Really hard working energetic team at work here. All seem whole heartedly committed to winning each task at hand impressive. I took these men a basket case of a rebuild gone far short of complete. Extremely greatful. Will show finished pictures

The guys in the shop are very experienced and were able to spot the issue with my brakes right away. The owner is very professional, understanding and honest man. They found that I had lost one of the bolts from the front right caliber and installed a new one for no charge. We were back on the road within an hour and made back to Alliston, Ontario Canada the same evening. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Thank you guys

I was really concerned about where I would be getting my oil change and other services after Saad s shop closed earlier this year. However, I have already brought two different cars to these guys on three separate occasions and they have been fantastic every. single. time. I really appreciate knowing that there is a place where the workers are nice, honest, and never the least bit condescending to me as a woman. I won t be going anywhere else!

Sam was awesome, I came here on April 3rd. I had called ahead of time because I was having issues with my starter. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant, and the vehicle that was acting up is the only one I own. When I called and asked them about a starter, they said they would be able to do it for me the same day, even though it was 5 p.m., without an appointment, because it was urgent and my car is my lifeline for me and my family. I highly appreciate the price, kindness, and urgency they showed me here at this shop, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Haas and his associates did an amazing job on our vehicle. We struggled with finding the right repair shop that could get the job done. Our vehicle is on the road again all thanks to these fellas. I totally recommend this shop and will be back to see you for all of our vehicle services especially the BMW.

Great experience bringing my vehicle here. They were backed up with customers but still got the repairs done to my vehicle in a very timely manner, and I can see why they re backed up. They keep you up to date with that s going on, they re very polite the entire team, and especially Hass being the main point of contact I had while my vehicle was there. I ll definitely be going back for any other car repairs I need in the future.

I have had two years of knowing the owner Sam and Mechanic Jacob threw the quick lube next door. Sam is honest and fair through and through. He honestly tried to get you in and out on time. Jacob is also honest and knowledgeable. There are many new faces since Sam expanded the business and I'm sure they're all reputable guys. They all seem friendly and sociable. Sam is not gonna push something you don't need if you tell him what you can afford and that you need done as a priority. Sam's business is a very good staple in the community.

These guys are very cool, and seem very knowledgeable.... However, I think maybe they were over their heads with my 2015 F350 Diesel. $5700 so far, and the truck is still undrivable. They've had me bring it back several times, and I'm sure they'd bring it back again, but I can't afford to let them learn at my expense.Don't get me wrong, I believe they did everything within their ability to do right by me, and they've got to pay their bills.

I had no heat in my car and they let me sit inside before they opened, serviced me as soon as they opened. I was on time for work which I prepared to be late for and as well as they squeezed me in right before closing for another issue I was having! The gentleman here were extremely respectful and friendly! They also had pretty good prices. Will definitely be coming back for any future issues!

Haas was great with us!!! He was friendly and kind and explained everything to us. Dustin did a great job on my Lincoln!! All the staff there was nice. Cheapest price in town!! Definitely going back to get our jeep worked, but my wife and I are very very pleased!Thanks Haas and Dustin

To start, if I could give them a higher review I would, They saved the day hands day, I had my truck there for a full engine drop and install, but Sami called and told me he was gonna look into it, he worked his magic and got my truck with a believed full blown head, and in need of a new engine on the road and driving better then ever, you better believe I'll be taking ever one of my vehicles and sending plenty of people to them on the future, if you were looking for a sign they are good, no they're Fantastic the whole team! 10's across the board!

Most honest, and reliable mechanic around! I had an issue with my alternator. They were able to fix the issue the same day without an appointment, and on a Saturday. They let me get the part since it was still under warranty, and only charged me for labor. I cannot say enough how wonderful this shop is! I would highly recommend them and will only take my cars there in the future! 10 out 10!

Highly recommended! A rare find! Competitively priced, adept, with high integrity.We were in the middle of a long road trip to our out of state home on a Friday afternoon and our alternator went out. They quickly diagnosed our issue and went to work fixing our car. They did not take advantage of us. Instead they stayed late and got the job done. The car is running very well and I am very happy with their work! If I lived in Monroe or surrounding area, I would not hesitate to return to this garage for assessment and work on my car!! Thank you to the guys at Monroe Auto Repair!

I recently took my ford escape here to get an estimate for my exhaust. Not only did they quote me a better price than the muffler shops . They were able to fix some other issues that day. Very pleased with the work that was done and the timely manner for doing it.

Monroe Auto Repair they're very nice guys and they do a quality job every time I've been here if you're an oil changes or anything on my truck and I will always come to these guys since day one cuz you can tell when you have a good mechanic or not so good mechanic and these guys are very good I would recommend these guys 20 Stars

So I had my truck towed here after it left me stranded not knowing why it wasn't accelerating and within a few days they figured out the problem so i got it fixed it and got me back on the road again, the service writer was really friendly and helped me out, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Sam and his brother. I consider real good people. They're mechanic, got my truck in & told me what problem was. Fixed it & was good to go. I well definitely recommend this shop if you do get stuck in monroe
