Had an oil change and tire rotation. 11 am appointment and was gone by 11 22. Service member, Dave did a great job. Thank you Friendly Ford!!!

You need an appointment for service but then you get good but expensive service. But they had the part I needed and no other parts stores had it.

Bought a truck from them a few years ago. Took it in for service work that was under warranty. A month later went to change out my wheels on the truck and had to use a 4ft breaker bar on 10 of the lugs and then had to torch/melt 3 others. How to properly torque wheels is day one stuff and this is happening at a dealership?!?!?
