The service department at Lakeshore has been amazing!!! They ve been so helpful to me. It was a terrible at the other place. The service team Lakeshore treats me like family and truly care about me and my truck.

Came here had a very in and out experience they were kind enough to take a car from one of there other dealerships to here just to get me what I was looking for did all the work so I didn t have to, overall great experience! Appreciate the man who help me Rodney

Lakeshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has a good selection of vehicles. They are friendly most of the time. I think it depends on how busy they are. The woman who handles their car rental services is friendly all the time.

Couldn't be happier with the service from the sales team. In particular, Darby was great. He was able to get my 21 Challenger when other dealers could not.

Terrible service. I went there for a bad battery (among other small things, but mainly that) and not more than a couple days after I get it back, my car dies again. Then they have the nerve to charge me to FIX THEIR OWN BAD REPAIR JOB.NEVER go here for service, they'll overcharge and under-perform.

I bought a 2017 Ram pick up truck here brand new. Now I come here for oil change and other scheduled maintenance. Everyone here is friendly and professional. They make every effort to keep you coming back and I really like that.Update 2/29/2024I now have 100,000 miles on my truck. I have had about 25 oil changes. They do an inspection and let me know if I need maintenance work. Ihave had cabin air filters replaced. I have had an exhaust manifold bolt replaced on each side. Recently I had all new brakes done. I also had to get body work done in 2021 after a deer collision and a parking lot incident. I have bought a new set of tires here. Each and every time I come here, the service has been outstanding. The service manager is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The work done has always been completed on time and high quality. I highly recommend this dealership for sale and service of a Ram truck or other vehicle such as Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge.

I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience at Lakeshore Chrysler was just so amazing that I had to write one for them. These people are honestly miracle workers. Benji in the service department is so kind and honest with people. As a young woman it can be terrifying going to a mechanic as it s so common to be talked down to and overcharged. But Benji talked to me like an equal and explained things in a very non-condescending way. Not to mention, this was the only dealership that would look at my car a week after it broke, as opposed to every other dealership that told me I d have to wait until almost August. They originally told me the part wouldn t be in until the end of August, but my car was fixed and ready to go within a month. It was also all under my $2000 budget. And after all the repairs, they wanted to look at it for one more day as they feared there was a transmission problem. Turns out the transmission was fine and they didn t charge me at all for the additional day. This place is amazing and really did save me from financial stress and a complete mental breakdown. The salesman even came out and talked to me while I sat outside waiting for my ride, very nice people. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Chrysler vehicle. 11/10

Justin, used car mgr, was so refreshing to work with. Even when financing looked hopeless, he came through. My 2011 Acadia is in perfect condition and I love it! This place is straight up honest and goes way out of their way to get you in the car you want. After dealing earlier with a shady dealer I was very happy with Justin s honesty and attitude.

I ve been a customer with Lakeshore for years. Every vehicle I ve owned I ve purchased from Irv. Fantastic experience every time I m there. Irv always takes the time to set down and explain every option in detail. Giving me the opportunity to make the best decision for myself as well as my family. My wife and I enjoy the family vibe and customer service Irv and lakeshore provide every visit.

Ive personally brought my vehicle into this business twice to have a recall on my vehicle updated. Its a software update. After waiting at least a week to get in with service.. my vehicle sits there for 2 hrs at least. For them to call me and tell me that there system is down and they wont be able to update my vehicle. After this happening 2times i asked if i scheduled a 3rd appointment if they could get me a loaner. They stated they couldnt give me a loaner due to the fact it should only be an hour and even if they could it would be more than a MONTH out for a loaner vehicle. Im a single mom with 2 children the running back and forth and find a sitter for nothing to even be done! Its ridiculous. They do not value their customers!

Courteous and helpful staff. I would recommend this dealership for your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram products. We brought in a third party hey 6 for programming. They had us in and out pretty quickly.

Worked with Justin to by my wife s vehicle. After driving it for a few months now. She loves it. The buying experience went great even though we where signing papers when everything shut down and had to wait nearly a month to finish the process. Justin keep us in the loop and we where very pleased.

Shout out to Joe in parts. He went above and beyond to make sure i received my parts. Had to fix a truck same day. I called after they were closed in hope someone might be there. Joe received the call, found my part, then set it up to where i could pick it up. This dealership is an hour and a half from me but I ll definitely be putting all my big orders in through Joe!!!

I've been more impressed with Lakeshore every time I've been there. The salespeople are friendly, even if you're not buying a car. The service department is knowledgeable and has been reliably faster than the other dealerships in the area with routine repairs. Would recommend them over the other Chrysler dealers in the area any day.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They work hard to make the deal work for both parties. They also seem to care about their customers even after the purchase. Will likely be coming back for future purchases.Update:Still very happy with this place. Had to go in for service and the staff super accommodating and friendly even though they were very busy with other customers. Great place would highly recommend.

Drove a few hours to look at and buy what is now my Jeep Wrangler. From the first phone call with Juan, it was a great car buying experience. He held the car two days until I could get down and answered my questions on the phone. For being a good size dealership it felt like I was working with a tiny Mom and Pop place in a small town - which isn t the easiest vibe to accomplish. Juan was very help and honest, as he pointed out a rock ding I would have easily missed and took time to chat over other details. I never felt took advantage of or got the car salesmen experience this was refreshing as I am sad to say I have gotten that many times over the years from other dealerships. Even though it was a 3 hour drive, I would go back in a minute to buy a car and recommend to anyone looking!!

Brought my car in to have some squeaking fixed and they racked up $1300 of things that needed to be done, which I was told would completely take care of the squeaking in my car. After telling me they hardly heard anything I had to test drive it with the office person and point out the noise that was still occurring. He told it was hardly noticeable (not true) and it would be an additional $400 to fix the gentleman behind the desk tried saying that I ve never brought my car there and that may be way they can t find the issue. Which is false because I have all of my old receipts. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Great experience from start to finish in purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee. Gave me a fair trade in on my truck. Dealt with Juan on the phone as I had and hour and a half drive to switch vehicles. Once I arrived they had me in and out in 1/2 an hour! AND...this is unheard of in my 30+ years buying vehicles...when I arrived...the price was actually LESS than what I agreed to pay!
