Really nice people. I took my car in for an oil change and being a female it s always hard to take your car for any work needing to be done since most mechanics talk to you like you don t know anything, but that wasn t the case here. They were all so nice and didn t try to sell me on things I didn t want or need. Will definitely be coming back.

In the name of honesty, Midas gave me a discount off my oil change today to write this review, but I would give them a 5-Star Review anyway.I started coming here after my last place didn't replace a valve correctly and would cost me $$$ to fix because I was leaking oil all over my engine; Midas of Monroe fixed the damage and did it for a reasonable price and with great communication through the whole process. That was over two years now, and my whole family and our fleet of cars go here for all of our car needs.They're always honest, helpful, up front, and happy to help us out with any questions. When I purchased a new used vehicle, they were the shop we trusted to do a thorough check-over. And I appreciate that they don't try to up-sell products to me or make a fuss when I ask them to "call my Dad about that one"!Midas of Monroe is a solid business and one I recommend to all of my friends and Monroe locals!

Its very affordable because they always offer coupons on their website. Crew is also nice but the wait time is ridiculously long hence the 4 stars.

This location exceeded my expectations of an auto store experience. They were able to help me put change my wiper fluid and change my wiper blades just in time for the holidays. I ll always come back for there for the extraordinary customer service!

please take your car anywhere else!!! Absolutely terrible experience brought my car in complaining about a shake when I would apply the brakes from 60 to 40 mph. I was informed that it was my car would need shoes and a side alignment to the front brakes and new lug nuts. These services were provided for 600 I was told that my drums were in good enough condition, but we recommend you replace them at some point. I made an appointment to do such on the fifth of January two weeks after the first appointment. My car was clearly never test driven before being released to me because the same problem persisted when I called back and asked why it was still doing this. They told me that replacing the drums on the fifth should take care of the issue and that I would be fine till then. This was clearly not true because my tire began to overheat the next morning on the road to work. Luckily, I did not blow out, but it lost all air, had to get it towed to a different midus at my own expense. they switched the drums in hopes that the overheating issue would stop which it did, but I had to replace the tire pay them to do more work lose a whole days income at work and hilariously enough they were able to diagnose it as a suspension issue. Some thing they said they probably could ve done if they were able to drive it back when it had a functioning tire which the first midus definitely had an opportunity to do. I believe that they misdiagnosed my issue willingly or negligently decided to sell me products that I didn t fully need and in doing so caused new damages to my car by introducing issues that were never prevalent before services were provided. They never address the problem that I brought my car in for. I simply asked for a refund of service charges with I think is more then fair given the missed diagnosis miss information and experience accrued from damage is done from service. They informed me that they simply can t issue me a refund without me filing a claim-I was at first given the runaround informing me that information would be on my invoice which it was not. And then given a number for somebody who sent me straight to voicemail not expecting them to do the right thing they re just gonna drag their feet until eventually have to pull them into small claims court but do yourself a favor avoid a headache and take your car literally anywhere else or really don t even fix the problem you think you have they re gonna make it worse-

Great experience today at Midas! I am from out of town, leaving today and prepared to drive 500 miles back home. They got me in immediately, fixed my tire at no charge and I now have confidence to make the drive home. Thanks for the excellent service today! Manager and technicians are a wonderful group of people. Very knowledgeable and not just looking for a quick buck, they will let you know what you actually need and then things to look out for in the future! Would definitely recommend for sure!

Went in without an appointment with a screw in my tire and a slow leak. Manager and technician s were friendly and professional took care of my issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommended this location.

I brought my Buick to enclave for a diagnostic check. We had an idea of what the issue is. My car sat for almost a week being diagnosed . When they thought they figured out what was wrong and replaced the part, it still didn t fix the issue. From the beginning we said we believed it was the fuel pump. Upon picking the vehicle up, I found the diagnostic they did, was hook it up to a computer, nothing past that. They informed me that I d have to take it to a dealership. What do you know, get it in to the dealership and they said what we thought. Fuel pump regulator is out. This is the second vehicle Midas has done diagnostic on, and we are told go to a dealership. It now makes me realize that, the reason they got me in quick and all other service centers in the area were booked out, is because they are the least reliable service center in the area. $100 for something we already had done and told them what had been replaced. I personally wouldn t even trust them for an oil change now.

Shout out to the great people at Midas. Twice now I have had to go in for a tire repair. When no one else would give me an appointment and expected me to sit and wait for 5 hours for the 10 min repair, Midas gave me a first of the day appointment! Awesome! The second time I got same day service at an awesome price! I will for sure be back!!Service: Tires

Very helpful, friendly, and honest people! Had my car inspected and they were very quick to diagnose the issue with my car. They were going to get 5 stars until I got into my car and realized they had rambled through my glove compartment. The service performed on my vehicle was great. How do you just violate your customers trust like that when you're trying to build a business relationship with them. I definitely will not be returning!!

Called my local shop. It was a 2 week wait. Called Midas they got us in the next day. And was about $40 cheaper. It pays to call around. Said it would take about 2 hrs. And it was ready in 2 hours. Thanks for your prompt service.
