Huge shout out to Kyle and Scott! Not only did they get me into my dream vehicle, they went above and beyond to make it happen and were very patient. Even put on cartoons to keep my kids entertained. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommend seeing them!

We just traded my daughters Hyandai in for a Ford Fusion Hybrid. We needed something safer and bigger for her to drive. Scott was a great salesman. I definitely recommend this place for your used cars.

We came in to get a vehicle and I must say these guys are very good. Also they help us and worked with what we had which they didn t have to. These guys are honest and I truly appreciate the help they gave us. I recommend that you buy here because most places I ve been a lot of Sales people are not willing to help as much as these guys. Everybody here is extremely helpful! My brother went through Scott before I did and he is happy and liking his truck! Scott helped me out a lot and is on top of things! Scott is great with communication as well and answered all of my questions! Very impressed with all of them! Highly recommend!!

Let me start off by saying that I never imagined I would walk away with the car of my dreams today. But I did! I've been eyeing this Buick Envision for weeks and now its all mine! Literally the easiest transaction ever. Scott was my salesman and was very knowledgeable with all the cool features. The finance manager Ron worked really hard and got me exactly what I needed and with a payment that I can afford. Brian made sure my new ride was fueled up, clean and ready to cruise down Monroe St. Couldn't ask for a better team of car guys. 5 star service all the way! I would recommend that anyone who needs a nice, newer model car, SUV or truck to CHECK THEM OUT. RIGHT FKING NOW. I'm serious. Do it. You will not be sorry. Just come prepared to drive away in your car, same day. They make it tremendously easy. You will not regret it.

What happened? I received a brochure in a mail I scratch off and number match a price. I call 1800 number they said I won and to go pick up my price at location. I get there they say I had to play another game to see if I won.. they gave me a $5 gift card. all I around I felt like it was scam to get people in there to buy a car off false advertising. Don t believe the brochure you received in mail it s a getme scam to have you come in buy a car. I feel you shouldn t do customers like that by scamming to come in. SCAMMERS!!!!!

They are scammers. They said my husband won a tv we went to get it and they wanted all of his information. My husband called prior and they verified they won a tv. They were very forceful about us getting a new car after he said no about 10 times they said his number didn t match a prize so he would get a 5$ gift card. They wasted our time, I asked them for the paper back and the guys said only because I like you normally I wouldn t give it back like my husbands ssn and everything was on it. I d never do business here, the inside of the building is card tables set up. Doesn t seem like a normal dealership. They also tried telling us it is a great time to buy a vehicle, interest rates are at an all time high. They have deceptive marketing tactics and it is not appreciated.

Went in as I received a promotional prize (60 tv) what they don t advertise is you don t win the prize that matches the number instead it s based on a super small number in the top corner where instead you win a $5 Walmart gift card. The salesman that sat with me was extremely pushy as I had already explained I recently purchased a new vehicle and that my needs were met in that capacity as I had hit a deer earlier in the year - he shared this could have been prevented had a had a brand new vehicle (the vehicle I totaled was a brand new Chevy equinox) that would have prevented me from hitting a deer - which is at times not preventable by the best driver. As a center of influence in the community that discusses the lending needs of my clients I will definitely share they should stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Deceptive marketing and straight up lies from the salesman. Don t waste your time. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Me and my partner kyle just purchased a 2019 ford escape from William's Brothers about 1 week ago and we are so happy with our purchase. Scott and JD were amazing at helping us find what was within our budget and also served as what we were exactly looking for. We test drove 2 cars and they were pulling up more for us to try but fell in love on our 2nd vehicle which is what we brought home. There was no haggling bargaining or any form of deciet . We got a 3 year warrenty and a gap insurance also i feel very secure in our purchase. Thank you!!

Corrina is the best. She is wonderful and helpful and beyond friendly. She answered all my questions, helped me to understand any doubts I had and explained everything so I understood the process. Most awesome experience with selling my car to William Brother of Monroe. They gave me the highest amount and was very professional and friendly staff. Their pre-owned car and trucks are the top of the line. No juke sold here. If you re looking for a new car or truck this dealer should be your first choice. I did buy a 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee L and I am very happy.

Should be no stars. Got a flier from them saying I won a TV. Went there to claim it and was told I would have to buy a car to get it. Turned out to be a scam . Never buying a car from them.

I had such an amazing experience buying a car from Cade today. She was absolutely wonderful and I genuinely feel like she cared about me and making sure I was able to get an amazing car since I have had such bad luck with vehicles. I am for sure gonna be a customer again because I was so impressed. I didn t feel pressured like most places make you feel and they really wanted to help us in anyway possible. I will be telling my friends and family to check this place out.
