My husband and I seen a 2020 Yukon Denali that we were very interested in at Groulx GMC in Monroe, Michigan. I spoke to a sales person named Shawn on the phone a few times about this vehicle all within about four days. He assured me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle inside or out. They would not budge on the price of over $46,000. My husband flew up there on a Friday. It happened to be raining up there that day. He did not get to look at the vehicle as long as he would have liked. Felt rushed. Whoever detailed that vehicle did a less than horrible job. There was also white dog hair as well as hay or straw in between the seats and on the back of the seats. I know that this is our own fault for not inspecting it closer and in addition, this is what gives used car sales people a bad name! Would never do business with them again!

Groulx Oldsmobile is the best place to get repair work done on my vehicle. I won't take it anywhere else. They're extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they always take especially good care of my car. They're very friendly and polite. Their automotive shop is the cleanest I've ever seen.

I purchased a used truck from Larry Montri. He and his sales team are amazing going above and beyond any expectation. I got a fair price for my trade in and the same for my purchase. I'm also from out of state and they did all of the inspection and title work for me. Which means when it came time for me to get plates in my home state, it was a breeze. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I was given great service. On time. I was provided with a loaner. You have a GREAT service department and Doug is awesome! If he was interested in my business I'd hire him away from you! I will buy another vehicle from you and I have recommended your dealership to friends and family because of the quality of your service department.

CHRIS, Service Dept Boss, was 1st class! I care greatly about my truck, 19 mos old, and only 1700 miles. He and the techs treated it with the utmost care. I waited in waiting area, and was very comfortable. I plan to return Groulx often for service and future new car purchases. Nice job Chris! David Whitaker, Monroe,MI.

I recently took delivery of our fifth or sixth vehicle from Groulx Buick GMC. This delivery, like all of the others, was fantastic. Bobby worked with me to find the right vehicle at the right time and has made sure our maintenance needs were met. I/we will return for future purchases and maintenance needs. Both my wife and I felt at ease when we first met Shawn Rose (on a Saturday! - lucky us he happened to be there).I returned on Monday and Shawn was professional and attentive without being pushy, or condescending whatsoever. He made the transaction very straightforward without any games or nonsense - I was prepared to be stressed but it was a pleasant experience! Thanks again, Shawn - I will start with you the next time I'm in the market!

Groulx Oldsmobile is always there for you. I dropped my car off last week due to some storm damage. The car was fixed a day early, when I dropped it off I was embarrassed at how dirty my car was. I picked it up and it looked brand new again. Thank you Doug and Mike for always taking such good care of me. I recommend everyone buy and get service from this amazing dealership.

Shawn Rose was great to deal with and truly helped me weigh out the various vehicle options. I loved that the sales process was easy and that I could work with him directly on everything, including the financing paperwork. I know that is not the normal protocol for most dealers due to their size, however, for me it was a refreshing item of the experience. While it was a 45-minute drive from my home to go to Groulx, it was worth it and I am glad I did!

Was looking for a new Acadia and had one in mind. We pulled in to the lot and they already had the one pulled up front. Great customer service and very genuine. Bobby and Sean are great. 10/10

The whole Experience was nothing I have had with dealerships in the past. I was well informed and no pressure. I love my ACADIA ! We leased for the first time,we choose a Buick envision,Bobby was our salesman he was very patient as we had many concerns.Jamie also helped us set the vechicle up and explained how everything worked.We had never had a SUV and are in our 80 s.We so appreciate them both for being so patient with us.

I can t tell ya how awesome Shawn my salesman was, he made it happen and got me my truck and was in touch with me all thru the stages from ordering the truck till delivery, and now a couple weeks after getting the truck I m very happily with it and the workers who put the truck together so far I have had no problems and have just under 1000 miles on it, thanks again and Shawn deserves a raise

If your looking for a used vehicle...go talk to Larry Montri. He WILL treat you right. I bought a five year old truck,next day the battery died. He called me just to ask how it was doing and if I was still happy. I told him about the battery,and I had to replace it. Brought him the receipt,he had a check for me the next day covering it in full. What other dealer is going to bend over backwards to take care of an issue like that?

On a cold snowy day is when I had my appointment for an oil change and installation of a chip for the blower in the seats as a recall. They quickly got the car in to warm it up and completed the service within a two hour period and rotated the tires and aired them up to the right pressure. Great service with a smile!! I would highly recommend Groulx to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!!

I am always nervous and uneasy about going into service centers and auto shops due to not being knowledgeable in mechanics I have been taken advantage of in the past. This was my first time at Groulx, I was treated like family and knew immediately I was in good hands. Douglas Roof in Service center was amazing. I will be back and I d highly recommend Groulx

I recently had a very negative experience with a salesperson by the name of Shawn. My salesman had retired, I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership. When I went to look at a car and worked with Shawn, I was very disappointed. He tried to take advantage of me, talked down to me as if I had never purchased a car or dealt with a salesman before. He attempted to low ball a trade in offer, tell me it was because of potential repairs that may be needed in the future because the dealership had done all of my service and then go on to tell me that if I traded in the car they would just resell it anyway without making the very repair he indicated was the reason for the reduced offer. That tells me that this dealership is not trustworthy on all fronts. I emailed my concerns to the manger and never received a response...so much for being a loyal customer and what that gets you. I would not recommend if this is how they treat their customers.

They went out of their way to take care of an issue. We were about 450 miles from our home and were in the area for only 4 days. We had to travel to our favorite Home dealership because the Riverside GMC dealership in Escanaba told my husband to pound sand when asked about the peeling of the road light bezels on our new truck! Which is a common occurrence we were informed by Groulx and replaced without any complaints!
