mr owner but customers don't like liars....

Shawn is awesome gets u down the road. Very knowledgeable will try to work any project or at least point u in a direction. Great friendly faces. The team of staff get u and equipment up and running fast

Honest and Hard Working Shop! Shawn had excellent customer service from the moment I called for a quote. I can appreciate not feeling pressured or like I was receiving an overpriced quote, since I'm an OTR Driver and have a loaded trailer. I arrived with my semi-truck and trailer and had my red air line leak repaired within 10 minutes Which I later understood why lol (plastic parts were used and only lasted a couple weeks). Thankfully when the plastic pieces broke again, I found more sturdy parts and had installed for same price I paid here at Mid Michigan. The other staff was friendly as well. Shawn and crew saved the day for us on Labor Day. We were stranded traveling home to Indiana from our trip up north and they got us back on the road in 24 hours. They drove to multiple locations to get the needed parts, kept in touch with us on progress and charged an extremely fair price. We highly recommend using their services! Thank you guys!

More of a heavy duty type of shop for 18 wheelers but they were willing to work on my dial axle boat trailer.Excellent repair. Labor costs are very fair and they go above and beyond. I will use them again. My repair was out of their normal scope but they still took on the job and did an excellent job. My boat trailer is good as new.

Very quick and efficient work, had to replace some hinges on my trailer door, lucky for me they had some and it took em less than an Hour In and Out.Friendly staff.

While driving North, our RV experienced a Check Engine light. We called Ben on a Saturday night around 6 pm & asked if we could stop by. He welcomed us over & was extremely helpful. You just don t find service like that anymore. Thank you Mid Michigan Truck & Trailer Repair & thank you Ben! 5/5

Took my truck in a complete mess from previous mechanic didn't take them long to rebuild and fix all the problems created by previous mechanic. Will definitely be going back.

Came out to Michigan on vacation with the family and the day we were about to head back to Florida our diesel truck started giving us problems these guys came to the rescue ! Fast and friendly service I highly recommend these guys!!!
