Brian and Jerry are an amazing staff pair! Got me every thing I needed in no time at all and were able to get me back on my wheels and driving again. Definitely saved my night!

Not sure what the sales associate was thinking but he should help whomever was in line first not those who asked for help. I was looking for wiper blades and a sales associate helped me with that part but when I went back in line to pay he asked me to jump the line ahead of an African American couple who was standing in line before me waiting to be helped. Not cool. I told them to go ahead of me because they were there first. First come first serve. Should have helped them first. I'm not making a big deal but you make yourself and your company look bad when you do something like that

Not the greatest of customer service. Not friendly at all. Been in there a lot. Been the only auto parts store I shop at in Monroe for a longest time and then I kept getting rude people. A guy hit on me one time and just the worst customer service I've ever experienced that's why they get it too! I would not recommend this place to a family member or a friend. Stranger danger!

I was in from out of town and took my Aunt's car in for an electrical system check. The alternator turned out fine, but the battery was dying. Brian B did a fantastic job of changing out the battery in 10 minutes (while at the same time loaning me a tire pressure gauge so I could continue the maintenance review of her car). Thank you, Brian!

I wanted to give a shout out to this Autozone, specifically Dan... Thank you for helping out a traveler in need in helping me get back on the road. Although we were not able to find the route cause of my van's check engine light, Dan took the time to remove each of my coil packs and check them... It is much appreciated and I made it home without any other issues...

All the employees were very nice and helpful. January was great! She ran the code for my car and helped me find out what I needed. She helped me pick out new windshield wipers and put my new gas cap on for me! I would definitely come back.

Saturday was my first ever visit to this store. Brian was most helpful, friendly, and professional. He found the correct parts and installed them right away. I will definitely return to this store when I need help again. I highly recommend Auto Zone to everyone.

Rich the store manager went above and beyond for me. He came out in the wind and rain and changed my battery terminal and battery. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Thank you!

Amazing service, the engine splash on my car was hanging down with the heat shield, one of the workers (apologize I forgot his name) but he came out and took it off for me so I can drive with nothing dragging on the floor, truly a great store

On 7/22/22 I brought my RV battery in to exchange as it wasn't holding a charge. I had just purchased it the summer before. They looked up my purchase and ironically my warranty had expired the day before. Just my luck...or so I thought. We were literally using the camper that night so the manager went ahead and exchanged it for me anyway. I can't tell you how much we appreciated it! This is the store location I always use for all my auto/RV needs and it's always a great experience! Thank you!

The guys that work here are absolutely amazing! It s almost 100 degrees out and they came outside and spent a good 15 minutes fixing my car without a complaint and didn t charge me for a thing! Will definitely be my go to parts store from now on!

I had a great experience today, while coming in for a headlight, today May 7th.The young man who helped me was very helpful. He helped me to install the light, while being happy to help, as well as checking to see I really needed a new one! And I appreciate that! Thank you!

Saturday eve, March 26, 2022... we came in to get windshield wipers for our truck and I was showing my daughter who is learning to drive how to make these purchases and Lawrence.R was very helpful in showing her about the VIN # and types to buy and showed her how to install. Very appreciative :)

Very helpful Staff who are extremely knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They have pretty much everything that I have needed for our cars. The Staff are also great about offering you tips for installation of parts as well. Our local Autozone is my goto for all of my vehicle needs.

Went into autozone today, 5 people working, not one would help me. I finally used google to figure out what I needed. Went to front desk and waited several minutes and still no one would acknowledge I was there.Service is always bad at this autozone, but this time it was bad enough I just walked out.The person at the O Reilly s was awesome.

Randy is the best store manager. Randy went out of his way to help me! I lost my wedding ring in my car. I went into the store to buy the tool to remove the screws and Randy came out and did it for me. Using the store tools. So thankful to get my ring back. I also purchased new wiper blades from Randy. The rear washer was rusted- Randy again went out of his way to put replace the blade. I am an AutoZone customer for life. Can't beat that level of service.

The staff is always friendly and happy to help and are woman friendly. Its hard sometimes as a woman to know exactly what we need or how to put a wind shield wiper on etc. The staff is always helpful.

The service can't be beat! When my left rear turn signal went out, I used YouTube to see how to replace it. The guys located the right bulb & came out to the car to "supervise" my installation. They added some sealer to help the light unit become waterproof, a step not included in the video.They were impressed by my expertise & I was impressed that they came out to the car to make sure it was under control.

We drove two hours to Monroe to pick up a boat trailer and found we had the wrong size hitch ball. We showed up at Auto Zone and the people there (especially the two ladies whose names I didn't get) went way out their way to help us solve our problem. They were not only super friendly but made sure we got everything we needed to make it a one-stop visit. They were the best!

We parked in their lot and walked to the game/comic store next door, as we missed the comic store driveway. We are from out of town. We were in the comic shop less than 15 minutes and AZ tried to have our car towed, accusing us of going to a quarry we know nothing about. Neither the AZ manager, not the Tow truck driver, attempted to be civil human beings, or listen to us pleading to not have our car towed as, again, we're from put of town.. They charged us $65 to literally put our car on the tow truck and take it off, solely because we had the gall to go shopping next door at a locally owned small business. Needless to say, I will get my auto parts supplies from any other store than AZ from now on, and will make sure that everyone I know knows this is how they choose to treat people and their potential customers.

Just left this place to drive to the other location. Sat here for 20 minutes and received no customer assistance. My boyfriend entered the establishment as my kids and i sat in the car needing assistance with a fuse. We were unable to take off the fuse box and wanted to use their free tool option and then of course their free testing to buy the correct fuse needed. The male advised my boyfriend that they do not offer those services of free tool even the sign clearly states this. So he comes outside to attempt to pull off the fuse box. I have a newer Ford Escape and he has built these cars as he is employed through Ford but needed a tool to pull it off successfully. I then, pregnant, get out the car as my fingers are smaller, attempt to pull off the box to no avail. I go inside to the gentleman at the register and request assistance with a tool so that we can pull off the box. The man advised to me we shouldn t need a tool to pull off the box that it should come right off but that he will be put to assist. Feeling accomplished at this moment i go back outside to advise my boyfriend of this information. We waited and waited while still trying to pull the box off. We seen customers come in and out and the same guy help a car that pulled up and needing assistance after us. Needless to say my boyfriend and i was able to eventually get the fuse box off ourselves to test the fuse. He went inside to ask if he could use something to test the fuse and was told it would be $30. We left the establishment to go to a different location for assistance. Him and i just so happen to be a African-American couple. This was definitely a thumbs down.
