My original review is below however I would like to update since the store manager himself fixed not only the taillight cover but also fixed the original problem and swapped my reverse lights & took care of it all! Josh I appreciate you for all your wonderful service!I came in for an oil change and my reverse lights aren t working so the employee James offered to try to change them and skipped the step of taking my bolt off and went straight to trying to pry the cover off with a tool & broke my taillight cover off completely. They are also refusing to give the regional managers information for me to be able to contact them myself. I recommend any other place besides here.

Service is great. Service men are very polite and very helpful in letting you know that everything looks good and what should be replaced. So you always know. Time in and out is excellent. No long wait like dealership.

I come to Victory Lane about once a month, they always treat me with respect and help explain anything that might be going on with my car. They work to help get me the best deal and listen to my concerns.

My first time coming to Valvoline and I had a wonderful experience! There was no long wait times. There are multiple people working at a time which makes the service go quicker. They work fast they still have outstanding customer service. They let me know what I needed and even went over options for oil changes with me while in my vehicle. They made sure I understood what they were doing and the choices I had.

They charge extra for everything. Even topping off windshield washer fluid. Highway robbery. Will never go there again. They're more salesmen than anything else.

I went here for an oil change last week and they tried to sell me everything but an oil change. I declined all the service they were trying to sell me and after I declined everything they told me they couldn t change my oil because the bolt to my drain plug was stripped . Mind you I get my oil changed regularly at the Ford dealership since I have a mustang. Never had any issues or recommendations for a new drain plug or bolt. My boyfriend is a diesel mechanic and is changing my oil for me as we speak. Here s what my stripped bolt looks like. So basically because I didn t want what they were selling they declined giving me an oil change. Thinking I wouldn t know any better. Probably because I m a girl. Luckily for them I didn t have time to sit there and argue with them because I had to go to work 48 minutes away. So had my car overheated or anything due to my oil I would have held this establishment responsible. Don t recommend ever coming here for an oil change, they will try to up sell you and rip you off especially if you re a female.

Got my power steering flushed and fuel injection cleaning. Been going here for about a year and a half to get my oil changed. The guys here are super friendly and very helpful. They will take the time to answer every question and will explain everything in ways that are easy to understand. And they will be honest with you on what can wait and what cannot. I m moving soon and I m sad I ll have to find a new place to get my oil changed. They always take excellent care of my car.Service: Oil change

Disappointed that they wiped my hood off with a greasy rag, it was pretty insulting considering I went in with a polished car. Didn't have any other problems besides not having my tires inflated to proper levels (something that was always done in the past with any oil change there) probably shop around for another oil change place

This location, Monroe St, Monroe, MI did an outstanding job as always. This time through it was James and Tommy, both were knowledgeable about what I should have done for my cars mileage and what services they could provide and not provide based on that mileage. Would highly recommend Victory Lane to anyone, I have never had an issue an any of their locations.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

Friendly knowledge staff... They checked things on the car I've never had oil change place check before. They let me know life left on battery, washed windshield, topped of fluid, let me know of a slow leak in oil, filled my tires, checked my headlights among a few things. They also have a road side assistant option. Leaving here feeling like a champion ready for the race's

This was first time using Victory Lane. Everything was done professionally. All of the associates were very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again for the service provided, just a reminder though, the 2nd generation 2.4 liter engines hold 5.5 quarts. You fellas worked as a team and got it right.
