Battery died up the road. Took the walk a quarter mile to the store, explained my situation and Lawrence grab the battery charger and helped me back to my car up the road and gave me a charge in order to complete a check on my vehicle at the store. Great guy great job. Very appreciative!!!! Thanks.

This is not something I don't want to do but I have had a rough week and needed a headlight for my truck and because it was a special one they had to order it..... Ok wild being your an auto parts store but ok.... Said it would be in later tonight and they would call me, 8 hours later I called them then go up there and nothing someone forgot it at there (hub) so I got my money back and everyone was helpful with that, then I walked into O'Reilly Auto parts around the corner and they had it, took 8 seconds not 8 hours.....

Great place, excellent service.Luckily... Monroe has two AutoZone. So, what one store doesn't have (or enough of)...the other location usually has.

I bought an unneeded part and returned it. The repair guy stunk but this place was very nice and very helpful. I go here for most of my automotive needs.

Not even deserving of one star.The store manager, John, has a really bad attitude problem. He seems like he doesn t really like his job much, and doesn t hide it well. Overall, I wouldn t return to this store unless he loses his job. It s a shame that his co-workers have to deal with him on a day-to-day basis. The others seemed rather pleasant.

This is my store to go to for my auto-needs. Every time the staff is friendly, has a great sense of urgency and is very helpful. Just went in to get a new windshield wiper. I didn't even have to ask. The employee immediately went to my car and put it on. I was so impressed by the kind and caring service. THANK YOU! Keep up the great work!

Usually I find the service at this autozone to be acceptable. Today I had a number of oil changes to perform. I entered the store and asked to have my used engine oil recycled with the intent of purchasing new oil and filters as well. I was brushed aside and asked to wait until they finished helping their customers. Not a problem, I stepped aside. After quite some time and many, many new customers being assisted instead of me, sorry to say autozone lost out to their competitors today. I purchased all the new product and had the old oil recycled at advanced auto.

This store has excellent workers. Every time I walk into the store I am greeted kindly and asked if I need help finding anything. I'm very pleased with how these employees treat their customers.

Looking for motorcycle batteries. Cannot seem to find my motorcycle in vehicle selection, only cars. Other sites let me switch to motorcycles.

Do not go here if you have a wife that is in need of assistance!My wife went here on 11-12-2021 and was not treated well at all, she needed two windshield wipers installed and a quart of oil put in her Vehicle, she did not know how on either front and they refused to go out in the cold and do this for her, she left because there was no recourse to be had, they would not help her!She drove to Advance Auto Parts and they were fantastic, they were respectful to an older woman and assisted her without an un-needed attitude, they put both her wipers on and filled up the oil after checking it, they also cleaned up any oil that may have spilled out, if you want good auto care in Monroe, save the frustration ladies and go right to Advance Auto Parts!!

Let me tell you. I was greeted immediately and I wasn't even in the store yet. An associate who was outside greeted me and took me in the store. He offered me a seat. I asked him how heavy the battery for my truck was because I had to carry it over a half of a mile. The associate said "no you don't I have the nicest boss. The boss and another associate drove me to my truck. The device they had to jump my truck wouldn't jump it. They left and went back to the store and brought back a battery and put it in my truck. I followed them back to the the store to pay for the battery. The bosses name is Richard and he put a lubricant on my battery posts. Now that's service! They went above and beyond service! They're kindness is a work of heart! In a world filled with anger these three guys are true America. I wish I new the other two associates by name because I would have included their names in this review. They are an asset to the company. Thank you so much guys!

Edited for next visit. The rest of the crew at this location were very professional and ready to help. The situation was unfortunate the other day when I went in. But the older man was the store manager. He claims he never saw me in the store & that was his excuse for yelling at the young man while I was in store.No one helped me or offered to help me in the store, the old man on night shift June 10, 2021 was too busy yelling at the younger man he was working with, in front of me. The young man was obviously upset, so I am not disappointed in how he treated me, it was in how unprofessional the old man was. You do not talk to employees like that, especially in front of a customer. I needed my engine light checked but was too uncomfortable to ask.

John and Larry were a huge help with my battery issue. They were friendly and truly helpful. I highly recommend the North Monroe Street store as they have superb customer service

Had a possible bad battery. Staff ran a test on battery and test result was good. No need for a new battery. Just in case, employee let me take home a new small jumper box (which I had my on) just in case so I could jump myself if truck does not start in the morning free of charge. Also staff changed my key FOB battery free of charge.Great Service and I will be back!

Bought some oil amd fuel system cleaner here. Nice selection of pretty much everything. Staff did not seem happy to be there and that sentiment was made far too clear to customers.

If u know what you need, then go here. I had so many questions about the fluids for my vehicle that the guy went ahead and filled the fluids for me! I had my 10 month old daughter in the vehicle so he was a huge help and relief.

on a road trip traveling from Port Huron Michigan to Nashville Tennessee. Having low-voltage issues on the highway we pulled off and stopped in to the AutoZone to have our battery and alternator tested. Tom went above and beyond to help us diagnose the problem, find the solution and worked with me to fix it in the parking lot. I ve been to many auto zones all around the country and my experience with time has been the best so far. It truly was a pleasure doing business at this location. Thank you so much Tom. 10/04/2021 @ 14:49 After my experience with this store it's worthy of my 5 STARSWhen car problems arise and you find yourself perplexed we search for someone we can trust. I had no idea it was at Autozone 2111.On 2 different occasions I found myself returning to this location. The first problem was solved through the store manager Richards advice. I left with a feeling of assurance by his advice while it fixed my on going problem. I quickly became comfortable with his service. When the second problem busted in, I returned to the same location. Once again AutoZone 2111 and Richard recommended the appropriate fix. While my purchases of a 3yr battery was being processed by Darrale, Richard was collecting the necessary tools needed for the install. Instead of just picking up his tools, he hooked my car up to a meteor checking the voltage on my alternator and starter making sure his recommendation was solid. These extra miles of efforts weren't unnoticed. Thank you many times over for the extra steps you took for a stranger. I'm very impressed by the display of team spirit with this store manager and crew members. The professional demeanour and expertise is worthy of recognition.WOW, Excellency can be learnt from this location.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the part I needed after he scanned my 2016 Ford F-150Part was in stock and I changed it to a YouTube video in the parking lotWish there were more salesperson like this guy

My wife and I had to pull off the I-75 S to make a repair to the windshield washer supply hose. We were driving on a snow covered interstate and was impossible to see.The salesperson came out in the cold to use a scrap piece of hose to make the splice. We now are able to see and safely drive.Auto Zone in Monroe Michigan has a valuable asset, his name is Richard.Thank you Richard you are not just a good sales manager, you are a friendly person.God Bless you and your family.

Staff are always helpful and work with you. I love their borrow a tool program. It allowed me to go in, ask for a part and a tool, and replace the part right there afterwards. Given, this was a flasher so it was a quick change, but nonetheless, it's very nice to get small items done quickly.

Not happy about me asking for help. 5 guys not burgers and fries. 5 guys. First four just didnt seem to give a ....2nd try Another guy by himself was not happy Im asking for help. At least he went to the aisle.Hey I dont know what in your inventory just needed to know.
