I recently purchased a used vehicle from Allen Chevrolet of Monroe s used lot, and I couldn t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and efficient. Alayna, the sales lady, was exceptional. Her knowledge of the vehicle and genuine enthusiasm made the buying process enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car and price for my needs.Additionally, Jess, the finance manager, was fantastic. He walked me through the financing options with clarity and professionalism, making sure I understood every aspect of the process. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the financial aspect of buying a car stress-free.Overall, Allen Chevrolet of Monroe provided outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Drove 40 miles to test drive a Buick Encore Preferred. I pulled out of their parking lot and the engine light came on. Needless to say that I wasted my time and gas because it was another 40 miles to get back home. I then got a reply to my review from the general manager Mr Alan he told me to call him I've tried to call him several times, I've left several messages and never got a call back.. very poor business ethics.

Brittany was great. Very knowledgeable about my vehicle and steps I needed to go through to give me the best deal. Very personable and made me feel comfortable about my experience. Highly recommend. I made an appointment for a specific vehicle. The same I have owned for 15 years. Very happy to purchase this updated model and all the help I received.

After going to a different dealership first, we had a terrible experience. It was so bad we were going to buy online. We then found a car we liked at Allen and made an appointment for a test drive. We met Ryan Nunn. We took the car for a test drive. During the test drive Ryan was informative and helpful. He even showed us a different car with similar features to make sure the car we chose was the one we wanted. During the first meeting, test drive and after, I never felt pressure to buy. When we told him we were going to go ahead and purchase it, he explained everything and it all went smooth. This is the 3rd vehicle I ve bought from a dealership and by far the best experience. I drove 40 minutes and will do it again when I have to purchase my next vehicle.

So so pleased with the level of service, Allen Chevrolet has the best sales, and service I have had the pleasure to do business with. Joe was very easy to connect with and gave us the best experience with selling and buying a car. The process was smooth and I didn t feel pressured into anything, he even helped us weigh out the options and we talked through everything. My 2-year old son was with us and Joe offered him snacks and was not at all irritated or put off when my son started to squirm a bit. Honestly, the best experience I ve ever had with buying a car. I definitely hugged him at the end of the sale! I would recommend Joe to anyone, just very personable and relatable. I d send my family to him and would be confident in the service he would provide. Great experience working with Allen Chevy. Dealership had a cozy environment, fairly quietly to make me feel relaxed and focus. It was clean and very well organized.Worked with Ryan Nunn, he was very well informed, courteous and straight up easy to work with. They didn t pressure me to buy anything that usual dealers up charge you for. Ryan sent me quotes quickly and made a long distance purchase so easy. He even gave me a ride/pick up from the rental car place that was a bit away from the dealer which was greatly appreciated. Great experience!

We left the lot this evening with our second vehicle from Allen Chevrolet.We are return customers because of Mike Johnson. He always goes above and beyond and keeps our best interest in mind. Mike is awesome and Derek in finance was personable and thorough in explaining the paperwork. They both worked after hours to complete the paperwork on our vehicle and are great to work with!

We had a great experience here, from initial contact with Katlyn L., sales with Joe Donovan and the closing paperwork with finance. Katlyn sent us an email with several cars and their specs. in the price range we discussed. We came in to drive one and met Joe Donovan. He quickly assessed our needs and lead us to making a safe used car choice for our teen. He was very kind and respectful and took his time. We really had a great experience. We will be back to see you, for our next car.

We went to check out the Chevy Equinox and Jason Raby was a great help with the purchase. He made sure I got the color I really wanted and gave us a great deal. I went in to check out a used f250 that was on the lot, with the help of Ryan Nunn it was a stress free process. He made sure it was exactly what I wanted and I had no doubts in my purchase. Ryan was very friendly and laid back he was not pressuring me in any way. I will definitely recommend Ryan to any of my friends and family in the market for a vehicle.

We had a Great experience with Everyone at Allen Chevrolet! Jasen was very helpful and took care of everything for us, making it a smooth and nearly effortless transaction. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking with him in between the business part of things. Jess in finance made everything seamless and made you feel right at home! If you are buying out of state, don t worry when buying from Allen! They made everything really easy! Marlena will take care of all of your registration and title work fast and efficiently! I would definitely buy a car from them again!

This is the second car we have bought from Allen Chevrolet. The salesman was honest and straight forward with the information I wanted. Was not pushy, never tried to get me to buy anything I didn't want. Was able to find me exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking for.I will be back again for our next car.

The sales department is great. It's the service department that's hard to work with.It's tough trying to work with the service department. I realized there are service quality issues before and after I purchased an almost brand new vehicle. When you spend so much money we at least expect to be treated fairly and not have to keep pushing to get our point across when it's obvious there was a service quality issue. The service department needs to work on owning their mistakes and taking care of it. There shouldn't be a debate when it's clear.The service department shouldn't make the customer pay (for them to check the issue and to fix it) for something that should have been simply replaced when they reconditioned the car before putting out for sale. That issue was obviously not checked and overlooked by the technician. Maybe introduce a checklist so future customers don't have to deal with this.*Update 2/5/24 2:34pmI tried calling the number list in the response to this review, twice. Both times it went to a busy dial tone. No voice mail or electronic greeting. It doesn't seem like that is the correct number.

I went to Allen Chevy approximately 1 hour before they closed on a Monday. Mike Johnson and the others stayed nearly 2 hours after close to finish the deal on the truck I wanted. I couldn t be happier with all their help. Especially Mike, he didn t beat around the bush for even a second, I told him about the pre-approval I had for my bank, he asked if he could run my credit cuz he thought he could get me a better rate and bam, 10 minute later he got me financed for over 5% lower than the rate my bank gave me. I couldn t be happier. As long as service stays like this, I ll be a customer for life. Thanks again Mike, I really appreciate it.

I recently purchased a truck from Allen Chevrolet and overall the experience was okay, but would not return. I was initially told the vehicle included free of charge a three month warranty and 3,000 miles. I had declined any other warranties and was not interested.Upon going over the final numbers, they were pointing out the truck price, title fee, transfers, documentation fees etc. but conveniently glossed over the $600 other aftermarket s . When I asked about it they stated it was for the three month warranty. I expressed how I was told it was free of charge and they stated that it must have been poorly communicated(free vs $600 is poor communication). I asked if they could remove that and replied we ve already signed everything else with it on there . I asked again if we could redo it because I was told there would be no charge and they agreed and signed the paperwork again.Between being told it was included free of charge and then when going over the final numbers with the other employee who pointed out every charge BUT the $600 other aftermarket s I m left with a poor sales experience. It feels like they are trying to slide in for a few extra hundred bucks to those not paying attention and I cannot recommend anyone to Allen Chevrolet. They apologized for poorly communicated this, but it sounds like a poor excuse of deliberately trying to take advantage of the situation and blow it off.

Joe D has to be one of the best sales men I've ever worked with. If I've had a Concerns, he has taken care of everything immediately. He treats me like we've been best friends for ever.I recommend when you go to Allen Chevrolet, Ask for Joe if you want to buy a car. You'll get exactly what you want!!

The staff was very helpful and understanding. But, I took my car in for one repair and it turned out to be something extra wrong with it that caused me to be without my car for 12 days; afterwards my check engine light came back on within 4 hours or less of finally getting it back. I had it diagnosed and now I need a catalytic converter. I feel every car needs to be placed on a diagnostic machine to determine if everything is going well on a car before it is sold. That way the customer shouldn't have their car less than a month before something goes wrong with it. Now I'll be without my car again and of course I'll be told there are no loaner cars. I went 12 days without my car and $500.00 in rental fees

Everything went really good. Mike Johnson was an excellent salesman. He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle for my family. Randy in finance was also super helpful. I will say the detail took a long time when it really didn t need it because it was brand new. Other then that I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Greg was an absolutely amazing sales guy. He was patient and kind. He made sure we were happy and had the right vehicle for us. And trust me we put poor Greg through hurdles. I would recommend him to everyone. We're so happy we chose to purchase our 2020 Equinox with Greg! He was super honest up front and just an all around great guy. If you're looking for a good car buying experience go with Greg!

I highly recommend Allen Chevrolet Cadillac of Monroe, the whole team there is amazing, they don't pressure you into buying, very informative and welcoming. I never had to wait for a sales person. They made my car buying experience better! Will be a returning customer!
