Horrible and dishonest and deserves zero stars. A close friend took his Lincoln in for an oil change & tire rotation. He was shocked at the cost when he picked it up and learned that they performed a coolant service on it WITHOUT his consent. He was told that it was done because it was due for the service. He paid and left without addressing the issue due to a lack of knowledge. Within a day he had the low oil warning coming on and also erratic cooling fan issues. I urged him to call and arrange to get it in as soon as he could to have it looked at. When he called, the lady on the phone told him that he would need an appointment and that the soonest was 3 weeks out. He called me out of fear of driving the car and damaging something. I added a half gallon of coolant and also 1 1/2 quarts of oil. I feel that this should have been handled immediately and that Friendly Ford has failed again. There is a reason that I drive out of town for all of my Ford needs.

Ask for Andy, he is the only person we will go to for anything Ford related. He truly cares about the customer's needs and has extensive knowledge of availability and pricing. He gave us a personally estimated number that ended up being spot on. Andy O. knows his stuff! He got us into a great new car and took a lot of stress off of our situation. He turned our life around in three days.

PSA: SEXISM was outlawed in 1972!Very mature to delete my review, I m reposting!I suggest you only go to this dealership if you are a man or at least a very deep voice over the phone! Unfortunately, I dropped off my car at the friendly Ford service department on 1/24/24 and left a slip with my vehicle stating I needed an oil change and my heat/Ac was no longer working. I received a call on 1/25/24 from a woman named Carol Mark stating they could not do service on my vehicle until March, so I should try other dealerships. I was sure to let Carol know I would pick up my vehicle on 1/26/24 because the service center would be closed when I was out from work. On 1/26/24 I received a call from Nicholas R. Mattoni stating they had done my oil change, and word for word stated Your cabin air filter needs to be replaced and that will come with a disinfecting of your cabin box , I then proceeded to ask about the cost. He stated, With the oil change, new cabin filter, and deep cleaning it will cost you $429.95 . I explained I would call him back because something seemed fishy. At this point, I reviewed the situation and realized Nick the service manager was trying to charge me $345.15 to replace my cabin filter AND disinfect my cabin box, for a deep cleaning ... I then called Nick the service manager back and asked when is the soonest I can pick up my car and made it CLEAR I did not want any additional services done aside from my Oil Change, he then explained they were still working on my car (after in the initial phone call when he said everything had been completed), and it would not be ready until 10:30 AM. I then left work to go pick up my car and arrive at the Friendly Ford Service Center at 10:25 AM and was able to speak to Nick shortly after the 10:30 mark. Nick then proceeded to tell me that he did not have my paperwork done and it would be a while, but then proceeded to show me my receipt . I will include a photo below for clarity, but he stated my oil change cost me $84.80, the diagnosis cost me $185.50, the Cabin air filter (Yes, the one I specifically told them not to do) cost $127.15, and the MISC cost $31.80. I then asked Nick Why am I paying a Diagnosis Fee? . Nick then said he would waive the fee to give me a DEAL . I then asked, Why am I paying for a cabin air filter if I did not receive a new air filter? , he STUTTERED then said, Well I ll cross that off too . So then I said Well Nick , what does MISC for $31.80 mean , Nick then visibly stuttered again, which I found funny at this point, and then said, Well it s for um.. Shop fees and um.. RECYCLING. . I then explained to Nick that I was not going to pay for his Recycling , and then he waived that fee. Yes, finally the moment we ve all been waiting for I was able to pay JUST for my oil change which was listed as $84.80, but wait Nick then explained the prices have INCREASED on oil changes. I explained I did not care at this point and I was done and getting a second opinion, so Nick gave me a quote to fix it if I came back to get it done with him after getting the second opinion for $151.75! Anyway, I went to another Auto shop and got it all taken care of, and in less than 30 minutes, I saved A WHOPPING $333.15! In conclusion, don t go to the friendly Ford PERIOD.

Friendly Ford was awesome with the speed of getting my Explorer in fixed and back to me before I could even get on the schedule at other Ford dealership. Dave in service was Outstanding, went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend Friendly Ford.

Great experience here with my certified pre owned purchase. These guys really went the extra mile for me. I will be back for service, and when the time comes to get a new car or truck. They were worth the drive for me.

Friendly Ford is absolutely the best dealership. I had a certified pre-owned vehicle with a shudder and took it to 2 other dealerships to be fixed under my Ford Extra Care Warranty. Those 2 other dealerships made me pay, sent me away, and told me there was no problem. Not only did Friendly Ford find the issue immediately, they kept me informed every step of the way and honored my warranty. Nick (the service manager) was nothing but kind, courteous, and thorough - and never made me feel like my concerns were not valid. You can trust this place for sure.

Service department told me I needed a front end alignment and cabin filter before even looking my car. No unusual tire wear, no pulling. Only 34,000 miles on vehicle. The next day they said I needed new spark plugs. For $695. So $149 each for the cabin filter and $149 for the alignment.I took my car to Stillwell Ford in Hillsdale. They are awesome and worth the drive. Surprise, surprise! I didn t need any of the things they said I did at Friendly. So many complaints about them from so many people.They didn t even wash my car after service. Stillwell always does.Maybe they didn t wash it because I declined the unnecessary junk they were trying to convince me I needed.Absolutely rude. And the courtesy driver wasn t great, but he had had a long day. And the ladies at the cashier desk were super nice. It s a real shame. Not like it used to be at all.

I was told that the fuel pump fuse melts and they recommend doing the relocation which would be a manufacturing issue but is not covered by warranty nor recall. I agree to get it done after being told it would only run roughly 300 dollars. I was told at noon my truck was just being wrapped up I called at 4 p.m and it was done they just hadn t updated it in the system. When I received my final bill it jumped to almost 700 dollars. The work was done so I had no choice but to pay it. Never again will I spend 3 grand on a warranty that covers nothing and be quoted prices that are doubled. Also they did not run into any issues to extend the time or price just so that s clear.id like to also add that my warranty covers rental for 10 days but they could not give me a vehicle. What s the point of my warranty.

This is the only shop that has ever worked on or serviced my truck, but the last four times I ve had them service it my front tires have been coming loose. I m now thinking of finding a new shop to work on it, if you can t trust the quality of service, my truck rims will be needing to be replaced. At who s cost, need one lug nut broken on the driver side and a missing nut on the passenger side.

Friendly Ford's new pick-up and drop-off oil change service is a game changer! They picked up one vehicle from home and one from my office. Within no time, my vehicles were back. The service was very efficient and they updated us along the way to let us know where our vehicles were at every step of the process. I would highly recommend this service!

I have not bought a new vehicle from Friendly, I have only used the for service. They have always fixed my car right the first time. I do not like how hard it is to get an appointment for service, you have to wait several weeks to get in or try and go first thing in the morning and hope they can squeeze you in, unfortunately the hours I work do not allow for that option.

I recently bought a pre-owned 2013 Lincoln MKS from Friendly Ford in Monroe. I'm in dealerships all day for business, so I have better picture of what happens behind the scenes than the average consumer, which is why I felt so confident purchasing my pre-owned vehicle from Friendly. James, the used car manager, invests in his vehicles by making necessary repairs and catching them up on their maintenance before the cars go out onto the sales lot. Carlo, the salesman, was very personable and helpful. The purchase process was transparent and enjoyable. The car is excellent!Thank you, Friendly Ford and James!-Very Satisfied Customer

I had the opportunity to purchase a used Ford Ranger at Friendly Ford. I was hesitant to purchase out of state and four hours away, but Jeremy Frayer in used car sales made the experience easy and took care of all the details. I was so impressed that he took the time to check out the condition of the car and informed me that there was a scratch that needed attention. He had it perfectly repaired within two hours of letting me know. I haven't seen a dealer that cared that much for the customer before! Communication was excellent each step of the way. When I went to pick up the truck he went over all the features and got me all set up with the FordPass app. I am very impressed with the level of service from Friendly Ford and Jeremy. I would certainly make the four hour drive to purchase another car here again.

If they don't have the parts I need, they refer me to their sister dealer. I do some special auto programing with them also and they do a great job everything. Years back I had a very bad experience with Friendly Fords Service Department and I haven't bought from them or taken anything to be serviced. It seems as though they've changed. My Mom bought a car there, so I was taking her car in, not mine. I had a shift cable break, recalled item. I called, they said bring it right in. Granted this is a very easy, 10 minute fix, but without it we couldn't drive the car.We took it in, they had us bring it right in the bay, and 30-40 minutes it was done. They even washed it, which it really needed. Although it wasn't a great job, we were happy to see it clean. The yard at work makes it covered in dirt, mud etc.I was very pleased with the service. Guy (that's his name) has always been great to my Mom, and myself when I brought it in. They need more employees like him!
