Brought my Tahoe into the service department to have them take a look at why my check engine light and stability track light where on. I had no appointment, thought I would take a chance. Glad I did .Spoke with Gavin Riegsecker and he came out to the car , asked me to pull in and he put a diagnostic tool on and said everything was lighting up. Gavin suggested that I leave the car overnight and he would have the mechanic look at in the morning and call me. Gavin called me the next morning just like he said. Found out a squirrel had chewed through the ignition coil wiring.I approved the repairs and also had the dealership do a tuneup and other minor items. Received a call late that afternoon. My vehicle was completed! I couldn t believe the fast service. I would like to also thank the mechanic who worked on my vehicle.His name is Josh Halsey. I don t think the mechanics get enough credit when a job has been done so well and in a timely fashion. Almost forgot, thank you to Brandon as well for the ride home that day.It was a pleasure talking to you.Your dealership was one of the best I have ever dealt with.

The quick lube is no longer available. You have to make an appointment now and they take your car in the back. (Not sure if they do it so you can't see it or if they actually have to do it?) As soon as you come in, they bombard you with questions, do you want a tire rotation? Do you want new tires? (After they use a gauge that says your tires are low.) Do you want any fuel additives that we provide for the duration of your engine life?No, just change my oil like I asked and made an appointment for."Personal opinion" I tend to feel a certain way when dealerships look at you funny when they realize you know a lot about cars.Such as, my tires aren't even a year old. I already use fuel additives, have since I've owned the car. I have warranties on most of the parts that I've already replaced, including the tires.What bothers me, the stuff you try to peddle, what happens when you snag someone who doesn't know about cars? Are you seriously going to up-sell that person?

Body shop is great. While my truck was there for body repairs, I also had warranty work to fix a leak in the rear window. Not only was there poor planning on getting it done while my truck was there waiting for parts to come in, it was not fixed properly. Now I have been waiting nearly 3 additional weeks and still have not heard back from them about completing it. I called them last week and spoke with a service rep, but never received a call back. If it weren t for the body shop caring this would be 1 star. The service department is very unreliable.

Agnes and the girls are doing a great job! This organization continues to shine and do it right. I just needed an oil change, but as always they continue to perform exceptionally well! Also, it was good to see Dan Stone here. He brings a ton of experience and expertise to this organization. Keep up the Great work! Five Stars!!!!!!!

I asked them to take a look at my belt to see why it is squeaking. All they did was put something on it to stop it for 10 minutes. They didn't put a sticker in the window for the next change. Otherwise it was definitely fast service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service dept is a joke. Paid $3k to have a rear main seal replaced, timing belt put in, and a new battery only to have a the vehicle that they sold me still unable to run. It's not the lady's at the desks fault. Brought the car back seven times and still not running. They blamed the starter. New starter put in and it still won't run.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The service on vehicle for oil change tire rotation and wash inside and out was great however they left the customer in waiting room and did not tell him when it was ready he was sitting additional 45 minutes until he went to ask what was taking so long and found out it had been ready for over 45 minutesService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my car in because of the car wouldn't shift or engage the the transmission properly when it was cold, under warranty and 4 days later and 2 days of not answering the phone or returning calls I got charged for labor and rhey didn't do anything to the car!!! Very disappointed and I bought the car there. I won't ever be going to Allen for anything ever again, should be no charge for warranty work and the still jerks in the mornings.Service: Transmission

Communication with service department was difficult at times and when we were told that the vehicle was ready to be picked up we found that the repair was not entirely successful. The vehicle had to be left for a third day to complete the work. What was initially estimated to be a 1 day repair (described as a 2 hour job) turned into to 3 days and 2 work days lost due to no loaner vehicle. Not what one would expect from a Cadillac dealership.

Josh ,. Mechanic here was extremely helpful with the brakes, front and rear on my 2008 Avalanche. He did a. Great job and had me my truck back sooner than I expected. I recommend this dealership.
