So I found the motorcycle I was looking for, a BMW RT here. One big hurl... I live in Maine and this bike was priced to sell. I called the dealership and worked with Chad. We worked out the finances with my Credit Union, even as people were walking in to buy it they honored my commitment that I was buying it. I made the purchase, and explained due to my work schedule and a snow storm They allowed the bike to stay there for 3 weeks until I could pick it up. They also provided a plate so can ride it today.Great dealer, great salesman and Spencer in the office.Thank you, Chad and Monroe Motor Sports

Phenomenal selections of bikes, helmets, shirts and more! Walked in and the staff was very friendly, asked one of the workers if they had a specific part for an older model moped and he offered to order one for me! I will be going back for all my motorbike needs, highly recommend!

Absolutely the best customer experience I've ever had at a dealership. We came in just to look at a vehicle as we had already started a purchase at an out of state dealer without ever seeing the machine. Steve Lands greeted us, we explained that we were already in the process of purchasing somewhere else and he offered a chance to try and beat the other dealer's price. He came back shortly with a much lower price and gained a lifelong customer within a few minutes. There was zero pressure and the whole conversation was very casual. Steve was very understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to make things convenient for us to purchase from him. Spencer from financing was phenomenal as well. I don't leave many reviews, but this place was definitely worth my time.

Monroe Motorsports outfitted our Polaris Ranger with several items including: full enclosure, radio, heater, windshield and wipers, roof panel, snow plow, winch to name a few. They did an excellent job as everything looks factory installed. Price was reasonable and they installed everything in a timely manner. I worked mostly with Dylan in service and could not have been happier. They even gave her a nice wash when completed since it was a muddy mess from our jobsite. Thanks again everyone at Monroe Motorsports!!

Wonderful place! My guy was given the run around about a bike he wanted to buy, so he stormed out. The head manager called my guy and made him a deal on the bike he wanted! We were also given gifts! What a great place. I highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Steve was a major help and he gave me such a great deal! I told him what I was looking for and he gave me confidence buying from him. We even talked about trading it in when he gets bigger! Will buy again and will recommend always. My son is so happy! 1st day and he's a master!

Larry did an amazing job guiding me through the sales process. From the time he first answered the phone to the final good bye he made me feel comfortable and in the loop. He always returned phone calls and text promptly and efficiently. I will definitely return for future sales and service.

Larry was our salesman and he was so friendly and helpful. Spencer did our paperwork and he was friendly as well. Being a nurse they were able to get me a discount on the new 2021 Polaris sportsman 570. Out the door with taxes, title fees and charges $7612.05. He even through in a few free t-shirts lol. Store was well maintained, everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing masks. And they had hand sanitizer stations. Overall would definitely do business with them again.

Chad came through for me. Treated me like family. Friendly staff welcoming environment. Had the bike ready paperwork was fast and easy. I recommend fulfilling any of your power sports needs at Monroe Motorsports.

If I could rate them 10 stars I would. The whole team were absolutely fantastic, starting with Joe in Service. My tale starts two weeks ago.Before visiting Monroe Motorsports, I had visited one of my local HD dealers and asked about getting both my bikes serviced, the response I got from them was less than enthusiastic, basically they couldn't take anything for 4 to 6 weeks plus however long it would take to service the bikes ??????That is how I ended up at Monroe Motorsports where I spoke with Joe in Service, he was great, and organized pick up of my bikes a couple of days later saying they would be serviced immediately after pickup.While there I decided to look and see what they had on the floor for sale. Larry introduced himself, answered all my questions with no hard sell pressure, friendly, professional and easy to get along with, I left it with the agreement that I would return another day, again no pressure, "come back whenever you are ready".Two days after visiting, Mike showed up at my house with a trailer to pick up both bikes, yet another great experience easy to get along with, friendly, great guy and we spent a good few minutes chit chatting on my drive.A week later I dropped by on my way home from work, following a phone from Joe, to arrange delivery of my now serviced bikes. While there, I checked out the showroom floor again, with Larry and ultimately decided to buy another bike.The deal was done quickly, with Spencer handling all the paperwork / documentation, while Larry took care of a couple of minor issues with the new bike.The next day, Larry and Spencer showed up on my driveway with all three bikes delivered and ready to ride. I couldn't be happier.This business is built on excellent customer experience. HD dealer network, you've lost me, from now Monroe Motorsports will be providing all my service requirements.Well done team and thank you.

On Monday my fiance purchased his 2008 Honda from Steve at Monroe Motorsports. On both occasions that I met Steve he was very personable and professional! He was able to answer all our questions, by phone and email to work with our schedules, and made the whole experience memorable. And, after our first visit even personally brought my fiances license back to him (he had left it on his desk) at the restaurant we had stopped at up the road. He even kept us laughing while we were frustrated with our insurance company obtaining our proof of insurance. Thank you Steve, for the whole experience. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Bought a 2018 Yamaha VX Waverunner here. Ron Brazee was the salesperson I dealt with and he was top notch. From start to finish he had all the bases covered, and gave me a good check out concerning the operation of the machine. He was polite, never pressured me and it was clear he valued me as a customer and wanted my business. Other shops I have dealt with couldn't have cared less whether I was even there. Ron was extremely accommodating to my whole family when we picked up the machine and even made my kids feel part of the process. Other employees I encountered were friendly and helpful as well. Finally I should mention they have a large modern showroom with lots of motorcycles. I will be back for my next purchase!

I purchased a ranger side by side today from Monroe Power Sports. I have been trying to get one for awhile. They had the one I wanted, siting by the road. I called and spoke with Larry (Salesman) and he made everything simple and easy. I was even able to add a glass windshield and roof. They delivered it to my house the next game. I closed the deal with Ben this morning and signed all the paperwork. Everyone there were super friendly and professional. It is truly an amazing, organized and well ran place.

Traded in my 2014 Ninja and Got a 07 Ultra Classic from Monroe Motorsports. Rick and everyone at Monroe Motorsports took great care of me and made sure my financing was appropriate for me. Couldn t be happier with their friendly service. Definitely purchasing from them again.

I ve purchased two motorcycles from Steve Land he is probably the most honest and up front salesman I ve dealt with I highly recommend him for sales. The service department has always been fair and efficient in doing repairs or general maintenance for both of my motorcycles, I would and do recommend to anyone needing service. The parts department has always either had the parts I need or able to locate them and have them to me in a timely manner. Pricing across the board has always been good. Good place to do business with.

This is a really great place to get what you're looking for. Larry, my boyfriend's salesman, was very helpful with every aspect of the process. A Ducati Multistrata 1200 touring sport is NOT your simple everyday purchase!!!

A great place to by a slingshot, salesman did a wonderful job, and so did the other staff members, team work, I recommend them to whomever wants a 2,3,or 4 wheel vehicle, they are very knowledgeable

I called up Friday 6/16. I asked to talk with someone in sales. I was inquiring about a ATV that was online. I asked if it was still available and what the OTD price was on. He really just Hung up on me... Thats ok.. I'll take my hard earned $$ elsewhere.

The KFI Plow kit was the absolute best investment I ve made for my quad thanks to the advice and guidance for Dave, and Joe in the Monroe Motorsports Parts department. Not only did they have everything I needed in stock, their customer service was the absolute best in the industry. If you re needing anything powersports, I recommend these guys 10x over anyone else. Parts, service and sales is A+ I drove 2 hours to get here and I m glad I did.

AMAZING! We bought a motorcycle from you last year. After a year of riding, we realized it was time to upgrade the bike to something bigger. We went to Full Throttle Motorsports because it was closer to our house (40 min) vs Monroe (2hr). FTM is a joke and cares more about the sale than the customer AND ran our credit 5 times under a hard inquiry!! We then called Monroe to see if they would take our trade and I'll tell you what Chad helped us out the first time and he helped us out this time. He deserves a raise! Never pushes us to buy anything, gives a fair price on trade, works with you, makes you feel comfortable, and overall very welcoming! We will never go to another shop to buy a bike again, you guys are amazing! Cannot wait to pick up our used "new to us" bike tomorrow afternoon!

Every time I post it just gets deleted, long story short service department tried scaming me outta almost 360+ bucks because they thought I was just a dumb young kid with a nice bike and they didnt even fix everything i originally brought the bike in for (4 things...) as well as them taking over 3 1/2 months when it was supposed to only take 3 weeks. Extremely rude service department as well...All my people i ride with and groups I'm in (at least 65-80 people) no longer go there after I told them all the story, go to honda monroe shop right down the road instead. The people their are fantastic!

I recently bought a motorcycle from Monroe Motorsports and could not be happier with the experience I had and the bike I bought. I had the pleasure of working with Chad and from the first phone call I had with him to signing for the bike it was a great experience. He worked really hard to get me out on the road as quickly as possible so I could enjoy my new motorcycle. Check these guys and gals out, they have high quality, clean bikes and a nice line of accessories in the store. You won t be disappointed!

Terrific sales and support! Chad was amazing to work with. He provided a no pressure sales approach that was focused on the total customer experience. A true professional and someone that I recommend that you ask for during your visit.We purchased a new Polaris Ranger and had several accessories installed onsite. Everything was completed perfectly.I highly recommend Monroe Motorsports and will be back for future purchases!
