My wife comes here for gas and gas only. She has personal card and then our joint account. She has used both of them here. Just yesterday, both accounts got hacked and was charged at least $3,000 to PayPal, cash app, and Zelle. We do not have any of these at all. I asked her if she was a loyalty member which she agrees that she was. I would not shop here at all. We tried to speak to someone there and they disregarded us and hung up. Again, DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL GET HACKED.

Regular customer here for years before I go to work. Paid ten dollars for gas yesterday, forgot to pump it over the freezing cold wind and my bridge card being declined. so I chose to spend cash on the 24$ in food. Told the lady clerk this morning and she says chances are someone pumped it. It was 220AM in the morning. I had a receipt and called my card in the store. Nobody else was their and they were dead. If she was doing her job she would have noticed I didn't pump my gas and held onto my money when I come in the next day. Trash employee don't care about loyal customers or pay attention to their pumps. 0 stars never coming back to this marathon again. Pinching for pennies right now and I needed the gas. 34$ spent total .11/19/2022 and 11/20/2022.

The male attendant with glasses and a beard is rude and does not belong behind the counter dealing with the public! There is no need to treat people this way! I'll be taking my cash to another place when he isThere!

The manager is too busy speaking in an arabic language (normally doesn't bother me) to someone next to him. So busy in fact, he didn't understand when my wife handed him cash and said to put $5 on the card and rest in cash. He did it backwards and used $5 cash and rest on card. This charged me an overdraft fee, thanks. Using your establishment costs me extra money that they would never cover.

Was terribly mean to my little girl when she went in to pay for a drink with her own change. He yelled at her so badly she cried when she got back in the car. She's 11 so I let her go in alone since she had her own $, but waited right outside just in case she needed me. She came back and just started crying. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MARATHON EVER AGAIN! I am appalled at how a grown man would treat a little girl so badly, all because she had a handful of change he apparently didn't feel like counting

Very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend. Looking at other reviews it seems that is what this location is known for. Good job marathon

Visited the location @1145 on June 25, 2017 with my service dog (wearing his vest) and was treated very rudely by the attendant yelling at me that I can't have him in the store with me. I explained to him multiple times that he was my service dog and that he works for me. I decided not to spend my money at this location. I would much rather spend my money 1/2 mile north at the Mobil Station.

I would suggest not going there when the brown haired boy with glasses works.hes rude and treat you like your a thief......thinks he can say anything to anybody....acts like he owns the station.i will not.i repeat will not go back in there when he is working.not to mention they go to Aldi and buy coffee creamer and sell it for $3 more of what it cost at Aldis

Loud ads playing from pumps, charges extra for credit cards, nozzle kept clicking off early and after I tried to reposition it, backed up and spilled gas down the side of my truck. Left with only half a tank of gas.

Awful customer service. Hard headed employees. Claimed fake bill when it was simply old. Verified by the bank, took back receipt and still said it was counterfeit and that I was a liar. Do not give them your money.

Me and my friend left and came back and the guy stood by us the hole time thinking we we're going to steal that made me feel so uncomfortable. worst customer service in monroe dont recommend this store you're better off going to the other location.

Owner is completely out of his mind, would not recommend - there are plenty of other gas stations, this place isn t worth your time or hard earned money. Would rate 0 stars if possible...

Check the expiration dates if your gonna buy anything have accidentally bought expired food and drinks here before and the employees are rude and gross the last time i was in there the cashier had a bad cough and was just coughing into her hands like a toddler and no mask of course. Nasty.

Over priced on everything!!! Which yes, it's a gas station but $5.99 for a monster water is ridiculous...

Would give zero stars if i could. Called to inquire about there night job and the guy on the phone all but screamed at me. Good way to get the help you want so badly...Terible service.
