Purchased a new set of wiper blades and used the advertised free installation. The manager installed the blades and broke my windshield but O reillys refuses to take responsibility. Super disappointed and won t return.

As I just stood there waiting patiently for my turn the guys behind the counter keep taking every other person. All I needed was a new gas cap smh ended up walking out because I will not be ignored

Went there today to get paint for my truck, it's older so they didn't have that color in store so the manager ordered it for me.He was very helpful and polite likewise so was the kid who did the code diagnostic.I didn't remember to catch their names but they did a good job and I recommend this store.

I understand the Oriely way and what the expectations are supposed to be. I came in for fuzes, I understand it's not a big sale for them but the management was extremely rude to me and my husband. I've delt with some bad customer service before but this was ridiculous. I witnessed the same thing with another customer and same management said "sorry" to the customer with the worst attitude. I've definitely steered some family and friends away from this location. The parts are a service the store is to provide but their supposed to sell the customer service. If your having a bad day, take a moment and take a breath, relay her yourself and keep going. Don't treat people with such rudeness or disrespect.

I have been to the Monroe Mi store on Telegraph a lot in the last few months. I can say that both the manger and assistant manger very friendly and very helpful every time I visited their store.

Me and my wife went to that auto place last week and let me tell you he said he s a certified mechanic, but he sure didn t help us that when it came to our passenger side glove box, all we ask is for help and how we do it and he ended up, cursing me out and my wife sticking the middle finger on everything and making fun of mental health because I m autistic and so is my wife and the same day I had a mental breakdown because of him really bad customer service and a really bad manager so if you got mental health, he s not a manager you talk to thank you very much and I hope you have a blessed day, everyone and if anybody want to find out the managers name I ll tell you his name is Les that s the managers name

Their price matching policy is awesome! I was not treated disrespectfully or spoken down to, just the opposite. I'm grateful to have O'Reilley's in my city. I definitely recommend that you call around to price check and be sure to call or visit O'Reilley's before you make a decision on your purchase.

Went in at 11am for a fuel modular. It was not in stock but the store attendant had it delivered same day to the store by 4pm. Great customer service.

When I asked the person who assisted me (Lesley) to put a mask on, he had trouble finding it, apparently because they don't bother with them.Once he found it, he kept it under his nose, which is almost useless... and proceeded to give me grief about doing a return (because I had asked him to do a mask.)When I made the purchase days earlier the same guy was not wearing a mask and there were customers in the store without masks. Apparently they just don't think this virus is an issue. This laziness / ignorance / inconsideration is just unacceptable. I'll never shop there again.

I can in side and ask for the paper with the deal s he,s said we have no deal this mouth I'm like mmmm .so I'm just standing the look dum while him and the other worker are watching videos on there phone don't even help me or nothing so as I go to Walk out then they ask me if I need some help ...I'm confused they should have helped me in the beginning right I will never come here again that's sad because I just moved out here .so that's a lot of money to lose I work on cars on a Daly basis .its sad the world we live in now ,,,

The employees at this location are super helpful. I went in to order rotors for my truck and the man that waited on me went above and beyond the norm. I highly recommend O Reilly s for any automotive needs.

My husband and I stopped here about 7:30 on December 18th.No workers were wearing masks and approached us without even having masks in their pockets.I made a comment to me husband and the employee had to walk 20 feet to the desk to get a mask.We left with nothing to AutoZone where they wore masks.

My least favorite auto parts supplier in Monroe. Poor costumier service, try to up sale you every time. Want to much information about you. I will say I know what I want and don't need them trying to up sale me. On a positive note I do appreciate that they take a limited amount of used motor oil a day.

The service I received here was horrendous. I went inside to buy a socket and asked if they had a jack I could borrow because I had to fix a flat tire, and they said they didn't have any available to help us. I went outside, borrowed a jack from someone that had one in their trunk, and was out in the parking lot fixing my car for about an hour and the assistant manager came outside the store, smoked a cigarette, and watched me struggle to fix the car. Didn't offer any help. I would not return to or recommend this store because of its awful customer service and bad attitudes.

I have to give them only a 3 because they were practicing wearing a mask.....WEAR YOUR MASK INSIDE OF THE STORE!! ALSO didn't have the but did get by 3pm!! This is the Monroe store on Telegraph road.

I have had numerous problems with replacement parts within the last year. 3 power steering pumps. Last one still working. A leaky power steering gear box and just today had to return a master rebuild kit for a A4LD transmission that burned out within 5,000 miles. Pulling a transmission twice in 3 months is not worth what they charged for the parts. I went to Ebay and saved $20 and got the super kit plus the gear bands and vacuum parts.
