Had issue with work van transmission. Driver was there within hour and was able to get it drivable so I could take it back to shop to have it looked at. Also made sure I made it there without any issue. Highly recommend!Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Truck decided to lock up the ac clutch and shred the serpentine belt and leave me stranded in the cold, they got me picked up and gave me a ride along with the tow for a decent price.

10 out of 10 i would recommend. My car broke down on the side of the highway almost 200 miles from home. Sterling showed up and gave us ride all the way back to South bend. Wonderful guy would recommend to anyone, his hospitality was amazing even for us being complete strangers about to be on a almost 3 hour trip all the way to Indiana. 100% appreciate this company.

Had my vehicle for almost 6 weeks and never even looked at it! Then had the audacity to have 300 different excuses when we called MULTIPLE times to check on its status. Including trying to say we never signed the tear down paperwork and that's why it sat that long..except that paperwork was not mentioned until 5 weeks in..The women I spoke with on the phon put me on hold multiple times just to say "the mechanic has been busy working on the flatbed so he hasnt gotten a chance to look at your car yet" AFTER 6 WEEKS. and then hung up on me. 0/10 do not recommend.

Worst experience ever.1) It took them 4 weeks to fix the car. they had to order parts on at least 4 separate occasions and call the insurance company back to try to get more money out of them.2) I took the car there for an estimate and left it there because I work the same hours they are open and they started working on the car without a written agreement or estimate. Then they wanted to charge me storage and labor to put it back together so I could take it somewhere else for another estimate.3) they don't take credit cards and didn't bother to tell me that until I went there to pick it up. What reputable business does not take credit cards? If they had told me that 4 weeks ago I could have juggled finances to have cash on hand. Instead I paid my credit card off so I would have room to charge it.4) they are rude and very unprofessional. i went in to talk to them, but was unable to because they were vacuuming a car and didn't even bother to stop when a customer was present. another time I went in they had a couple of kids ages 4-7? running around making a ruckus and were yelling at them to stop so they could talk to me.5) I got a different number for the repair depending on who I talked to.6) I will not use them again and I suggest you don't either

We used M-57 Towing when my daughter wrecked her car. The driver was very nice and professional. He took a lot of stress off a very frantic situation. He was fast and efficient as well. Great job!

We got a flat tire on our way home. The provider through our AAA membership never showed up, so a State Trooper called M-57 Towing for us. They arrived promptly and helped get the seized tire off of our car. We are so grateful!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Wonderful company had my suv towed from a repair facility in Bridgeport to Burton area the driver was friendly and on time and very professional. Would recommend this company to everyone. Will definitely be using in the future for any towing needs !!

My fiance bought a 2010 GMC Arcadia. After a few months it started to have troubles. The shop jumped into action and contacted the warranty company. The warranty company sent a replacement engine. This engine was not great. She drove the truck for 6 weeks and took it into the shop for general maintenance repairs. When she drove in the mechanic said that engine is junk. Long story short they contacted the warranty company and now she has another perfect engine. The whole process was easy and painless. I would highly recommend Lonnies both for car purchase and service. Don't even get me started how many times my family has used the towing service

As a salesperson at a local dealership, I use M57 as my preferred towing company if I have a customer that has to be towed in, if I need a vehicle picked up at the auction, and a car delivery locally to a customer. I ve used them a handful of times and every time the drivers are so nice and careful with the cars. You can tell that they really care about their job. I ll continue to use M57 for all my towing needs

I dont think I can stress this enough how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THIS COMPANY IS! Were from Indiana and broke down rite outside flint and there amazing driver sterling towed us all the way home to south bend! Could not be more thankful for this company! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in the area!!

Awesome customer service. I've had multiple vehichles towed by them the driver was very polite, he arrived promptly on all occasions. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I would recomend any one and everyone to m-57 towing. They are very profesional and very reasonably priced.

More expensive than competitors. After hours towing begins at 5pm amd they don't tell you that. Do just as good as competitors towing. Called for service for my young son who ditched his car. First accident. Told them his older brother would be on site with a credit card to pay. If not, call me and I would give my card. Guy towed my son's car home and then told them it wad $350 cash or he would keep the car. My son just got this car a month ago. Guy wouldn't call about accepting cards. My kids had to scramble to try and pull together money while guy waited there. Called the shop about this. Lady could only say he wad new and she was extremely sorry. They make an already stressful situation worse for my 18yo son. Poor customer service. Will not use them, nor recommend them. They were better when it was Leonard's. Not sure what changed, but the customer service sure tanked. 1star only because you can't do none.

Had my car impounded here. When they were either loading or unloading my car, they tore up both front tires. I know for sure that my tires weren't like that before it was taken in. When I called to inform them, they said it couldn't have been from them 'since they always use skids' when moving cars. I'm gonna make sure they pay for new tires one way or another.

Strangely you have to call them 20 mins ahead of time to go pick up a vehicle theres no office when you get there the sign says for sale you wait until someone comes from 20 mins away to get your vehicle.oh apparently that's only when your vehicle has been impounded. No reason for a stay lot pick up. How weird.

Bought this car from here they said it was the battery but it wasn't it was the starter and a couple other things shop jad it for 2 weeks and then i broke down in indiana 5 hours away from ky abd had to have my brother in law make a 10 hour round trip to come get me and my daughter

Drivers are not professional. Had one of their drivers cut me off at Miller rd and Bristol rd while I was driving a semi with a load of stone.

Wouldn't even give a 1 but there is no zero button. The owner is so rude and a very heartless person. I wouldn't recommended this place if it were the last place on earth.
