Best auto detailing selection I ve found in Monroe by far. I try not to buy detailing supplies from auto parts stores unless I have to, as places like Meijer/walmart have mostly the same stuff 40% cheaper. This place has the stuff you don t see everyday though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those who desire quality coatings & cleaning products!

My first experience here, was amazing, the customer service was top notch and the environment felt very comfortable, and homey(I know weird to say for an auto place) but the men that took care of me were very kind. I got all of my Brake Pads here, and it was for a very generous price.

Horrible employees, they pick and choose who is allowed to leave with a doordash orders. They over work employees with NO BREAKS, as a doordash worker that's some of us ways to feed our kids, and take care of things. I have advised the doordash company of this so they can work on having y'all removed from their services. If you once worked there they won't allow you to doordash an order either, the employees for the most part aren't that friendly either, y'all are a place I'll never recommend to anyone and all my fellow doordashing friends will be advised to reject any and all orders coming from you guys. Do not recommend this location for anything. They do have an investigation going on reguarding the way they work employees they'll have ppl in there from open to close WITH NO BREAKS and if you take a 10 minute break your fired. Pathetic store

Normally if you can t give year make and model, most of the chain stores won t help you. But Devon went out of his way to help me with what I was looking for. He was courteous respectful and very happy to help me with my problem. He has a good future in dealing with the public. I know because I have done his job for 45 years. I will continue to deal with this store as long as he works there. Ps the other stores couldn t help me without an application. Good job to Devon.

Ordered some parts over the telephone with that feller named Jeremy and his customer service was like a shower of sugar lumps to a lonely horse. I'll be doing more business with this here place from now on.

They now carry my beloved & coveted Die Hard Battery for my pickup truck the group 65 has definitely the captain out of the Gold Series, maybe alil expensive and a little pricey but well worth the money, has the wife saying goes you paid for what you get when you get what you pay for,$ well spent in my opinion.I was educated to know from Jared there at Duracell Corporation and bought them and took them over long since the days of Sears and Roebuck which will always be a main staple as far as I'm concerned,even if it days gone by,thanks again Advance Auto keep rocking that Automotive!!!

This is by far my favorite parts store. They almost always have what I need and if they don't, then they can get it next morning or at the most 2 days from then, but that's rare. #u�k AutoZone, they charge u $15 more to get the clips and for your brake pads, tf.... Advance doesn't charge u, they are already included. Great staff too.

They priced match. However sold me front brake pads and I asked specifically for rear brake pads. Have my tires off and brake pads ready to go and they are for the front. I have 3 men in my family that are mechanics and were the ones putting on said brake pads whom all confirmed these were not for the back. Called the store and complained and they told me thats not what the computer says. HMMMMM I THINK I'll go with the 3 mechanics opinion over your machine. Bought new pads somewhere else. I returned the "back break pads at advanced auto and will never go back. People need to use their brains and not depend on computers so much. If thrle gentleman didn't know what I needed etc. Just tell me.

Lifetime warranties are not Lifetime here. I walked in with an original receipt that says "LTD Lifetime RPL " and they say it's only good for 90 days. This is after they say we have to go to the original store to Warranty it out; which is not what the website says.Edit the problem was sorted out, changed from 1 start to 3 because it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

I really don t understand how they can continuously give the wrong parts out. When asked to speak to a manager, was just told they would say the same thing. Employees are in need of better training. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Store has been selection, quality supplies. And 90% of the time very informative employees. Sorry ladies but the men know their stuff. **I can say that because I'm a woman." Whenever I've had a part to be recycled it always made it a good effort to get the core refund.

My wife needed assistance on a set of windshield wipers and a quart of oil, she first went to Auto Zone, very disappointed in them, she said they refused to assist her for putting on the windshield wipers and an oil fill, enough about them though, Advance Auto Parts to the rescue, Damian treated my wife with respect and dignity, put on both windshield wipers and filled up the oil in her VW, he went the extra mile! If you're a woman looking for assistance with your cars parts, go to Advance Auto Parts, Damian or one of the other great workers will be happy to assist you, we're customers for life!

You sure can't beat the service here! When we were headed to Toledo and realized that one of our turn signals wasn't working, we decided to go in and see if we could get help.Between a quick YouTube viewing and helpful store employee we were able to change the bulb and get on her way in less than 15 minutes.We will always go to Advance Auto Parts because they always seem to be the most helpful.

Price are online with their competitors. BUT I am now on my third rebuilt starter for the same vehicle.. granted they warrantied them but never offered to install it for me......

They have most of the maintenance items I need in stock - ie. oil, filters, light bulbs etc. I have not had an occasion to get more mechanical items like brake pads, rotors, alternators and such, but I do know they can get them quickly if they aren't already in stock.

Never buy anything from this place as a whole!!!!!! Bought brake calipers 3 year's ago with a lifetime warranty!!!!!! They failed took them back " they said without the Receipt they could do-nothing about it because they clear their computer evey 2 year. O'Reilly you don't have to worry they Honor their lifetime warranty without a receipt !!!!!!!Will never go to advanced on motive ever again !!!!!!

ONLY place I will go for auto stuff. Less expensive than Auto Zone and O'Reilly's, staff is always so friendly and helpful. There's always some good coupons on their website, too!!

I went in last night in tears after backing into our other vehicle coming out of the driveway. I had dislodged the corner of the the plastic piece attached to the back bottom part of the bumper. To say the least my husband was mad. I went in and explained what happened and asked an employee, Greg, if there was a way I could fix it. Between the two of us he was able to help me pull the piece back out and up and into place with nothing but a window ice scraper and a tire gauge. I could not have been happier at the fact that he was so willing to help. He went way above his job description. Kudos to him, I am more thankful than words could say! I'll definitely go back for all my car needs!

Shopping for auto parts ? Want a good price try eBay. Advanced auto parts does have a lot of parts in stock . And there prices are about the same as other parts supplies around
