The manager was exceptionally nice. Both workers were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in a short period of time. I was a previous customer of the Flat Rock Victory Lane which has been closed. The drive to Monroe was worth it due to the excellent service and the kind and polite men working. I will definitely go back.

I went to get my oil changed from victory lane on Telegraph Road and they were so nice and friendly. They checked my tires and fluids and dod a great job! I will be going back there again!

Hannah and the other guy (didn t catch his name) who worked on my car were fantastic. After a bad experience at a dealership, I was looking for a new place to go for regular maintenance. Had a injector cleaning done and they looked over everything for me, topped off all fluids without asking and i was very happy with the service and employees were super friendly and the manager, a Mr hunter periso was extremily friendly and helpful in all my questions. They did a very good job. Checked all my fluids. Changed my oil. Inspected my air filter. Offered to replace air filter, but no pressure when I said "No." Very fast. Three people working at once to get me done. Just everything was excellent!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very happy with the service I had for oil change and service. I also got my windshield wipers done and took care of two. And they checked everything out that I needed. Very happy with the service I'd recommend anybody to go and check it out.

Excellent service! I went to auto complete in Monroe and they were absolutely horrible couldn t tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. Then went to victory lane and amazing feedback told me exactly what was wrong and did routine checkup. Very nice name was Dayle i was very impressed by his skills and how he could help me very helpful!!! I would highly recommend.

First customer of the day- Paul opened the bay door and marshaled me in the garage. He was very prompt with giving me the details of my previous service and also providing me with suggestive maintenance recommendations. He had details of dates and future proactive care. He also gave me a rebate to send in for the oil I had replaced. I am grateful for this hometown service. He also gave me the best month to come in for winter readiness. I d tell you the month but I don t like lines. I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism. Thank you Victory Lane for this hometown shingle.

I Went for an oil change and was charged for some things I didn't ask for like Power steering fluid and window washing fluid. On the flip side tho I got what I was looking for done which was an engine flush of all the bad oil and brand full senthic oil in place along with engine treatment too. They know what their doing, very professional too, friendly and fast service. I arrived waiting only 10 minutes and got all the work done in 15 minutes. Even taught me how to reset my oil light.Service: Oil change

I've been many times, but this is the first time they really kept pressuring me into a package deal I wasn't happy about it all.They used to wash windows without being asked, not anymore

Always fast and great service. Never pushy sales. They tell you like it is and what you need, not what they want you to buy.Service as above still stands. However the lost of 2 stars is from my last visit they raised the rate to ridiculous amounts and now change a 3% up charge for using credit card.

Went here for an oil change on 5/2/18 and I was surprised by how quick it took. 10 minutes at most. They didn t have the right regular oil filter so they put in a synthetic oil filter with a discount. But other than that the staff was very polite and made sure I got everything I needed. On top of my oil change they checked my tire pressure and cleaned off my windows for me too. Definitely would recommend this place, ver good service!

Hunter and Cody did a fantastic job! We brought our class A motor home for an oil change. They explained everything, super knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all our questions.
