Hands down best battery store in Town, quick service, friendly staff, seems like they actually care. They do all kinds of batteries. Didn't know that. Replace your car battery and watch battery at the same time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you battery wholesale.

Years ago this store had a sign out front claiming that they had, or could get, batteries for anything. Then I took them a rechargeable item that needed a replacement battery and guess what, they didn't have one and couldn't order one. But the owner actually built/constructed a replacement battery for my item and I used it for years and years. Since that time they removed the sign with the erroneous claim. And I have also taken two other items for which they were unable to provide a replacement battery for. Today it happened again, I took them another "stumper" and left without what I needed. All of this being said, I strongly recommend you check with these fine gentlemen when you need some kind of battery replacement. They go out of their way to try to find what you need. Automotive, motorcycle, snowmobile, yard tractors, etc. You name it and they will most likely have it, or will be able to get it for you. They have ample parking available on the north side of the building . And masks are optional at this time.Rick Zorn

Excellent service, friendly, great prices and helpful staff, (thank you Jeff and Terry!).Went in to have my battery checked on a 2013 Honda Fit, which had the OEM battery. Jeff checked over it and despite the age (nearly 8 years old), found the batter was in good condition and turned the decision over to me weather to get a new on or not. Normally I would have decided to keep the old battery, but I was so grateful for his helpfulness, honesty and integrity, I decided to buy a new battery. Very nice guys over at Battery Wholesale, thank you for the pleasurable, customer-focused experience.

Stopped in there yesterday morning in my wife's car and she ended up needing a new battery. We were in/out in less than 15 minutes and staff was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. Will definitely come here in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Went there this morning for a battery for our SUV. I was in and out in less than a half hour with a new battery installed at a great price! I will definitely be going back there when out other vehicle needs a battery.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and prices were very competitive with other Auto stores in Monroe. They have batteries for just about everything, including an old Honda Trail 70 we restored. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in the Monroe Mi location on November 21, 2022 for a battery replacement for a 2018 Chevy Express 2500. "Out of stock"! There are hundreds of local companies that us GM Express cargo vans to operate their business. I would have to think that this battery is very popular and is something that should always be in stock.

2020 purchased a battery at the Monroe Store. This year I took the battery in because I suspected there was a problem. They tested it and said it was only 35% charged and I should leave it overnight and they would charge it for me. On returning to pickup the battery they told me that the battery had shorted out because of something that I did. Battery worked last summer and it s on an on board boat charger with three other batteries that are fine.They refused to stand behind this battery. I asked for the manager to contact me but I haven t heard as of yet. It s not the money it s the point. You don t treat customers this way.

Ok, went in for replacement batteries for my car key fobs, and... The guy was super nice and quick and all for under $11!!! Excellent place to do business. I take all my battery business there!

My 17 year old daughter bought a battery here. The next day, her car died. When I called Battery Wholesale, I was told that they were getting ready to close and that they basically could not help me. I was told we should take it to our mechanic, who checked it out and said it was a loose battery cable, and also charged us a service fee. I took the receipt to Battery Wholesale in hopes of a reimbursement. After the manager, Tom, spoke with the CEO, Jen, I was told they would not reimburse the mechanic fee. All around, this was a horrible experience. They did not properly attach the cables and would not help in any way, shape, or form. I will not be returning and do not suggest anyone else buy a battery from this establishment.

A friendly staff that was able to test my battery at no charge and recommended two options for me.Only required a positive terminal replacement that they completed for a total of under $2 and under 10 minutes of labor (no charge). There is no doubt that I will be back to do business with them!

This place is pretty friendly. The vehicle batteries they'll sell you are covered by their warranty. I believe theyll even charge your battery for free aswell as test it. Other than that I know they have a garage too it's just idk bout that part.

I pulled into their garage to purchase a new battery, I was met by a very friendly staff. They installed the battery, I paid a fair price and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes.
