10/10 this was my first time coming to a dealership alone and oh my was I treated right, Joshua and Mark were very patient with me and as a first-time car buyer, they took the time to explain it to me and if I didn t understand it they would word it differently, I have never felt more welcome! I would recommend them this place is a great team!!

I would like to Thank the team at Victory Honda Monroe for excellent customer service in buying a vehicle for my family. Buying a vehicle is not an easy process. I will name drop as much as possible to Thank the people that made the process enjoyable. First Jim Galofaro (Sales), he was great to work with and felt like I was dealing with family. His dedication and focus on getting my family into a great vehicle was very much appreciated. Mike Sterzer(General Manager) and Shane Frost(Sales Manager), both were kind and professional. Both were proactive in the process in and did what they could to get us into our family vehicle (again feeling like family). After purchasing the vehicle, I required assistance in the setup of the vehicle. Gerald Bradley(Service Manager) assisted us in getting us to where we wanted to be with kindness and quick determination of what was needed to be done(again feeling of family). Again, we appreciate the great team at Victory Honda Monroe from our family.Thank You!

Finally got a car I wanted after looking for months! Wouldn t have been able to do it without Tyree at Victory Honda! He got me the car I wanted at the exact price I wanted. Thank you Tyree! If you are on the look out of a used car or a new Honda, go to Tyree and he ll get the job done for you!

I love Victory Honda in Monroe. I ve bought my last five cars over the last 15 years from this place. I refer people here often and I have actually became friends with most of the salesman especially Gary and Mark and I m always happy to see Tanner and Angel in shop when I m there for oil change or whatever. They are all pretty great!! Recommend them on top of the fact that Hondas are great cars!!

Have had multiple great experiences with Mark Deters at Victory Honda of Monroe. If you need a new or used car just ask for Mark, he will take great care of you.

There isn't a negative remark I can say about my car buying experience from Victory Honda and Mark Deters, honestly the BEST from start to finish. I went in to look at a used Ford Edge and left with a new to me 2018 Honda CRV, I do currently own other Honda models but I wasn't even considering one and so glad Mark hooked me up with mine, shes a beauty. I am 100 percent happy with the sale and the CRV! Go see Mark at Victory, he is a great guy!

I'm so thankful I chose to go with Mark Deters at Victory Honda. My husband and I have had major bad luck with dealerships. Actually, we had horrible luck with the Honda dealership in Maumee, OH that we were very hesitant to even go back to Honda. Even though we love Honda cars! Thankfully Mark took GREAT care of us! I left with a 2018 Honda Accord with NO hassle! It's been 3 months and it's still been such a great experience. This dealership & most importantly Mark will be a family tradition for us. Thank you Mark & Victory Honda!

Caitlin Trout was tremendous help. She got us into our new Honda Pilot which we love. Perfect for our family size as we have four beautiful children. Caitlin worked on our file from start to finish and had everything taken care of by the time we arrived to the dealership. All we needed to do was sign. What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! They work with good credit, bad credit and even people with no credit! Caitlin will make sure you leave with a car the same day and she really does care about all of her customers. She goes above and beyond in everything she does there and made sure I wasn t leaving without the vehicle I wanted. If you re looking for a car I would recommend Caitlin hands down! Mark deters is also a very great person to go through as well! He will go out of his way to make sure your maintenance is done on time and get you in the quickest. He also was very thorough and helped me out when my windshield cracked. He called around for me to get me the best estimation possible. I love the Honda family. Great quality people and great quality cars I couldn t have had a better experience!

We purchased a car from Victory Honda in Monroe and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We got the car that we wanted, in the color and trim package we wanted, located and dealer traded, purchased and delivered to us all in the same day. Our salesman, Mark Deters, was the best. Best dealership around!! If you are thinking of getting a lease or a brand new car you need to come to mark. He is one of the best salesmen in Michigan and his number of sales speaks for it. Mark is amazing no matter what time of day it is if you have questions you can send him a message on Facebook and he answers so quickly, and is kind about it he really cares about his customers not just the money. We had a Honda Civic 2021 we leased from mark we loved it not one issue in the year we had it. But being a young family we outgrew it so two days ago we brought the civic in just to talk to mark and see are options and we walked out with a Honda CR-V ex no money down no payment for 45days with only 5k more miles than my civic had!! Also when you are done with mark you go sign paperwork with Shane frost he s just as amazing, super informative kind and funny. We are in love with the service we have here we will be honda clients for life.thank you guys again.

I have leased 2 vehicle's prior, and recently purchased my latest at Victory Honda, my last lease and recent purchase were from Mark Deters. He made my car buying experience easy and quick. I literally came in after leasing my civic for only 1 year, decided it was just too small. So we signed some papers and I drove away in my beautiful 2021 CR-V that I am now purchasing. I love it. I will continue to see Mark for all of my future car buying needs! He truly makes you feel like family. If you go to Victory Honda Monroe, I highly suggest you see Mark Deters. He will not waste your time or steer you wrong..

Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation told them that I had a slow leak in my back tire which they Said they looked at it and nothing was wrong. Got home and found out I had a flat tire, Had an nail in it

This place is THE PLACE to get your new vehicle! They are super friendly and super helpful in getting you what you need. Mark Deters has been my guy for the last 4 years and goes above and beyond to get me what I want. I recommend him to everyone I talk to and will never go anywhere else!

Mark Deters made car buying an amazing experience. When I tell you he went above and beyond even after the purchase, he did! He brought my license back to me and dropped it off at my house since I forgot it at the dealership. He s always super helpful even after the fact and has answered any questions I ve ever had. Highly recommend Mark Deters

This dealership has excellent customer service. I had a minor issue getting my registration/plate for my new vehicle and was pressed for time. As soon as the registration/plate was available, Victory had a person drive it to me (45 mins one way) at my residence! My most important commodity is time, and this dealership saved me 1.5 hours. Great service!!

Mark Deters ; amazing sales guy. Bought 3 SUV's from him and he even delivers to your home or work. Once the sale is done its not done because if you have any questions or concerns he is always a text/call away. Kind and helpful always. Highly recommend him!Also, shout out to Andrew in service. Worst experience everI had an absolutely horrendous experience with Victory Honda. The ordeal began when Staff Mark contacted me, claiming to have the car I wanted. He insisted on a $1000 deposit to secure the car, assuring me it would arrive within a week. However, not only did the car fail to materialize, but Mark conveniently couldn't provide any tracking information, using the excuse that it's impossible to track transit in 2023. What a laughable lie! To add insult to injury, the dealership shamelessly marked up the price by forcing unwanted accessories and insisted it was beyond their control. It turns out that this underhanded practice is exclusive to Victory Honda in Monroe.After enduring weeks of waiting and false assurances, I finally had enough and demanded my money back. But the manager and Mark displayed the pinnacle of unprofessionalism, rudely hanging up on me when I asked for updates on my refund. It was only thanks to the intervention of Amy Morris, who displayed some semblance of decency, that I eventually received my hard-earned money back.Save yourself the headache and frustration steer clear of Victory Honda, especially Mark. Their utter lack of transparency, broken promises, and deplorable customer service left me appalled and disgusted. Don't subject yourself to such a nightmarish experience.

The service was fast and easy! Nicholas got our car in the same day and was very professional with explaining to us the problems our vehicle had. Not only that he also printed us off a itemized list of things we should get fixed in the future. I highly recommend going here!

I visited the dealership on 2-1-23 in regards to a truck they had for sale. Salesman Jim G was a great guy , friendly and very helpful. He s worth 5 stars. The problem I had was they let me leave over $580.00 on a $ 31k truck which I would have wrote a check for. The sales manager needs his head examined. I hope the owner is aware !!
