We are from out of town but needed an oil change bad. The light came on and we called Take 5 oil change and asked if they were busy. They said no so we came in for a 10 minute stay in your car oil change. They asked if we needed any water while we waited on them to do their work. They looked things over and said we needed new wipe blades and we had new ones in the back seat. Guy said he would change them for free. Good deal. They cleaned everything up and asked again about water to go. Rang us up and had us out the door in ten minutes. They were very nice and polite and not overly expensive. A+

Was traveling from Chicago and needed an oil change bad on my 2013 Malibu. I Was quoted over the phone and given 2 coupons once I arrived. I was greeted very nicely and super professional with a bottle of water. I even got 2 great service and very friendly! Amazing visit here !

From the moment I arrived until my oil change was complete, they were very pleasant helpful and informative. This was my first time at take five oil change and I will definitely be back. Good job with training!! Very professional!

WARNING DO NOT VISIT THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT AFTERMARKET PARTS INSTALLED ON YOUR CAR UNKNOWINGLY. We visited Take 5 and were serviced by manager Alexis. Not only did they break the factory Kia oil cup and swap it out with a cheap MAHLE oil cup, but they also never informed us of any issues or leaks. It took taking our 2023 vehicle to the dealership to realize that they had broken the cup and that we had to replace the entire assembly as a result! Upon visiting the Take 5 after we were informed, manager Alexis not only denied responsibility for her scummy actions, but she also REFUSED to give any information about the owner/management and told us to contact Human Resources .it seems this situation has been happening many times at this specific location as well. See below pictures of the cheap, aftermarket oil cup leaking, (because it clearly doesnt fit) as well as the pan below the cup where oil was OPENLY LEAKING. This business should not be operating whatsoever.

Today was the first time I went to Take 5 and the experience was great. The staff (Alexis, Kate and Chris) were very professional, honest and kind. They didn t pressure me to purchase anything and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I ll definitely be back and will recommend to others!

Excellent service as usual with this Take 5 location in Monroe! Chris changed my oil, kept me informed, went thru all my options and made sure everything was correct in the computer. That's why I keep coming back! Keep up the good work guys!

Short version: All in all, very rude, unclean, overpriced, and ripped off! Dont go here! What a scam.I visited this Take 5 location for an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler. Their sign outfront said 20% discount on premium oil. When I arrived, one of the stations were closed down due to a huge oil spill. When they finally got to my vehicle, the manager Adam was extremely rude to me. As he was working I could hear him making snyde remarks because I wouldnt purchase one of their air filters. The entire experiance was very unenjoyable as I was forced to sit there and listen to this guy make passive aggressive remarks towards both me and the kid that was working for him.Once complete, he didn't apply the 20% discount offered at the sign or my military/veteran discount of 25% claiming "it was too late". I then recieved my reciept which also claimed they performed services such as cleaning my air filter and windows however that was false. I followed up with the General Manager to see what could be done but so far she has yet to contact me.Service: Oil change

Quick and kind oil changes, the staff is so nice, especially the se Manager Alexis. Twice I've been in now and twice they have taken the best care of me! I won't go anywhere else now. :)

Listen, I love take 5 here in Monroe. The best service I ever get for an oil change place. They tell you everything there gunna do. They even usually give out a water bottle for you. I'll always go to and always recommend take 5

These guys are rad!If I'm honest, it took well over 5 minutes for my oil change. But they were polite, informative, and professional.I like that I can stay in my vehicle, they show me the filters and dipstick, and they offered me a bottled water while I waited.Plus, one of the guys was wearing a Naruto headband! When I saw that I knew, without a doubt, that I was in very good hands.I'll 100% be going again.

Fast, intelligent, kind, and amazing. If you hate getting your oil changed you should come here. They never make you feel stupid or try to sell you extra stuff. I'm new to this area so I was going to try this place, I'm sorry I did. I was trying to talk to the attendant and in doing so he rudely talked over top of me and dismissed everything that I was trying to ask him.Then he told me because of the oil that I wanted to use that it was going to be close to a $150 where it's the same oil I get from lovedays in Southgate Michigan it cost me anywhere between $50 to $60 depending on what they do. So I don't know why this place is so overpriced.So they lost a potential customer. I have 2 vehicles & I only use the best oils in them. With the price they're charging, I could go to a place in Riverview and get Ames oil for a $110. So between the rude person that I was trying to get information from before he pulled me in and the overprice. Yeah, you'll never see me.

Went to go get my oil changed and then my oil started leaking. Took it back and they said it was a broke head gasket (cost 1000s of dollars to fix) when in reality the oil filter was not tightened all the way. They will rob you.

Always nice and knowledgeable every time I go in. Always go above and beyond , yesterday the manager let me use my warranty to exchange my wipers that I forgot about this is why I always take my vehicles there

Scammers!! I went in to get a regular oil change , 49.99. Well the guys kept telling me I needed this extra stuff because my car had reached over 75,000 miles. I told him no thanks, I ll just take the basic. He wasn t making that an option and was only showing me the 4 more expensive ones. I ended up paying 80 dollars for an oil change, and that was with $20 off. I m not happy with this place and will not return ! Taking advantage of young girls who may not fully understand the car stuff is just wrong !!
