Hello everyone got here to take shower and fins a parking I use rv parking or Bob tail and they have few spots here plus showers not 100% clean but 95% is pretty good and shower water and head is pretty good compare to some places

No shower cleaning person on a Monday morning....so no showers, but they enforce the overnight paid parking.Of course, it's a private business, and they're allowed to have and enforce their paid parking, but since you're collecting on that, make sure everything else runs as it should. Good place to park thou.

One of the quieter TAs I've been too. Which I love it. Professional workers. The unpaid parking is in the back. Wasn't full when I shut down late.

Worst TA I ve been to. Come here only because my carrier sets fuel stops. Dirty , rude people and the shop is awful. Came in at 4am on a Friday to have a tire repaired and asked how long the wait was , mechanic said no wait but I can t work on anything because the service writer called off so I m sitting here doing nothing all night . What s a joke. Drove to Perrysburg Ohio to get it repaired at a far better and well run shop with real mechanics at the TA there.

The fuel desk ladies are very rude and unpleasant to deal with. It s hard to find good employees nowadays and for sure TA is dealing with the same issues. I spend thousands of $$ at TA yearly and this location is my least favorite. I only stop there if I absolutely know I won t make it to my next destination. The store and restaurant employees on the other hand are the most nicest ppl.

The bathroom was dirty. I know it's memorial day but somebody has to do their job please. Hourly courtesy checks would go a long way. Especially when clean bathrooms should be a focal point of your business platform. Not one toilet was presentable.

Overall great experience truck stop off i75 north before Detroit, Michigan. Friendly people staff clean restrooms plenty of truck parking not bad lot clean average for truck lot. Has three good restaurants Fazolis, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons good hot food.

I have yet as a (Trucker) gone inside based off of these reviews. I will not spend my money nor have anyone be rude to me when I m spending my hard earned money.We love Popeyes we are from the south so No Tim Hortons & I m familiar with them and love there food.I read reviews before I go because I have a choice to decide if I wanna just avoid a place or let s me know what I need to look out for.I have a blended family I see racial issues at this location I have OCD when it s comes to cleaning I don t do well with disrespectful young adults who are working nor will any adult be rude to me or my family or do that kinda behavior in my presence to anyone around me in this store.Bottom line STOP replying back to all these customers who have had a bad experience and nothings changed I ve never seen reviews like this and so many & it s not gotten any better. Do better at hiring train them better more supervisors to keep a tight shift or let them go.

The cooler is still out. There s a review posted a couple weeks ago saying the same and unfortunately I just wanted to give an update. I just wanted a sprite and some bottled water, but cooler currently is out all of the drinks is warm bottles. Popeyes plus resturant was a mess. Dirty napkins everywhere and they were out of most things. Poorly managed

Very poorly managed location. Both Drink cooler and ice machines are broken for over 2 weeks now. Bathrooms are fealthy. I typically avoid this place always a mess but son wanted Popeyes chicken.

$600 for a tire change, no discount when told the balancer is out of order, no complimentary coffee in the repair lobby, and the bathroom is out of order. What a way to treat your customers.

Every TA/Petro has some kind of problem across the nation.Several diesel pumps down and the ones operational have faulty DEF pumps.Pump 5 DEFA NOT WORKING.

I am disappointed that ppl are so rude in this Monroe TA and the management doesn't do anything about there rude employees, there afraid they will have to work! It's sad and I will find a way to contact corporate the ppl there won't help or do anything about there rude ppl

Was here 04/7/from on a slow day the Cashier on duty has the best Customer service and interaction I have never had before in various places I visit.!! I tried to see if a manager was within to just let them know but lady I spoke to said she wasn't the manager.Guy from the Repair shop found me asking for shower and he thought I was was soliciting or some kind of stuff said something and I got a shower right away from a fellow driver.There's need to know we out here Truckers mostly live like brothers and you never know why one would ask for a shower.i also have been asked for showers many timesSounds minor but we serve this country as brothers.Overall Nice place I always come back.

This is where I wrote my song, It s Not Easy during my 34-hour reset. The facility was nice, and I enjoyed the snacks there. Plenty of parking. Great experience

If I could put zero stars, I would. First of all, this place is absolutely disgusting. It s 10am and the garbages are overflowing, their drinks are over flowing and all over, and the tables are filthy. We ordered food from Popeyes and they were so concerned with their ticket time they bumped our order, so we spent 20mins waiting for nothing. And Serena from Tim Hortons was EXTREMELY rude when I simply asked for extra sugar for my iced coffee.

I Shut down by 11pm there was plenty of parking spaces.Lunch was good and the staff was friendly.Restrooms was clean.

Just saw an employee wearing a white coat (food handler?) leave a toilet stall without washing his hands I actually confronted him and ask if he was going to wash his hands and he said no hahahah Then he went behind the fuel desk gross

I felt like I better apologize to the genius millennial girl working the register today late afternoon. I m so sorry I actually was a paying customer and you had to put down your phone. I m so sorry I took away from your time of posting videos of yourself. I m so grateful that your insanely poor attitude was reflected when you didn t even ring up half of my stuff and just let me walk out with it. Really solid employees. Make sure to go on Fridays around 3 and wait for the millennial girl. She is a special piece of work ..

I had a fantastic experience at the TA Travel Center in Monroe, Michigan. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restrooms were spotless, providing a comfortable stop along my journey. The abundance of truck parking made it convenient for me, and having three great restaurants - Fazolis, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons - offered a variety of delicious hot food options. I highly recommend this truck stop to fellow travelers and truckers alike!

Omg the mechanic here was a pre Madonna. He walks around with a chip on his shoulder. I told this guy that I had a mobile mechanic adjust my brakes so that I could get 2 miles down the street and he told the young lady at the front desk that I was a problem and he didn t want to fix my trailer. Mind you I told him my trailer brakes was locking up he proceeded to tell me it wasn t etc it is so much to write but long story short if you can stay away unless you have to. They must be having a hard time keeping mechanics because he don t care if he makes money or not he makes it personal. The rest of the staff was nice

I was going to visit my daughter and she wanted pizzolis so I picked up all up some and it's pretty good. But if your on a budget and you like Italian food this is where you go. Fair warning the customer service was awful.

The showers are spacious, very nice, clean and quiet, tucked away in the back. Very spacious overall. Kinda a walk from the truck parking to here. GREAT truck parking. Big spaces. Good selection of food, and I see that the mechanics here are good for a TA. I like this place and it s a good stop in my eyes overall.

Surprisingly good for a "truck stop". Oven baked classic sampler could have used more sauce. Otherwise very good.
