Great staff, always helpful and found me a great deal on a part for my truck! They are professional and friendly and their new facility is coming along nicely at the Monroe mall. I had line-x done, vehicle undercoating for mine and my wife s vehicles and a bed extender. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Bought a new truck that came with no bedliner at all. I looked up Line-X dealers online and saw they were nearby so I filled out a request for quote and they quickly returned with one. Gave them a call to schedule and was impressed that they were willing to take it that day. The employees are very friendly and will listen to every question and request you have. Everything is explained in informative detail as well. The work was top notch I m very happy. They do all sorts of custom work and I will be using them again in the near future for sure. Absolutely great experience.Can t wait for their new shop to open!

Called, made an appointment for bed liner and crowning. Dropped my truck off the day before and was done the next afternoon. Looks amazing, had great service A+

Repaired my 4 Runner after massive hunk of freeway flew into it. Did a great job, and was able to perform other needed work. I will be going back for custome work this summer.

I had Krown Rustproofing done, very happy with the service and results. Brooke was helpful and let me drop off the truck for a few days to accommodate my work schedule. If you live in salt land.. be sure to protect your ride.

I went there for an off road bumper job to be sprayed with black line x. It came out great! Looks good and they helped me put it on the truck. Great customer service, nice people, great rates, and they even gave me a military discount! They get a Hooah for sure! Thanks again!

I have done a lot of business with them, and I refer my customers to them for a lot of different needs. All of my customers thank me for sending them to see the Line X crew! As a Jeep owner they have been able to help me from my lift to coating my bumper and more!

Had to wait well over a month to get an appointment, and when I showed up nobody was at the Telegraph Rd Monroe location to provide service. There is no mention of the second location (where they apply the Krown Rust Prevention) on their website. I called 4 times and I waited 15 minute past my appointment time before leaving to have both of my cars treated at another Krown location. I received a call 45 minutes after my appointment and the caller was apologetic and stated he would get us in quickly and get us taken care of. However, the caller today said they could get us in on January 9th. WHAT A JOKE!State Line Krown Rustproofing & LINE-X of Monroe is unprofessional, overwhelmed, and unreliable. Their shop, where the Krown rust protection is applied is a filthy oil pit with no heat and no place for customers to sit.I suggest that anyone reading this go to the Krown Rochester Hills location were the staff is professional, reliable, and they have a clean heated waiting room for their customers. That's where I'll be taking my business moving forward.

I really don t do reviews but felt like I had too. First of I never knew we had a linex dealer in Monroe. I did like everyone else does = google search. I decided to give them a call. I talked to a guy by the name of Jeff, at the time I did not know he was the owner. He does not try to up sell you and he will recommend by asking you questions on how you use your vehicle.Jeff is a very understanding person and will work with you like he did me. Just like a lot of families my wife works and I don t have a spare vehicle. He worked with me a said he will drop me off and offer to pick me up after my truck was completed.1st impression - it looks like a small business which it is , but the shop is bigger the what it appears.2- shop opens at 8:00am I arrived 20 min early. I believe the first person to arrive was Ian. Very nice guy. He opened the shop and I walked in explained that had an appointment and I needed a ride back. Was no issue he turned around hung a sign in the door he would be back shortly and we were on our way.. he explained the full process and I decided to add the rust protection.3- my truck was done on time. When I picked up my vehicle. Jeff the owner was working with another customer. He was talking to him like he knew him for years. When it was my turn he started talking to me like he knew me for years also. Very out going guy and you can tell he puts his heart into his Business and wants to be successful..and wants his customers to me 100% satisfied...4-first impression of my truck. The linex came out beautiful not one imperfection. The rust preventer was Nicely coated.Final- I know this is a long review ,but if your in the market for just about any kind of truck aceesories not just linex please give them a call . Support your local small shops this one is well worth it..

My sincere thanks to Brooke and the entire crew . I always like to only deal with local companies being that I am in Monroe Co.....however, if I lived hours away I would still travel to come see them. I have used them for my Krown Rustproofing and have had them install and service my Tonneau cover . DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE they are the real deal!ChrisJ&K Heating&Cooling Inc.Maybee, Mi.

Smart and necessary move if you want your car protected from the metal-unfriendly chemicals they use as roadsalt on the roads in this wintery state. Appointments of 45mins only and the coating lasts for 6 months to a year!
