We got a Honda Pioneer 5-1000 Trail from Trojan Powersports. They were the only dealer to reach out to me from my online quotes from Honda of five dealers. They had stock on hand ready to go. I ordered extra parts like a roof and mats that were delayed they offered deliver to get them to me as it is a long drive for me. Very pleased with customer service and inventory.

I bought a honda navi from them today, everyone in the store was nice and welcoming. As a beginner and someone who is completely new to the bike scene they explained everything really well and i didnt feel dumb for asking about anything. I would reccomend this store to anyoneeee and everyoneee looking for bikes, atvs, dirtbikes or more. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time anywhere. I had Clayton help with my sale, he was avaliable to message at all times to help me with everything.

This place is absolutely incredible. I saw a bike that I liked on their website and contacted the dealership. Clay got back to me asap and helped me through the process all via email and text. I submitted the application online and was contacted by Jason to discuss financing. I showed up to the showroom a week later and was greeted by the team. Clay helped me out right away and I wasn t inside for more than 30 minutes doing paperwork. Clay helped me load up my brand new Rebel 1100 onto my trailer and I was on my way. Whole process took no more than an hour. Shoutout to Clay and Jason for their incredible service. I will be back in the future!

Clay was absolutely great extremely honest and helpful. He never pressured me to buy but instead just helped me through the process. If more sales people were like him I have no doubt that the stigma surrounding sales people would not exist. I cannot recommend him enough!

Shout out to Clay at Trojan Powersports. I needed tires and oil for my 2017 Yamaha FZ10 and he set me up with a set of Michelin Road 5's and synthetic oil at a great price. He answered all my questions and provided technical resources for my bike. He also ran my VIN to check for any recalls at no additional cost. Trojan Powersports is my first stop for parts and service for my two wheeled toys!

I'm the owner of shock therapy suspension Service for the Powersports industry I started riding in 1968 Over the years I've bought a lot of motorcycles My experience here was definitely top-notch Unlike a lot of other shops that treat you Like you're bothering them clay my salesman the guy is out back putting my bike together the parts counter awesome group of guys that are into this industry pretty good to see that again

Just want to say thank you to Jason and Clay and the team from Trojan Honda. I waited a little while for this bike and JASON was the one to call me to make things right and get the bike that I wanted for my son. We also purchased a plow and winch for our Rubicon and the parts team was great. JASON the sales manager and I talked about our families and our children and riding the whole time. Not extra warranties and add-ons. Good job guys

Bought my Africa Twin from Trojan, and need ed to get 16000 mile service on valves. While it took longer than they said, they did an excellent job on the bike and I am very satisfied with the service dept. Thanks for doing a great job

Lighting strikes again! Couldn t be happier with my experience here. This is my third purchase and all three have been an absolute pleasure. Clay Thorn takes consideration and knowledge of his products to intense heights if you don t know about what your looking at well you certainly will be aquatinted when you leave! No games or haggle here when he gives you a price it s the best he can straight away and you d be hard pressed to find better. Very very impressed with my whole experience and I ve done this quite a while. Would highly recommend Clay and the crew to anyone in the market!

Just picked my quad up from there location..very clean and kept up place..everyother shop around was booked for months..called them and Rob got me in with in 3 week's..to get some mods done to it.. quoted me a very reasonable price..josh did the work..went and picked it up and the let me run it around to check out the work they did..very pleased with it..and they took very good care of my machine as it was there's..will be doing business with them again..thanks again Rob, Josh,and Craig great bunch of guy's!!

Great customer service! Secured a motorcycle over the phone for a small deposit. They delivered it as well, which was best for me. Mailed me my plates when they showed up as well. Very good customer service compared to most businesses these days!

My all time favorite Honda dealer, best Honda dealer in Michigan, in east coast, in all of the US, they have the pleasure of being my preferred and exclusive service mainstream, and I lovem, every one of them, and I ride hard with pride on my little bike fully happy knowing that it was worked on by the best of hands, they have won me over as a preferred client for perpetuity, cause all my kids and they grands kids gone be getting they Hondas serviced here.Amen,Big Moe Transport.

Extremely poor customer service and rude. In 2017 I purchased a new enduro from there, the sales guy was incredible, super nice! But when i needed a new part for my bike as i had fallen on the trails, the parts guy who was an experienced off road rider was rude to me and kinda looked irritated at me for wrecking on the trail and made me feel kinda dumb for not being experienced when i was picking up the new part and told me to stick to the road.Fast forward to now,I purchased an atv from marketplace, i had never owned a trx250ex and was unfamiliar on the fact that they dont have oil filters, but the first thing i wanted to do was change the oil, i walked to the parts desk and told them the make model and year and he handed me an oil filter. He was kind! I didn t think anything of it until i learned that my quad doesn't take oil filters. I was confused on why he would sell me one. So I was irritated.Regardless i went back a few days later for another item i needed and he was very nice and helpful. I even bought a shirt because i just love the shirts there, and after I purchased i went to look at some gear because i really have been wanted a new helmet.Anyway.I knew the quad needed a top end so I purchased my parts online and got to work.Once i got down to the piston the wrist pin would not move. No matter what we did. Out of fear of breaking the rod i took it up to trojan and let them know and asked if they could help after explaining what was going on. They told me they didn t work on any quads older than 08 which i thought was odd but i said i understood. I asked if they could just walk right outside the door and peek at it for me just to give a professional opinion. He told me no. I asked for any suggestions and he told me to go get a blow torch. I was irritated and told him i tried, and he told me a specific kind of torch and then told me to get a special removal tool, which I appreciated but him and his buddy in there kinda poked fun at it being an older machine and told me im basically wasting my money on it and im gonna end up spending more than its worth rudely and made me feel stupid for buying it. That same day a friend of mine was able to successfully remove the wrist pin and i had it re assembled by the end of the next day.And the quad is running great now.

I did not have a good experience at Trojan Powersports. I went to buy a new four wheeler for my kids at the end of March. When we got home and started to ride it was running poorly. It kept stalling out. After a lot of back and forth to there store for service over the course of a few weeks it still does not run well. I gave up on getting it serviced at this store. I basically just threw away my money. At this point my kids have lost interest, since it never runs correctly. This machine was brand new and it constantly stalls out. The customer service was also poor. The service techs were fine however the management people I dealt with were not being respectful or fair.I would advise on going somewhere else to spend your money. I wish I would have.

Bought a barely used(200 miles) CBR250 6 weeks ago. Could not be happier with the purchase. Bike was stored with fuel in it for years. But the folks at Tojan cleaned it up, replaced necessary part and got it in fine condition. Thank you

Worth stopping by & checking out what they have in shop or online. I bought my 2022 Ruckus here a few months back. Just brought it in for its 1st service check after 670+ miles & nothing is wrong with it. They did a great job & tweaked my breaks a little bit better for me. All within a reasonable time-frame. Actually did it really fast. I plan on purchasing my 1st dirt bike from here as I enjoy their service, support, & overall professionalism. I cannot wait to learn clutch!

Had a great experience with Trojans service department. Very nice and helpful. Adam went above and beyond and noticed that my trailer tires where low and had the guys in the shop air them up for me. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks for the great service!

Found a bike online (from Ohio), sent an email in with an offer afterhours, and the next day, first thing, had a quality response back. Scotty Lee and I traded e-mails three or four times, got the numbers right, and bam the deal was done in a few hours. Having been in the retail automotive industry for the past fifteen years, and the last decade-plus as an Internet Sales Director and GM for a large dealer group, I appreciate communication and service above all else, and Scotty delivered in spades. If you are looking for a New Honda or used bike, you should email, call or stop in, but make sure you ask for Scotty Lee, he's the best!
