Great people always willing to help anyone out and give them a chance would recommend them to anyone. Kent and Tom are awesome people they will do anything they can to help you and work with you to get you into a vehicle. Awesome people and a great place to get a vehicle. I recommend anyone to go there. This is our second van due to an accident with our other one. Kent and Tom helped us with the insurance company and helped us get into this van. Thank you kent and Tom you guys are awesome very kind hearted people

Terrible place to buy. A had a 2008 Chevy impala. Very overpriced, and the engine light came on a month after having it. Fell behind a little kept in touch with Kent to make sure I could still make a payment. They then came to repo the car and I left a few important thing of value in the car and they were stolen. I asked Kent to get my things back for me and he told me he was told there was nothing he could do after telling me he would set up a time for me to get everything out of the car. Value of everything left in the car was over $1,000

Hi; I purchased a Truck through this lot. I do recommend them. I did have a couple maintenance issues. Even though they kept my truck a little longer than I was told, to fix it. The car lot itself were pretty great team. In this pandemic they worked with me on UIA issues and I was able to complete my contract. Great team!! Ask for Kent, he is a super dealer and fair.

I would recommend them to anyone. Kent helped me out to get my car fixed while still paying them and got it done fast through their mechanic and I couldnt afford it at the time. he just added it to my payment because he felt it needed to be taken care of incase it happened again being stranded.as long as you make your payments and honest with them they will work with you. and my last payment I thought I had to make I wasn't expecting him not to take it and tell me I was done with my payments. all because of being a great customer. great people.

Very nice. Kent is great. Got me a nice dependable car. Very low miles and a great price. Even when you in a bind, Kent will find a way to help you out. Need a car? He's the guy.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Purchased a 2007 Jeep commander. Army green color. To only have the check engine light come in later that day. Took it back to Kent and was given the run around for two days. They finally told me it need a new motor and was it was at their Sevice shop to get fixed. When i arrived at the service shop. I honestly thought it was a junk yard at first sight. It was not clean nor did it look professional so i knew then that things were going to go south. After going back and forth with the owner they finally gave me my $1500 back. Before i left the lot with the car they didn t even put gas in it for me. That was the first sign of shady business. Then of course they told me it was fully serviced. Now how can you fully service a vehicle before selling it and not know that the motor is bad I ll never know. But please please please do not give this place any of your business or money. Their cars are raggedy and will break down on you very shortly after you drive off the lot.

Go Auto Sales Monroe is a great place to buy a car. Kent is very professional and spends time with his customers to make sure they get a car that fits their needs. The lot has a nice selection of cars and I've been impressed with the service and the knowledge that Kent provides. This is a great place to get a deal!

Due to corona I fell a little behind on my payments. We made payment arrangements and I kept in contact with them. They know I get paid every two weeks and I was on a two week basis with them. They know during this pandemic they are supposed to be working with people. I literally made my payment and they came and got my car before I could make another payment. Made a big lump sum payment to try to get caught up and after I paid it they took my car. Great people right....

These guys went above and beyond to help me. I wanted a black focus manual and what do you know? They had exactly what I wanted and made sure I could afford the payments. My credit is horrible and money was limited. No problem here! There is a small problem with the car they are fixing. I felt as if they really care and will recommend everyone to them. Thanks guys!

Terrible place to buy a car. Everything is over priced. You end up paying way too much per month. Would be better off buying a newer car from a trusted lot if you're going to pay 4-500 a month.Will not work with you on pricing even if you show them the car is over priced. I don't remember who I spoke with but the guy was extremely arrogant and douchey. Obviously had no knowledge of cars and was just there to rip people off.Test drove one car here and it immediately started making funny sounds. I was told the sounds were normal but it was very obvious they were not normal.Buyer beware

Wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Got a Jeep from here and it has a problem every other month. I ve put more money into repairs then the worth of the car. Not to mention I took it to auto sales to get my heat fixed and got it back and the air wouldn t work and they wanted even more money to fix the air when they are the ones that broke it. Lmao

Poor Customer Service,they don't like Afro American People.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone,car notes one 2011 with 3,00 down is $500 a month.They want full coverage on it.Not Friendl6,they don't keep there word,at all.Don't waste your hard earned money.Look Up Auto Trader Southfield Rd.Lincoln Park Mi.,Ask for Jay.Tell him Lavita Smith sent you.2013 &up $3,500 down 350 a month.

Refuse to contact us so i can grab my stuff out of the truck i was buying!! Took it over 1 payment behind (250) told them we was planning to pay it but still took it and now wont give me my wallet that has everything in it including my bank card. Id. Other personal card as well!!

Was told we could come anytime. Weren't told we needed higher down payment. This should be explained to people so they can be better prepared.

Got my vehicle here and Kent worked with me threw very hard times in my life, but they helped/worked with me threw and threw with my truck and I still have it, still love it and still run's very good until the feathered up work wears off then your stuck with vehicle u choose, hope u don't choose like me, a vehicle good at start then a couple years pass and it turns into trash...
